I started with the Deviled eggs. So good! Love the flavor profile. JJ took my order for a crispy chicken sandwich eve style, ie lettuce in stead of buns. I asked why they call it Eve. Turns out because Adam and Eve wore leaves. Love that! I was going to go no spicy aoili and no apples sub tomatoes but JJ said the apples are actually quite good so I decided to keep 'em. Everything was delicious! The sandwich got a little messy to hold after my first few bites but that was to be expected so I started using my knife and fork. Also got to try the shattered potatoes! So good! One sauce has a hint of jalapeño. The other a hint of feta. I like to touch of both together and I especially loved the potatoes that were a little soggier, less crispy. The cucumber salad that came with my sandwich was okay, it was a little bland and I didn't love the dill but it was better with lemon and salt. Brooklyn was coordinating outgoing food and was fabulous! As the kitchen got busier she offered to jump in and help in Allegra took over for her. We had been to the Ingo's located downtown, and just because of the location, it seems quite different from this one. I really like this casual place. The round building itself is small. Inside, there is a semi circle counter with stools on one side and the child on the other. I always like when you can see into the kitchen, and if you're seated at the counter, it's like a dinner show. That is the only indoor seating. The patio is great with lots of string lights and plants creating a kind of lush space. We sat outside because the weather was perfect for it. You order at the window and they give you a number for your table. I will say that everyone I spoke to there was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I even told hubby how nice everyone is when I got back to the table. Hubby ordered a cheeseburger, which was served with a cucumber dill salad. I didn't taste the butter, but hubby says it was good. I did taste the cucumber salad, v and it was really good. I ordered the turkey chopped salad, which was good. It was a good quality turkey, though it wasn't a "chopped" salad like you usually think. The dressing was very good We also ordered Shattered Potato Chips, which are like house made potato chips, but different. They are thick cut, so the are crispy on the outside but also kind of chewy. Quick review update as I see my last review for Ingo's was 5 years ago already... Since then, Ingo's has continued to be a regular in our rotation for lunch and dinner and our kids enjoy it too! I'll reiterate that you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. We love the burgers, the black bean burger, fish & chips and pretty much everything else. I also love all of their salads and they recently added a new one - the Turkey Chop - which is my new fave. Don't forget to get the fresh shattered potato chips - they are a must! One of the best Green Tea Arnold Palmers around as well. Service is always friendly and attentive - especially for a fast casual concept and you cannot beat the outdoor patio seating. I just wish the parking situation was a bit easier, but I've always figured it out. Enjoy! read more

A great chicken sandwich!! I loved the crispy green apple in it and the chicken was cooked perfectly. We sat outside right in front of a fan and all of our stuff kept blowing away but it turned off before our food got there. I paid over $100 here to eat and have a couple drinks. Being a responsible adult, I Ubers home and came back to pick up my car in the morning - it's not here - they towed it. They clearly state in their parking lot that Ingo's tasty food parking is for customers only. I am a customer. This says nothing about overnight parking. And it doesn't give any indication of who towed it. Now that I've been towed, I came and there is somebody here opening the kitchen, and he doesn't know anything about the towing information and won't contact his manager and can't give me any phone number or any help as to how I can get my car back. I've lived in the neighborhood for a decade and I've eaten here many many times and I've always tipped well and had only good things to say about this place. But this is totally unacceptable. If you serve alcohol, and you have a parking lot, it's reasonable that your customers may leave a car overnight. Now I am towed, and there is no explanation as to why or how to get my car back. read more

