First, I have to give a huge shoutout to Teanna for the outstanding customer service! She was incredibly patient and walked me through all the different options, while also explaining exactly what açaí is and how 3Natives incorporates it into both their smoothies and açaí bowls. She made the whole experience so welcoming and easy, especially for a first-timer like me! I ended up getting both a smoothie and an açaí bowl because I was eager to try everything and wow, I was impressed by both! The smoothie was definitely on the sweeter side, but the açaí bowl was absolutely perfect. I don't have many other açaí bowls to compare it to, but I really enjoyed the balance of flavors and textures. The granola added such a lovely crunch, and you could tell the fruit was super fresh. I enjoyed my conversations with the staff working. While I don't try the açaí bowl this time, I did get some food, and I was delighted with what I tried. As the only location in Arizona, I was intrigued to learn they have 40 locations around the country with 30 more on the way. Many of their locations are on the East Coast (in Florida). I have always gone to a fast-food chains for acai bowls and am so glad to have found one that offers 100% organic fruits & veggies! Such an awesome experience at 3Natives!! The owner greeted myself and my two teens at the register when we walked in. The store was clean, bright, and super welcoming! The owner walked us through the menu and provided a few recommendations baes on current popular items. All three of us order açaí bowls, and I have to admit that they're the BEST we've all ever had!! The fruit and açaí were so fresh and flavorful! I loved the option to customize items in the bowls to fit your preferences. I had the Local, my son had the PB&A, and my daughter had the Nutella bowl. All were delicious in their own way and so very fresh. The acai blend/base was so flavorful and different (in a good way) from others I have tried. Such a lovely and refreshing addition to the health food scene in Phoenix! Clean and airy space, knowledgeable staff! I asked for a suggestion that was high protein, low sugar and was directed to their hot & pressed sandwiches, wraps and salads. When I asked about smoothies, they suggested the greener options and I settled on the "Going Green," which has banana, pineapple, kiwi, kale and coconut water. To cut down on sugar, they suggested replacing the banana with almond butter (I asked about vanilla protein powder and they said their powder tends to be on the sweeter side, and I really appreciated that insight). Also, they used more kiwi and kale than pineapple to keep the sugar down. I am very impressed by the thoughtfulness of the staff and their understanding of their ingredients. At first entrance, the store is very cute and clean. The staff was very friendly and kind. I got a regular açaí bowl and it was packed with delicious sweet fruit! The staff here are so so nice! I felt bad coming 30 minutes before close but they emphatically welcomed me and my family in and were happy to take our orders. Went for the grand opening! It was a very cute grand opening, there was raffle tickets and balloon animals and face painting and fun music. The line was quite long at 1:15pm on a Saturday but that was expected for $2 Smoothies (I thought there was also $5 wrap special but I guess it was only on Sunday). They were doing a great job getting the line moving, I can only imagine the stress. I ordered the Callie special, it was okay. I liked it more I drank it, nice and thick at least. I've only been to three tornadoes a couple of times but was super impressed. Both the first time we got a couple of smoothies. I don't remember which ones but I think one was like a peanut butter and jelly? They're both really good. Today I got an açai bowl, the JB bowl? I'm literally still sitting here, eating their chips (that support a cause) and sipping the freshest lemonade blend I've had in a long time, while I wait for my Southwest hot wrap. I stopped in while doing Uber and starving, and the first thing that shocked me was how clean everything was. I've used a lot of public bathrooms and I've never seen one this spotless. New Acai, juice and healthy food spot in my neighborhood. They had a soft opening earlier in the week but the grand opening was 1/18 & 1/19 with some great specials. The owner of this place is quite an amiable person. He explained to me that you can customize any of the orders by removing some fruits or replacing the ingredients with something else. This customizable opportunity was so great that I decided to do it and wondered why they didn't just have this option on their normal menu where you can create your own bowls/smoothies. Not only do they sell smoothies and bowls, they sell salads, wraps, sandwiches, and bagels. I decided to get a PB&A and exchange the acai base with their coconut base. Note that an 8oz bow cost $8.95 but the regular size is 16oz and costs $11.95. I got the regular size and was pleasantly surprised at how aesthetically pleasing all the fruit was. The fruit looked more shiny than usual which made me wonder what they did to make it look so presentable. Either way, it tasted as good as it looks. The fruit was so fresh and sweet. Their smoothies only come in one size which looked like a small cup size from Jamba. Smoothies cost $9.95. I would say that I highly recommend the fruit bowls over smoothies as you get more out of it. Service was extremely amiable. The whole place was very clean. As soon as I entered the establishment, I was greeted with a smile and a "Welcome in" from Teona and Spencer, the owners. Immediately after, I was hit with a rush of good aromas from the cleanliness of the store. I did not know what I wanted so Teona was able to break down what were some good options and suggestions!
