Food is always perfect, ambiance depends on when you go, but the service? 10/10! They are ALWAYS kind! On days they aren't as peppy they've never been rude. Even though sometimes I can be a tough customer with a bunch of customizations (ordering for a bunch of kids can get to be... a lot) they never even seem annoyed even! read more

This Jersey Mikes has the best customer service! Right in the middle of rush hour one of the workers helped us out so well! Shout out steven! He didn't get one thing wrong on our order and was totally efficient, kind, and engaging! He's funny too and does his job WELL! read more

This place is quickly becoming a regular dinner stop. I like them more than Subway, which is closer to my house. The sandwiches here are not as much "filler" as they are meat/cheese/main ingredients. My regular orders are BLTs and the original Italian sub. I like them so much I haven't really deviated from those orders, but I know I eventually would like to try EVERYTHING on the menu. It's clean inside, but I mainly get my orders to go. I will continue to patronize this location so long as it remains here. :) read more

Being from Jersey, one enjoys subs.. what can I say. I came here to try the viral order but unfortunately I was too late. They were all out of garlic bread. However the attendant provided some good recommendations for some alternatives. I ended up getting a cheesesteak with all the fixings. I was really hungry so I didn't take a picture. I'll make sure I do next time. This location was clean, and the wait wasn't too long. read more

Jersey Mike's subs is a chain that specializes in, you guessed it, subway sandwiches. So like Subway, you go and pick your type of sub, type of bread, and then the toppings. You can choose from mini, regular, and giant. The regular is about 7 inches. I got a regular meal which includes a drink and chips and it came out to $15.46. I ate it all to be full so it's a bit expensive for a chain place. Even though I had it Mike's Way (which adds wine, oil, tomatoes, onions, mayo, and lettuce), I felt that the sub was lacking in any meaningful flavor. Did you also know that you can add mushrooms to any of your subs? It's odd that this ingredient is always hidden so most people don't know about it. read more

Do not place an online order with this location. I waited 25 minutes after the pickup time expired. I got home and my order was incorrect! When I drove up no customers were present, so I thought okay I might actually get my order in time (I have waited in the past before)... nope. Do better. They had enough employees to get the orders done. They waited until customers walked in to start working, I guess. read more

this is literally the only location I like coming to. I went to to be close to work, and even though I know they have all the exa same stuff, my brain was like "the one be the house tastes way better" I think it's more than just the food, it's the vibe read more

This store is understaffed. Any time we order, there is a delay. We placed an order for delivery an hour ago, and our driver is still currently waiting for them to finish making the food. Should it take this long to fulfill an order for a couple sandwiches? We typically order and pick up at 7th Ave location for pickup, but choosing delivery defaulted this location. We will make sure that doesn't happen next time. read more

This is the worst jersey mikes in the state of Arizona by far. The first time we went there and we had ordered 2 blt sandwiches and somehow they not only run out of bacon they proceeded to to not say anything until we arrived at the location. The second time that we arrived I have never had one employee give so much attitude before. This was the worst experience I have had here read more

Always a great experience when going to this location! Fresh and very kind staff. We really like working with the general manager Mando. Thank you Jersey Mike's! read more

It pains me to have to give them a bad review, but I am so sick of the bull crap from this location, I love Jersey Mike's, have been a loyal customer for years. For some reason this location is so inefficient and always screws something up. We order on their app for lunch. Every time we go to pick it up, it is never ready! We give them extra time beyond their "estimated p/U time"....Go in there, and they haven't even started making it yet. What is the point of doing it online, it would be faster to just go in and get in line. The sandwiches are really inconsistent. Some days they are fat and robust, other days they are skimpy. They often forget something like one day I had no mustard and had to put my own on from home. A few weeks ago they gave me the wrong order....i tried to save myself the return and took a bite of the sandwich I got home to see if I liked it. I didn't so I drove back up there to return it. The girl tried to tell me they couldn't correct the issue because I took a bite of it- so I put up a fuss and they eventually corrected it...But such a pain in the ass I am constantly unhappy with one element or another. I don't have these issues at other locations. I hope they see this and get things tightened up over there. read more

Staff was very friendly! Jersey Mike's is pretty consistent with their food quality as well.

