This is the Subway that is closest to home for me and I go here a couple of times a month as Subway is probably the "healthiest" of the fast-ish food options that my kids enjoy... That being said, the last couple of visits, there has only been 1-2 people working and it has been the opposite of "fast" food! I feel bad as it gets pretty busy in there, so I suggest for management who may read this, please make sure you get an additional staff member or two if possible! I was in yesterday and ordered two six inch subs and a salad and they were all very good. (I will say, the food at Subway is consistent and decent quality at least!). I was wanting to try one of their new footlong sidekicks (the Auntie Anne's Pretzel Sidekick specifically), although I'm sure my kids would also enjoy the churro and/or cookie one... but I felt bad ordering more as there was a line about 8 people deep behind me! So... maybe next time I'll try one of those. In the meantime, I do recommend this Subway location, but until they get more staff, I'd attempt to hit it at an off meal hour perhaps? read more

The worst sandwich I've ever had...BOTH of them. They got the order for one sandwich wrong and the other was literally lettuce cucumber, 3 pieces of onion and..that's it. The one the got " right" still I there was missing ingredients. I am very used to subway being a reliable go to, but this is NOT it. They forgot my oil and vinegar packets but I noticed that before I left. The kicker...the bread was STALE. Unless you can watch them make it DON'T DO IT...and even that can't fix old bread. I never call but it was so dismal I did..she blamed it on my order. Ridiculous because even the original veggie would have had more vegetable on it. She offered to remake it but who can trek back? First time visiting this location and it was very clean and the seating area had a lot of options to choose from. I haven't been to Subway in a while but I do like the new décor and update that they are making to their stores. I wasn't greeted when I came in and I realized that the one who was making my sandwich seemed fairly new as he forgot to cut my sandwich and I was the one that had to ask for it to be toasted. Subway is kind of my guilty pleasure, I love their sandwiches and cookies. The last couple times I've ordered ahead from here my order has been wrong. I was missing one of my cookies, one of my sandwiches wasn't made right at all, and neither were toasted. Especially when it comes to their buffalo chicken breast sandwich, it's pretty gross if it isn't heated up and toasted, like a cold rubber chicken breast. With Covid going on, I want to limit my exposure as much as possible, so I order ahead. Too bad there is no quality control. UPDATED REVIEW: After getting through half of the sandwiches, bummed because neither tasted very good, we turned on the lights to put away the other halves, only to find the flatbread was COVERED in mold. My husband had a hankering for Subway which I would usually reject but after hearing about their 2 footlongs for $5 each (when you order online), I gave in. That's a pretty great deal! I literally haven't had Subway in YEARS and I must say, was so delighted by my sandwich this time around. First, the ordering process online was super easy to operate. I was worried about navigating all of the toppings, sauces, etc. but their online platform doesn't miss a beat! It was easy peasy. Customer service is dead here. Never a manager working, staff acts like little children throwing a fit & complaining when he had to fix my incorrect order. I just paid $15 for the wrap and the guy didn't even know how to wrap it! He left both ends open, didn't cut it, and made a huge mess of it when making an awful attempt after I asked him to close both ends when wrapping it. His co worker that was checking me out just sat and watched him with no attempt to help him. I wasn't greeted when I entered and the guy didn't even speak once to me when ordering. Three young male employees were working at 1:45pm on 6/27. All three were stoned out of their minds. If you want to get high at work, that's none of my business. But when it effects the level of service and quality of food I get.... They were unhelpful, unprofessional, and I basically had to guide them through the process of building my sub. Subway is Subway and you should have correct expectations when you go there. They offer a variety of what I consider healthy sandwiches compared to other fast food options. If you stick to the daily specials, you can get out of there for under $6 for a 6" sandwich, large drink and chips (or cookies). I like that I get to personally instruct every ingredient that goes on each sandwich. That way, they are always exactly what I want. If you stray from the daily special, the price edges up to where I would consider other options that have premium subs (Jersey Mikes, Jimmy Johns, etc). This is my go-to place for a fast, inexpensive but good workweek lunch. This is my favorite Subway. The owner, Dave, is there every day and the service and food quality reflect that. The employees here are extremely nice & friendly and most of the guys have worked there for many years and you can tell they have fun working there. The store is always very clean. This is in a busy center so expect the parking to be tight at peak times. Before I moved my office, I ate here at least 3 times a week and usually 4 times and had been going there since before the new center was built and they were in the corner suite of the tired office/retail complex that used to be on this site. Moving our office away from this Subway was a bad thing. Even now when I occasionally drop in there, it is like a reunion. I miss Dave's Subway. It is the best Subway. read more

