Buffalo chicken salad is perfect on a HOT Phoenix day
    Lea C.

The day I went to Salad and Go it was going to be 109 in Phoenix and I wanted something cold for lunch! Salad and go did not disappoint. I order ahead in the app and it's always ready when I get there. Abby likes the jalapeño ranch salad usually but I read him the current special for the fajita salad and he jumped on that With chicken. I always like some concoction that I make myself and today was buffalo chicken with tomatoes, celery, and creamy blue cheese dressing Perfect lunch nice and cold crispy on a super hot day- order on the app and it's ready when you get there.

I picked up 4 salads this morning. I'm not quite sure what happened, but we were all very disappointed. The amount of chicken was very small on everyone's salad. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm not sure it's a location I'll go back to.

Abby and the crew are so amazing! They always put a smile on my face so it makes it easier to come by and grab my favorite food. The chicken Caesar wrap is the ultimate comfort food for me 10/10 will always recommend. Thank you to all of your hard work :)

Dear Lady at the drive thru..."Listen Linda" I spoke into the microphone slowly to place my order... your response considering I'm at a salad establishment caught me off guard. I felt as if I were speaking a foreign language. Sheesh girl!!! Anyway, I'm addicted to these salads but wish that they had more dressing choices. The Basil Lemonade is very good. I hope that this Basil Lemonade stay on the menu since they keep advertising that, it's only offered for a limited time... going on 1 year ‍ ‍ Easy in...easy go!

Bugs in my salad. It could be worst, at least it's not a roach. I just want to thank Tyler and the team at Salad n Go in North Scottsdale for making my order right and fixing this mishap. Bugs happen, but so proud of the store on North Scottsdale Rd. For making me a new salad even if their store was Not the location that served me the original salad.

Thai Chicken Salad is my go to order. This time, I remembered to order it with no cucumbers. I love that there is the option to customize any order. If it is on the menu, it may be added to a salad or wrap. Some customization there is a charge for. Salad was fresh. Dressing is a Thai peanut inspired vinegarette. Ginger flavor gives the dressing a little zip. Dressing comes on the side. This helps keep the salad from getting soggy during travel. My daughter ordered a wrap. Wrap was filled completely. Chicken in wrap and salad was tender. Both salad and wrap were the perfect balance of healthy to filling. True to the name, this restaurant is geared towards those looking for healthy food on the go. There is no dining room here. Drive thru line moves quickly. Order in person or virtual.

There were ancient grains: quinoa, farro, and barley, and roasted sweet potatoes, portobello mushrooms, avocado, cucumber and greens, and pesto and hemp seed topping. A side of grilled tofu made for a tasty protein accompaniment, I enjoyed the complimentary infused with citrus water which refreshed me as did looking at their cheery lemon decorated wall. Ordering was easy at the counter and pleasant staff explained everything I had a question about and delivered my bowl to the table with cheeriness. My only suggestion would be that a small piece of special bread should be part of a salad or soup if requested as that would round out the meal.

I enjoyed my conversations with the staff working. While I don't try the açaí bowl this time, I did get some food, and I was delighted with what I tried. The menu has a lot of options from açaí bowls, bagels, toasts, hot and pressed wraps, and wraps and salads. They also have smoothies, juices, shots, and snacks. I ordered a sandwich, The Hawaiian, a Hot & Pressed that included chicken breast, spinach, purple cabbage, carrot, and pineapple. It came with a bag of chips and some ginger dressing. It made for a delicious lunch! I learned about the regular and gluten free granola options, so I plan on stopping by again with my wife so that she can order an açaí bowl. While the food was great, the customer service I experienced was top notch. The team member working answered my many questions about food items and shared a bit about the company. As the only location in Arizona, I was intrigued to learn they have 40 locations around the country with 30 more on the way. Many of their locations are on the East Coast (in Florida). You can visit their website at https://3natives.com to find out location information, see their menu, learn about catering options, place an online order, get gift cards, and so much more. This particular location is open daily from 7 AM to 8 PM except for Sunday when they are open from 7 AM to 6 PM. They also have the 3Natives Rewards Club (https://3natives.com/rewards) which offers points for purchases which can be redeemed for free food and beverages. You'll even get 50 points for signing up which are enough for a free snack. While I remember visiting the location way back when it was a Starbucks, now I can visit 3Natives and know I'll have a good experience. I certainly recommend 3Natives to anyone else in the area looking for some healthy food and drinks!

You order first and then find a seat, so it's a little bit of a shuffle, but the woman behind the counter was genuinely helpful with recommendations and what's popular. And once we ordered, the food came out pretty fast. We kicked things off with the Big Dill appetizer, and when they say "giant," they're not kidding. It's a comically large pickle, seasoned up and cut into four spears. The seasoning was actually really good, nice flavor, the right amount of spice. I'll be honest: I'm not a huge pickle person, so I didn't fall in love... but if you are a pickle person, this is absolutely your moment. I tried the brunch burrito and it was a solid portion, filling, well-built, and the avocado salsa helped a lot (I was using it like a cheat code). The only reason I wouldn't come back specifically for that burrito is the flavors didn't really pop for me, and I wished the potatoes had more crisp and there was more seasoning on the eggs. It wasn't bad at all just not a "I'm still thinking about this tomorrow" type of burrito. The drinks though? Really unique, I had the French toast latte and the banana hazelnut latte, and they serve them in this super cool commercial can sealer setup. It's such a clever touch as if your coffee came with packaging confidence. Better yet, the lattes were actually delicious and you could taste the quality of the beans underneath the flavors. We also tried the Philly cheesesteak, and it's a BIG sandwich on what tastes like a homemade sesame hoagie. The "shaved ribeye" looked more like finely chopped/ground ribeye, but honestly... it worked. It tasted great with the cheese sauce and hit the spot. The fries that came with it were steak fries, cooked to perfection, with a few extra-crispy pieces mixed in (which is basically the fry jackpot). And then there was the avocado + burrata bagel... which might be the best bagel I've ever had and I don't say that lightly. The everything bagel was fresh, toasted perfectly, and the toppings blended together so well that every bite somehow got better than the last. I also tried the lox and it was worth the money, generous smoked salmon, capers, tomato, the whole deal. Bottom line: there's a lot to love here, and it's going to take me a few more visits to work through all the menu items that look worth trying. Come hungry, expect a line at peak brunch, and don't leave without that avocado burrata bagel (and maybe one of those sealed lattes, because it's just fun).

For our bagel, we ordered an everything bagel with charcuterie cream cheese, which I can best describe as everything but the kitchen sink - capicola, mortadella, salami, provolone, artichokes, tomoatoes, roasted peppers, pepperocini, olives and red onion - all chopped up and mixed into the cream cheese. Somehow it all seems to work in terms of flavor, but as for the bagel itself I wish it were a bit bigger and had more chew, although it was decent. The biggest disappointment was with our cinnamon roll and coffees. They were out of the regular cinnamon roll so we ordered the salted caramel one. The sad part was it was cold. I mean who wants a cold cinnamon roll, even the one at Cinnabon is warm. As for the coffees, we ordered the banana hazelnut and strawberry matcha. We assumed the coffees would be hot but were given iced coffees. Only later we noticed they can be ordered either hot or iced, and wished the server had asked for our preference. As for the iced coffees, I'm not quite sure I understand the whole concept of putting them in soda cans, as the foam got stuck to the top of the can and all the flavor sank down to the bottom.