We ordered a large catering order (14 boxes!) from this location & everything turned out great. They had the order out 10 -15 minutes early, the sandwiches were perfect and our group was thrilled. Would definitely order again. Thank you to the crew that made this happen! read more

I've been a Subway repeat-offender for waaaaay to long. Avoided most other sandwich shops in all honesty. Wow - talk about missing out - but then, that's why most of us are here - to seek out new life forms and boldly go where..... I mean, to seek out new places to EAT, and boldly go where other reviewers are yet to tread. Jersey Mikes at the NEC of 19th Ave and Bethany sure beamed me up. Everything you can order is fresh. Soooooper fresh. Meat and cheese sliced right in front of you. I can tell you, I was insta-charmed at how wonderful the food, decor and 'quite splendid' customer service was. I was so taken aback, I even agreed to have my sub made 'Mikes Way' - imagine my 'almost' disgust at seeing someone shake vinegar on my sub. But then, imagine it again when I take a bite and taste the seasoning sensation that just had a dance party in my mouth. Honestly, I felt a bit stupid for avoiding. Fun fact. Jersey Mikes is in the Top 7 places Americans get their lunch / fast food. I'm glad I read the article, because it provided the impetus for me to finally step over the threshold. No more Subway for me. A pleasant lesson learned. read more

I have had a few bad experiences at this location by a worker named Kylie although Marrisa and Monica have always made me feel at home and made my sandwiches with care and I will never come when the other girl is there but I'm happy to say that those two always provide quality customer service and their manager should be proud. read more

Stopped by today (08/03/2025) around 7:26, i saw that there were three workers and the last person had received their food. I waited quietly to be attended or at least let know that i was visible to them. Nothing happened. So i waited some more, i figured they must be busy with Uber eats or doordash, i can wait. 10 minutes and 25 instagrams reels later i decided to walk about. I would have waited another 10 if someone had just said something. I rarely leave reviews, and i dont believe ive ever left a bad one. read more

Service was very quick and friendly!! The food is always so tasty and affordable!! Overall excellent service and quality.

I'd love eat about different kind with some food and turkey and ham choice doesn't matter for lettuce and tomato avocado and bacon many different foods for something with some chip and cookies with drink soda read more

Online in store pickup order. Paid for giant Italian sub on rosemary bread, add banana peppers, and extra red wine vinegar. The sandwich is dry. And no banana peppers. It's easy to follow instructions. Also if I was to tip is this what I'm tipping for? You are simply doing your job. Be thankful to have one. Some of us are just getting by. read more

Look, I don't usually review big chain businesses. I prefer to highlight local and family run spots, but I go to this location fairly regularly and wanted to be sure to give them the recognition they deserve. They provide great service and are always hustling. Having to deal with the day to day lunch rush and the constant drudgery work of customer service that comes with it, and getting paid minimum wage, they've always been friendly and accommodating, even to those customers whose own actions don't reflect the same level of respect. The food always tastes good to me, and me and my dog are always happy with our No 7 on wheat. Keep up the hard work, guys! read more

Great staff great pricing great crew always an amazing sub each and every time I come one of the best Jersey Mike's around me!!!

I love Jersey Mikes, but we tried ordering online for the first time in a while, we added no cheese, and the person I got the order for is lactose intolerant, and the sandwich had cheese. And, we did not specify for a lot of lettuce , just adding on, barely any lettuce. Maybe 10 shreds of shredded lettuce on each bit. read more

Great location! Service was super fast and friendly! Nice indoor seating and they decorated super cute for the holidays!

Great restaurant with a clean atmosphere and fast service. Very quiet and enjoyable. Love Jersey Mikes!

Avoid this location! What a mess! It used to be nice. Now it's a smelly rathole. Bums are sleeping inside at several tables. It smells horrid. They were stealing pick up orders right off the rack. Also why are you pumping Mexican music through the speakers? What is going on with this location!? Can someone call the real manager please? I won't be back to this location! Not safe or clean! The food was pretty good and the kitchen looked mostly clean so that's good. Maybe they can salvage it. read more

I've made a handful of visits to this location given my buddy recently moved into this neighborhood (not to far my from house either). I'm all about a sandwich as a "go-to" when you're in the mood for something punchy, fresh and satisfying. During my recent visits here I've ordered the CA club sub (giant) on parm crusted bread and the #2 sub Jersey shore(reg) on white bread. To wrap them up I always go with "Mike's way" as that just perfectly rounds out the sandwich. The ingredients and quality is consistently top tier. They have a good selection of chips to chose from as well as some tasty chocolate chip cookies. The pricing compared to what you get is within par of similar sandwich shops. The service has been very polite and pleasant. Kudos to this team. read more

Customer service was terrible, ordered a sandwich at the location and waited 30 minutes for it to be made, with only one person physically waiting for their order as well. One employee was working on online orders and the other was cleaning. Very confused? read more