My partner and I went to Subway on Saturday, our favorite lunch grab and go location. Well, it used to be. Upon entering the store at about 12:30, we were greeted by a nasty look by the lady behind the counter. Never said hello or boo or anything. She was helping a group of three in front of us and she showed such disregard for them. She was short and nasty to them. They got their food and left. She then walks to my partner and just stares at him with an angry look. My partner said "I am assuming you want to know what I want". She didn't reply so my partner proceeded to tell her what he wanted. We asked for wheat bread, and the bread she pulled out to make the sandwich didn't appear to be wheat. My partner asked if it was wheat and she answered with a nasty "YES". She went down the line asking my partner what vegetables he wanted. My partner started listing what he wanted when she snapped at him and said,"JUST HURRY AND TELL ME WHAT ALL YOU WANT". At this point, my partner politely asked her why she had to be so rude. At this point she took the sandwich, tossed it and said "GET OUT OF HERE I DONT HAVE TO SERVE YOU". Not realizing that I was with him, she turns to me and says, "WHAT DO YOU WANT". I told her nothing because I was with him (my partner). She then proceeded to say, "GET OUT OR I AM CALLING THE COPS". We told her we would welcome them because our only crime was that we asked for descent customer service and to be treated with respect. Two other people came in. She waited on them in the same manner, mad and disrespectful. It was an elderly couple. They took the abuse, got the sandwich and sat to eat in the store. At this time I asked the girl to let me talk to the manager, and she said "I AM THE MANAGER". She then stormed to the back and didn't come back out. We waited a bit to see if there was in fact someone else in the store and she never came back out. It was the most disturbing experience we have ever had. We are two profesional grown men and got treated like crap. It was definitely a disturbing situation. I have been trying to call corporate to discuss the incident and place a complaint and I have not been able to reach anyone. Phones they list on the web just ring and ring. This is a shame, for they have lost two loyal customers for ever, from every Subway store. We will never eat an another Subway, and neither will a dozen people we have shared the experience with. I cannot wait to talk to Dave tomorrow-(given all the great reviews how he works so hard to keep his establishment quality driven and provide outstanding service) about the insulting, careless behavior of Amanda, and then by the end of this huge and escalated situation by his other employee whos name I do not know (which also involvded a US Postal worker-who was apparent friends with Amanda-coming to Amandas defense because he didn't like the way I was treating her- after I sat there waiting to order while she stirred chicken in the bottom of a bowl talking to this man about her trip to las vegas, that took her 4 hours and they made great time, and she spent the night, and she and the postal worker were so happy she had so much fun). the other young lady who i dont know her name was listening to my conversation with my business partner after the postal worker left and I finished my sandwich (because I was scared to leave after the postal employees angry behavior toward me) came out from behind the counter yelling at me about what she heard me saying to my business partner. I said to her, You were seriously listening to my conversation????? I don't know how employees that are customer service can act less then authentic and genuine in their care for each and every customer. This young lady was more interested in socializing with the postal worker than helping me- and her focus was getting done with me so she could talk to this man more while he was checking out. She had been putting her hands on the checkout counter and some other areas by the back wall, I asked her if she would get fresh gloves and rewash her hands before dressing my sandwich (this is such a serious issue for me because I almost died from bacteria from cross contamination at a restaurant). She took off her gloves and grabbed a fresh pair. I said, No throw those away because the sweat and bacteria from your last pair are on there and id like you to wash your hands. She washed her hands then got gloves. I told her thank you because... thats when she cut me off and said I don't have to wash my hands except when I touch money. She decided to get snippy, roll her eyes, tell me she just got her health card three weeks ago and knows. Then she pointed to a lady at the booth and said she is here from the health department, so I said lets go talk to her, she started to walk away, I was getting angry by this point and said-Where is your manager? Then she replied I am the Manager, I said then I want a districts phone number or the owners number. Next thing this postal worker (her friend) started yelling at me from his seat-I was so shocked-then he got up and angrily came marching toward me yelling at me defending her (good thing im a manager/trainer and a business owner or this would have been way out of control) (which ive already filed a formal complaint with the Postal Service). So Amanda is now disappeared, I asked the other two workers if she is the manager, who else could I talk to , then they said she is NOT the manager (so she was lying). Then the young man wouldn't give me anyones number and said I have to call the 800 number on the receipt he gave me. I said I am very upset and want to talk to someone now, then Amanda reappears and yells out "Why don't you just leave then". OMG , I think im still in shock that these people are not trained and act like this business is their personal playground. If I were this owner The two girls would be fired immediately. The girl Amanda said lets play lthe tape. I said make sure you keep a copy of that because were gonna need it. So Dave-please look at the tape and keep a copy handy and I will be in contact. This was so stressful for me today after a long day of training and is not something anyone should have had to deal with for a sandwich and to relax before going back to work (which I did not do because of al this stress). Me my brother and father went to this location for dinner after working out in the sun all day and we all enjoy subway, the sandwiches are good and the employees are usually nice at other subways but when we came to this subway we where baffled when the customer service was just downright awful, first off there where four employees there and only one person was making sandwiches and she was very unprofessional, when I told her I wanted lettuce on my chicken bacon ranch melt she told she doesn't recommend it but I still said I wanted and she just refused to let me put lettuce on my sandwich on top of that all three of our sandwiches where cold when we ate them because it took her about 25 minutes to make them, not only that but when she made my sandwich which is always toasted first and then veggies, she put it in a paper bag and toasted it, she also put huge stacks of cheese on my sandwich which did not melt at all, on top of all that she cut my bread all the way around so it was sloppy and hard to eat when I eventually got it, I get that working fast food can suck but the unprofessionalism and the fact that none of the crew was doing anything made me never want to come back again, I know the managers name was Raymond and the girl that made our sandwiches was his assistant manager although I forgot her name read more