Best lunch I've had in a long time! I stopped by Ingo's to grab lunch with a friend and we both loved it. The interior is cool, there's bar seating that's wrapped around the kitchen area. Been too long since I've been here!! My friend brought up frozen greyhounds and I got ready to go asap. They were delicious of course. I got my usual farmers daughter. Very tasty but first go around was way under cooked for medium. I should know better though it happens a lot here that I've run into and usually order one up on my usual temp. I didn't today and got a borderline rare burger instead of medium. So always order a little more cooked than you usually do. I also had the shattered chips. Yum. My friend got the turkey salad. I want to personally thank this place for its great hospitality customer service amazing food and going above and beyond regarding my last visit. Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering delivery to which the third party vendor has since been reprimanded. Not the point though. When I notified the restaurant, they did everything to make it right and even went above and beyond offering additional items/credits which was definitely much appreciated considering the delivery situation was not their fault. Super disappointed in the staff working the PM shift on Saturday, Nov 1. Huge thumbs down to the people reading incoming tickets for pickup and the person that is supposed to QA the food. I ordered a cheeseburger minus a few things, a hamburger with a few things added. Typical order for us. We get something close to this about every 2 weeks. My husband brought home a plain patty in a bun with zero anything on it and a cheeseburger with all the things on it that the order said to remove. And the things on it looked like leavings from the cutting board - little scraps of things. We had to search for the wisp of lettuce that was about an inch wide. We were floored. Is there even a chef there anymore? Definitely not that night. Bunch of "cooks" who couldn't care less. Shame on you guys. Absolutely embarrassing that you'd send food out like that. Fresh and local food here at Ingo's. I love the fish and chips. The flaky white fish is subtle and mild tasting. The batter is very thin not too much but just right. The chips and tarter sauce are very good. Everything was made to order. It's a great spot to eat clean with a plenty of options to choose from. The building architecture is really cool too. Not a bad choice on a Sunday afternoon when nearby spots had waiting lists over +1hr. Walked in and our party of 3 was seated immediately. We ordered a few drinks (2 lavender lemonades, an ingo's greyhound), and waited about 10 minutes for our entrees. Burgers don't come with sides, so we ordered the shattered potato chips to share. Burgers were good, on the smaller side for sure, but the flavor and juiciness was there. Shattered potato chips were thinly sliced potatoes, fried, and served w a thick ranch-like dipping sauce. Food was good, service normal, small portions, but it's an extremely convenient and accessible location. Gives a hipster diner/coffee shop vibe. Ingo's is another restaurant in the LGO family and for the most part, I like them. I generally stick to their chopped salad- a straightforward salad with romaine, marcona almonds, dates, manchego and white beans in a light dressing. You can add a salmon/chicken for an additional charge. I have also tried the deviled eggs, a Paris Texas Burger (BBQ cheddar bacon burger) and the shattered chips, which comes with dipping sauces. I don't understand the fascination with the chips (think hand cut, thick chips). They miss the mark with me but others always enjoy them. My favorite thing I ever had there? A one-off Banh Mi that was one of the best things I ate... at least here. The restaurants have limited indoor seating (the one on Mayo has better accommodation, in addition to the outside patio. The Arcadia location has maybe 10-12 indoor counter spots). It makes it tough to stop here in warmer weather. There are the big, industrial fans that do a good job of cooling things down, but +90 is just hot. Finally, the location on Mayo Blvd has a larger option of salads and to go items. The location is larger and able to accommodate more people and options. Overall, it's a fair option, consistent, predictable. read more

I am a big fan of Ingo's! The building is kind of funky as it is a half circle. The menu is fairly small, but has lot of good things from which to pick - burgers, chicken sandwiches, fish sandwiches, and veggie sandwiches. The have fries, but call them chips - they are awesome by the way. My last visit I opted for the white fish sandwich with fries. The sandwich was very tasty - crispy flaky fish, soft bread, and a nice bit of tartar sauce. The chips (fries) comes with two sauces. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. In previous visits, I have had burgers and sandwiches. All were good. The service is fast and friendly as well. There is outdoor and indoor seating available. The decor of this place is so cute, especially with the Christmas lights up at this time of year. The ambiance was my favorite part of dining here. The parking is not great. There is a tiny lot and most of the spaces are reserved for pickup orders. The good thing which I discovered on accident is that two lots away they have additional parking behind an office building. The sign is tiiiny and hard to spot at night. The food, in my opinion, is good but did not stand out to me as something that I would love to eat again. A local's favorite for casual lunches and patio dinners! I have eaten at Ingo's dozens and dozens of times since they opened and truly can say it is one of my favorite spots. Rather I'm stopping by for a quick bite to eat in between errands with my husband, or meeting one of my girlfriends for a grey house and chicken sammy, it just always hits the spot on all ways. I absolutely crave their food on a regular basis (especially being pregnant)! I love this location the most, the staff, the quality, the attentiveness, the community care; I once received someone else's order and when I tell you management went above and beyond to make it up to me, they really really did. My favorite items are their fish and chips, their chicken sammy, their fish sandwich, their shattered fries (& dips), their kale salad, and of course their iced teas and cookies; all always cooked/made to perfection, great proportions, fair prices, good quality non greasy items, plus always feeling and tasting the care put into the food - you don't get all of those many places anymore. The spicy aioli, crispy chicken, thin slices of Granny Smith apple and pickle slices all on a sesame topped bun blended together for the perfect bite every time. One of my favorite things about this spot is the wonderful atmosphere! The perfect place to eat on the patio and enjoy the weather when it's nice. It's on a cute spot in the corner of an Arcadia neighborhood! You order at the window, grab a seat, and then service is pretty quick bringing the food to the table. So I called this morning and I talkedto Jade. I told her that my girlfriend and I were coming in for our 5th anniversary to eat there and she was one of the most polite person I've ever talked to and she said give me a sec while I talk to my manager and she got right back on and she was so awesome so we went and had lunch there today.
