I keep giving this Ocoee Jersey Mikes the benefit of the doubt because it's the only one I can get food from for delivered. I am handicap. I ordered the same thing all the time... same sandwich fix the same way. number 13 with no pepperoni substituting anything else for the pepperoni cause I can't eat it and all I asked for on the sandwich is cheese and a couple extra tomatoes that's it today. my order arrives, and the sandwich has two huge handfuls of tomatoes on the sandwich and no cheese. even though I paid for extra cheese and I got no cheese at all. Then I called the store and they say oh we can't give you any compensation. You have to bring it back. I said I paid for delivery and I'm handicapped and I cannot drive there by myself. The part that I hate the most is that I live between two Jersey Mikes they're is 1 mile difference. one is 4 miles. The other one is 5 miles and I can't get food delivered from the other Jersey Mikes. this place in ocoee constantly has stale bread and mistakes on how they make the sandwich they forget to put things in the bag over and over again. I'm not going back to this shop. I'll have to figure out how to get Jersey Mikes going forward. I have told my friends and I've told my family and I've told everybody else that I know that lives close to me not to go to this store. when I lived on the east side of Orlando, I went to the shop at Waterford Lakes and the young lady manager. There was brilliant. She took care of me. She always had my order right she would even help me out because I was hard for me to get in and out of a car and when she would bring my sandwich out to me. A friend of my family is a owner of a shop up in Philadelphia and I'm constantly telling him how bad the store is I wish he were here because he never has these issues at his store. Sandwich order always has something wrong... ... they leave condiments out of the bag on every order delivery is through DoorDash and every single time I leave instructions to knock loud and ring the doorbell as I am disabled and just got out of surgery. and they leave order on the ground in front of the door when there's a bench right next to the door that they could set the food on. They leave the food directly in front of the front door. They don't knock, and they don't ring the doorbell as per the instructions. they don't knock they don't ring doorbell. Their subs always taste so fresh and amazing! We were able to order from this location on Uber eats and pick it up! The staff already had it made for us and the process was easy and smooth! it's a smaller restaurant that has been around for as long as i can remember! Jersey Mike's not only made it difficult to make an online order, but they also gave my food away because they leave their online orders in front so people can just take other peoples food. I would have saved time and money going somewhere else, and waiting in line for food. You can't even redeem your points for useful items so I personally will never spend my money with this company. read more

The store is very nice, clean and a huge upgrade from the old subway that was here. The employees were very friendly and helpful as I have never eaten here before. I ordered the veggie sub grilled, and changed up my cheese to pepper jack cheese. They let me sample the tuna and it was fresh, delicious and not too much mayo! The bread is so soft, and the toppings fresh. My sandwich was great and my overall visit was welcoming. I will def be back for my sub cravings! read more

I went to this Jersey Mike's and they got my order wrong twice. The assistance manager told me that I will have a free regular Turkey sub but the manager stated something different. He stated that they can't give me my free sub. He was so rude and disrespectful and he didn't even care about me as a customer. The manager is going to tell me the rules of Jerseys Mike's. I arrived around 8:15 with 2 people cashing out I got in line there were 5 employees working, I stood there for 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged me, there were either speaking with each other or just standing there, then once my order was taken the girl just stood there for another 2 mins until someone else came to make my sandwich. I was taking it Togo so I asked for the oil and vinegar in a separate cup. I was cashing out and had to ask again for the oil and vinegar, I had the sub, the cup of o&v and my chips, no one offered me a bags as they watched me struggle to carry it out. I have been in here multiple times and everyone is usually very nice and attentive, slow sometimes but I understand it's still new and employees are still getting it but to walk in to an empty store and not get any acknowledgement and seem like they would rather just talk to each other. read more
