Work got us the boxed lunches from here and it was delicious! I got the #9 Club Supreme and this probably was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a longtime. Although, just a minor preference thing; I prefer my food hot/warmed up. So this being a cold sub, I was a little bit scared I wouldn't like it. But this shows to show, you got to give things a try before outright saying no. It was cold, but I still enjoyed every bit of it. The sub came already sliced in half, for conveniency. And it had a bag of chips and cookies too! Good for those that want a whole meal experience. But for me, just half of the sub was enough already. I've had Jersey Mike's on other occasions from other locations and never had this problem, but you would think if you pay $20 for a turkey sandwich that they could make sure that the bread is edible. We ended up throwing the sandwich away and eating interior like a salad. Very disappointing particularly for the outrageous price they charge for a silly sandwich. Great experience on a first time visit. They system is similar to Subway but it is their own. There are several people behind the counter taking and fixing your order. Your order passes from one to the next until it ends up with the cashier. My order was the standard Ham and cheese. I got a drink and chips to go with it. I decided to stop in Jersey Mike's Subs based on the Yelp search of eateries in close proximity. I like the fact that the meats are carved/shaved in front of you, so you know it is fresh. I ordered the California Club - turkey, provolone cheese, avocado, and bacon with all the fixins except mayo and raw onion on rosemary parmesan. Very good. Service was prompt and friendly. During my stay here in Katy, I will be in this area from time to time getting gas at Costco, so when I need a quick pick me up, Jersey Mike's Subs will more than likely get the nod. read more

I attempted to go pick up A sandwich around 8:30 pm last night just to find out that the staff that was working stated that they were closed. The hours on the door and the website specified a 9pm closure. As a Manager in a different industry, this issue needs to be addressed for customer satisfaction. This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's. Maybe I went on the wrong day, wrong time, or just maybe I was wrong for stepping foot inside, but the only time I was recognized was when I asked for assistance. (Hey, it was my first time there). I stood at the front, no Welcome or anything, but they saw me walk in. As I looked around lettuce was everywhere, the ambiance was -- not too happy looking. I asked the cashier to share how this works. He said while pointing "Place your order down there then pay here. If you get a hot sub place your order then walk back up here." I've been eating Jersey Mike's since 2003, when I was first introduced to them during my time in the Marine Corps. I was so ecstatic when I found out they were bringing them to Houston. They've been in Katy for a while now and this is hands down my favorite sandwich shop. I typically get the Large BLT, but if I'm feeling hangry I opt for the Monster. With extra mayo! This location is great. I've never had any issues, even during the peak lunch hours, they always do a fantastic job. There may have been a few occasions where I've had to wait a few extra minutes, but these sandwiches are definitely worth the wait. My whole family loves them. My wife will either buddy up with me and attack a Monster BLT or she will get an Original Italian done Mike's way. The kiddos always split a large Turkey and Provolone with just mayo. I really wish I had some pictures to upload with this review, but no one drools over sandwich paper and crumbs. Haha! Keep it up y'all! See ya soon! Older Asian woman worker denied my free birthday sub and drink for NO REASON. She said Jersey Mike's do not give free birthday subs anymore for 2 years but I went to same location last year and got a sub. She's obviously lying. Jersey Mike's managers knowingly make and sell subs with squirt bottle components in them that can choke you and admit to it when confronted. Yes, that is a rubber gasket seal from the Chipotle mayo squirt bottle and the manager admitted to seeing it on my sandwich and leaving it there. He laughed and said he remembered it clearly and saw it fall into my sandwich, but assumed it was onion. Never mind that it's not translucent like sautéed onions look and it was also perfectly round and not limp like a piece of sautéed onion. He didn't think to bother to pick up the piece to confirm it was or wasn't onion. Instead, he left it on my sandwich and gambled with my life. I love jersey mikes and usually this location is awesome! I would like to bring to the owners attention that whoever was working on 02/10/24 PM shift closed more 30 minutes early. The doors were locked and the guy had a caution sign (usually when the floors are wet) ON the door handles. 2-3 cars were up front wondering why they were closed. I pulled in around 8:23 pm. Incredibly disappointing experience and unfortunately very similar to prior experiences as well. I ordered in store and my hot sub order was wrong. Unfortunately I did not find this out until after I got home. I decided to go back to get it fixed. Second time, still not the charm. They forgot to put cheese on my sandwich, and the manager at the time saw it, but she did not correct it. Instead I got cold cheese tossed on my hot sub. The manager was argumentative with me even after showing her the mistake. She was rude to her employees, raising her voice around the store for customers and other employees to hear. I love Jersey Mike's and it's definitely one of my favorite places to grab a bite. Staff is nice and very clean location. It's usually not too busy and if they are the orders still come out pretty quick. It's kind of hard to mess up a sandwich but it does happen. Haven't had an issues here. Joe (I assume the manager) is on another level. As we entered the store, we were greeted with a friendly "welcome in!" and a smile. While my husband and I were browsing the menu, Joe was offering suggestions, which I actually took and I'm glad I did. The philly was incredible. I've heard people talk about this place for several years but never visited until my son had to go gluten free. This is one of the rare places that has "good" gluten free bread. Other gluten free breads are not good he says. As far as my sub ( which was not gluten free) I thought it was really good. Not my favorite sub but it was good. Their bread was fresh and soft. Their ingredients were fresh too. I think they could use some more spices or sauce on the Italian IMHO but I think they have great portions and their service was fast. Sweet Tea Rating: 7/10 The sweet tea was decent. Definitely drinkable and I would order it again if I return. Definitely not one of the best sweet teas in the area but it was fair. read more

To say that this place missed the mark would be an understatement. I placed an online order, arrived at the store after it was supposed to be ready and the order hadn't even been started. There was only 1 other customer in the store at the time. It looked like they may have been working on a large catering order. Only one staff member was making the sandwiches while there were 4 others within view in the back chatting. I finally watch them make my order and the staff member puts bacon on my sandwich which I absolutely do not eat. She tried to scrape the toppings off and put the lid back on to which I quickly expressed my concern. She hesitated when I asked her to re-make the sandwich. I asked the staff for a drink while I waited due to the delay and the error in the order. One of the male staff quickly interjected and said "it's only 2 minutes late, I can't do that" then proceeded to walk off. I was then handed my order without a word being uttered.
