We always enjoy Jersey Mike's... ham sandwich... mikes way.... Crisp lettuce...make it a meal....parking out front..... 4 people working the counter...very friendly....

My weekly reviews throughout the Coachella Valley

We love to eat thier delicious food, we especially love the sandwiches. Clean and neat place, staff and management provided great customer service. I highly recommend.

The two plastic items we're inside my #17 Mike's Famous Philly .The quarter is to reference the size of the two pieces of plastic

Not happy to find two pieces of plastic in my Philly cheese steak. When I called they said they would remake the sandwich. Didn't seemed overly concerned that I could have swallowed or broken a tooth. Won't be going back!!!

Fast, friendly service here at Jersey Mikes. I would recommend using the JM app to place your order so you have the details of each sandwich ordered. The best value is the giant sandwich cut into 4 pieces so you can share. These sandwiches cost $16.25 which is not bad. They use very fresh ingredients here. If you plan to not eat your sandwich with 10-15 minutes, I would avoid the Oil and Vinegar since it will made the bread very soggy. Very good sandwiches though.

Be careful when adding avocado. They use a mashed avocado and 'apply' it like butter on toast. The cost of the 'spread size amount' was an additional $3.25 to the $11.25 sandwich. What? $14.50 for a 6 inch sandwich is cray cray. When I told the cashier they should post the price of the avocado she said they can't because they are seasonal and they don't always have them. When I told her I could have bought 3 avocados for the $3.25 they charged she smiled and said, "I know." Did I taste the avocado spread...NO

Another stellar JMS experience. Traveling today from WeHo area of Los Angeles to the scorching desert heat of Palms Desert (109F@2:30) is an eye opener, upon climbing from the chill rental ride. Out into the oven to grab a sandwich it was a treat to find this excellently prepared Baja Club (California Club?) #8 done just right.

Sandwich was good. But I requested juice on the side and banana peppers. Didn't get either.

Ordered the New York style hot pastrami on rye with coleslaw and a Dr. Brown's Cream Soda. The pastrami was the highlight. Piled high, tender, and full of that classic deli flavor with just the right amount of richness. The rye bread held everything together well and had a nice bite to it. It's the kind of sandwich you have to take a second to look at before figuring out how to eat it. The coleslaw was fresh and crisp, a good balance to the sandwich, and the cream soda was cold and refreshing. Also ordered a slice of pistachio cake to go. Absolutely delicious. The place has that old school deli feel, busy but in a good way, and full of character. Service was friendly and efficient even with the crowd. Definitely a spot worth stopping at if you're in Palm Desert and want a proper deli sandwich.

Service was excellent. Seated immediately and ordering minutes later. Got extra cream cheese on request and our coffees were diligently refilled. The main attraction was the pastrami sandwich. Totally to my wife's taste, extremely lean and stacked high. She had to take half home. I tried an omelette with corned beef and loved it. The everything bagel was perfectly acceptable, not too "bready." So: service good, pastrami good, and bagel good. Everything good about a deli is covered.

I…read moregrew up coming to the desert from San Diego often and my family and I would always stop here for our breakfast or occasional dinner, although we would go to the Palm Desert location given that we had a place in Indian Wells. This past weekend, I stopped in town for a long weekend to get away from work and of course had to stop in to Sherman's for a great breakfast. Inside is very large and can host many different sized groups. One of the things I love the most is all the cakes on display. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out very fast. There's also a large free parking lot attached on the side otherwise free street parking is also easy to find. Just like most delis, the menu here is gigantic. There are plenty of great options. For this breakfast, I chose the Cinnamon Roll to start and will say I was not a very big fan of it. It was giant, but it almost tasted more like dense cake and not the gooey Cinnabon type of roll. I would not recommend that. However, the Chili Cheese Omelette I got was great and that I would highly recommend. I've also had many of their sandwiches before and would recommend the Reuben especially. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the desert.

I will walk this line to get something from TKB. 4/5 Service The line can look intimidating but moves rather quickly to order. Getting your food, we'll you have to wait. My party all got their food and ai was just standing there like a little kid waiting with anticipation. 5/5 Food I am just thinking of how warm the sandwich was. Went with the special of the day. I can still savor it, makes my mouth water. The Smoked Pastrami was delicious! It was well after the lunch rush but it was pleasantly busy. Employees were friendly and checking on patrons, serving food and tending to empty tables. We had been waiting awhile, so I carried our number in with me and made note of the numbers they were delivering... which were higher numbers than ours, but also very random. I went to the cash register and asked the employee if they called the numbers in order. She answered politely that no they didn't. I then mentioned we were sitting outside and asked if I should wait inside for my order so they wouldn't have trouble finding us. We were not in a hurry and were trying to make it easy on the hardworking employees....and bonus that it was cool inside *At that point, a man who I perceived was a manager or maybe even the owner , turned to me from behind the counter, handed me a bag and said " Here Ma'am , GO!" Then turned back around to what he was doing. What? GO? I don't know what his intent was because I'm not a mind reader, but it felt rude and dismissive. His facial expression was as though he was busy and or annoyed. I was so surprised at his response in such an otherwise pleasant environment. I'm pretty tolerant of grumpy people (you know, sometimes there's a reason) but this just felt really icky -it was our intended destination after a hot drive from Phoenix and it did not sit well with us. We won't be returning. Food =10 Customer service = so disappointing 3

I especially enjoyed the #14 The House. It's a house-made chicken salad with nuts and cranberries and comes with sprouts, tomato, mayo, salt and pepper on Squaw Bread. The cranberries adds a mild sweetness which balances out the mayo and the nuts adds another layer of crunchy texture and flavor which I loved. If I were to be honest, I wasn't too crazy about their bread. On both sandwiches, it was soft which was good, yet at the same time, just a bit stale. While the sandwiches initially seemed loaded, most of the ingredients are right in the middle of the sandwich where they slice it in half, so while it's very visually appealing, there's basically a ring near the crust of the bread that didn't have much toppings. As far as the Love The Club sandwich. I think they are a bit heavy handed with the salt. The sandwich was too salty. At $33 for two sandwiches, it's also a tad bit pricey. Overall good experience and will be back to try more !

It's tucked in a nondescript office park with plenty of parking. They were busy when we arrived, so we had a short wait, which told me it's a popular spot. I ordered the California sandwich: turkey, avocado, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and sprouts on sourdough, with added cheddar, mustard, and jalapenos ($14.95 plus $1.50 for the cheddar). It was fantastic. My son ordered the same with a few tweaks and loved his as well. My wife went for a hot sandwich, and by the time we got back to our lodging it had melted through the bread and was a little messy. She was lukewarm about it, so I had to tease her: "To-go hot sandwiches turn into a hot mess, poor decision." She appreciated my annoying comment and happily snagged a bite of my delicious sandwich, lol. Great sandwiches, friendly vibe, and definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. Highly recommend. 5 stars P.S. my photo of my sandwich just doesn't do it justice. I
