Ordered subway. Wrong items sent and there missing items when delivered via Subway app. Called store and manager said they could not refund missing items or do anything to correct the wrong items that I paid for. The only thing offered was to bring incorrect order immediately. I explained that i couldn't and that why I paid extra fees for Subway delivery. On 1/27/25 I visited this location to pick up my food (as I've done many times from this store) and the lady wouldn't give me my food b/c last time she said I stole chips. Then some other blonde lady said rudely blurted out Yeah, and we have you on video. So I asked them to show me the video. I told them at my previous visit I had picked up the chips, but the line was too long so I put the chips back and left. Again I asked to see the video. At that point the lady with dark hair said no problem here is your food. I told the blonde lady she should be careful of accusing people before she has all the facts. I asked for her name and she said I don't have to give it to you. I asked if she was a Manager and she said no she was just an employee. She humiliated me in front of the other customers. So I'm not sure the name of the girl who was working tonight 7/25/21 but she was the sweetest! She made my order exactly how I wanted with additional requests (how I wanted my cheese, ect) and did it with a smile on her face the whole time. She was very personable and definitely the type of worker that makes me want to continue using this locations subway only. I have others closer to my home but this one is by far the best and workers like her are the best keys to the establishment which is much appreciated. read more

This establishment is one I have frequented many times with amazing service. However, tonight I went there to order and was treated with such disrespect I WILL NeVER frequent again. I went in with my usual order. Which included a sandwich for my child. The attendant proceeded to cut a 6 in sub to a 3 in level. This is not the normal cut. When I said that was not the right size she told me "do not tell me how to do my job". I again said that was not the appropriate size for my sub. She proceeded to be rude and tell me not to tell her what to do. I'm then of course became upset and told them ai would not be proceeding and would be contacting management for her behavior. I went to the next nearest subway and was told that I was indeed treated unfairly and that my child's sub should have been made to the appropriate subway size. Needless to say I am going to be making a complaint to the management. read more

I would agree with the other reviewer - I wouldn't normally write a review for a quick-food chain restaurant, but...with this location literally being blocks from another location (that's closer to our home), we would MUCH rather come here! In comparing this Subway location to many others we have been to, especially the other on Thunderbird and 19th, this one needs some recognition. The service is much more friendly, they have a little more pep in their step in making those sandos and getting through a line, and they don't skimp on toppings. Seriously!?! I don't know, I remember back in the day Subway sandwiches used to be full and healthy looking and some of these 'artists' add so little toppings it's almost insulting. "Do you think I can't handle more than 5 olive slices on my footlong?" We have seen a few employees here that do seem to go above and beyond with the friendly and personality side of the service, and it is appreciated. ***We just wish you guys did the text message deals like the Thunderbird & 19th location so we didn't ever have to go there again. read more

I walked in to place my take-out order and saw that all the people seated (none were eating or had food) were NOT wearing masks. Two employees were wearing masks the correct way, one employee (very sweet) was wearing her mask below her nose. I asked why none of the patrons were wearing masks, did they not enforce it? She said to talk to the DM (district manager?) behind me. I turned to talk to her and noticed she had her mask pulled down but was wearing one. When I asked her why they weren't enforcing the policy, she said she had just returned from Kansas and wasn't even sure it was required anymore. I told her it was and she just kind of mumbled. A bit later an employee came out and they whispered together. He went to the back, retrieved some masks and handed them to the patrons. They need to enforce the mandate for all of our well-being. Until the mandate is lifted, it's something we all must do to get our businesses back open and thriving. Stuff like this just continues to make the pandemic take longer to get to manageable levels. read more

Holiday Monday and was not looking to prepare dinner so the local subway is adjacent to the mega circle k to get polar pop refreshments. Subway is great with offering coupons to feed the whole family . The footlong spicy Italian specials for $4.99 were perfect for the four of us ! The sandwich artist Lisa was awesome. She was very patient and gave us the best deal possible! She was so attentive that she individually labeled each six inch with what was exactly in the sub! Great unexpected service. read more

As frequent Subway eaters, my wife and I have eaten at several of them all over. This was the best Subway experience I've ever had. We walked into a clean and delicious smelling store, fresh bread on the air, as they were being removed from the oven. Dan was working solo, and was very polite. Working by himself was a little challenging, as people started to line up behind us, but Dan took his time to make each sandwich perfect. The food looked fresh, clean, and had good crunch to the veggies. The avocado was bright and tasted so good. Cookie racks were full and the cookies smelled and tasted exactly as they should. Our sandwiches were PERFECT, bot just slapped together. Dan offered to wrap our leftovers, to take with us, and labeled the sandwiches for our convenience. All in all, it was as perfect a trip as i could ask for. This location is easily 5 stars. read more
