"HORRIFIC, DEGRADING, HUMILIATED, EMBARRASSED" On 1/7/26 @ 18:17, I placed an order for a cobb salad spring mix only, with grilled chicken , no bacon with avocado ranch. The cashier a gentlemen was unsure how to ring it up and requested assisted of another manager. MARIA arrived at the register and states " I don't know if we can do that and walked off" She speaks with Susie who authorizes to have the salad fix with spring mix only. I said Thank you and waited in the booth for my name to be called. Once I received my salad, I noticed it was half full and it was the wrong chicken. I never even mentioned the chicken was wrong but inquired why was the salad half full. I was told that is how it is made by Maria. I requested to speak with SUSIE and she walked over. While I was standing there talking with SUSIE, MARIA stood there looking in my face while I was providing feedback of how I was treated with an intimidating look just poor customer service. I asked SUSIE if I can speak with her privately as I wanted to defuse the situation and not feel threatened by staff. SUSIE asked Maria to leave and she walked away. I then noticed a difference in SUSIE and I was beginning to explain that the salad was not correct as requested but before I can finish SUSIE states " Maam, I gave them permission to do the spring mix lettuce but that is not what we normally do" before I could finish, I asked why was it half full, i never opened it, I would like to pay for more lettuce, SUSIE says " I am not selling you anything and I am not giving you your money back" At this point I felt threatened, she walked away, I asked another worker for a bag and she politely reached me a bag . I proceeded to walk away, and SUSIE says " Let me know when the police gets here" By this moment, I am embarassed and humiliated. I was the only AFRICAN AMERICAN person in the store and it was one of the most DEGRADING MOMENTS IN MY LIFE. I begin to think to myself why are we always labeled, every BLACK WOMAN is not ignorant. I went outside to my car, called the police and three cars of police arrived. Deputy HALL 61, DEPUTy Hines 56 and Deputy Whittaker 62, two went into the store and one remained with me to hear my side of the story, he asked if I had my receipt and I showed receipt and food. I was so humiliated I was crying and just could not believe what was suppose to be a calm evening turned into a nightmare. ONce the other officers came outside they said I needed to take it up with the owner or management and the MANAGER on duty wanted me off of the premises. LIterally misuse of power but at this point I obeyed orders and left. It has been FIVE DAYS and no response from restaurant and this is utterly ridiculous. I have visited several other CHICK FIL LA and never a problem. I visited several other locations and was never treated this way. The other thing is I have met MR RUSTY WYLIE the owner before and it was pleasant but to think no one from management has reached out. CHick Fil LA CARES shows the information and complaint was received by the store and not one management team member has looked out. I guess I don't matter to them so it was surely devastating and I will never return back to the store but ultimately puts a bad taste in my mouth for CHICK FIL la period because there are no systems in place to ensure these matters are handled appropriately. I was told by CUSTOMER cares that because they are all independently owned they handle issues themselves. read more

2nd time we've been here and there are big kids all over the playground. The sign clearly says 3 and under. There are always big kids rough playing. Management should do something about this. The food was cold and rubbery The ice tea was rancid, when i told them, all they said was"what did you have in it" didnt try to make it better. When i called and asked for a manager, i was told i had the manager but would not gove me hos name and hung up on me. Horrible food, horrible service and rude employees. I would not recommend that location & will skip going there ever again. I'm not the kind of guy to have one or two minor inconvenient experiences and get bent out of shape. I've been a regular customer here for many years. I'd say I've even been a top fan for many years. Something has happened in the last year or two that I've been noticing. Customer service has taken a noticeable downturn. The drive through gets my order wrong or forgets a significant part of my order 2 out of 5 times. I started looking in my bag before I leave just so I can find what they forgot before I drive off. Don't order Chick-fil-A through DoorDash because there's a high chance you will not get what you ordered. I've been holding off writing this review for some time now and it's gotten to the point that it needs to be said. I really hope things improve in this area. I can't help but feel really let down by my recent experience at Chick-fil-A. During my lunch break, I specifically ordered a Cobb Salad without tomatoes and bacon, along with two apple cider vinaigrette dressings. When I finally sat down to eat, I discovered it was missing the eggs and corn mix, plus they had given me the wrong dressing entirely. Frustrated, I wasted my gas driving back to the restaurant, only to find that no one offered any compensation--not even a drink or points for my trouble. I spend quite a bit of money there each week and have always recommended them to friends, but this experience has made me rethink that. Everyone always complains about the traffic caused because of this Chick-Fil-A, but doesn't that just prove how awesome it is?! This is my favorite CFA! So close to my heart as is to my home. Service (5/5) - They are so caring, so friendly. The majority may be a bunch of high school kids, but don't let that throw you off. They are always smiling and so considerate. Plus, they. are. fast. Food (5/5) - The only fast food I will ever give a 5 stars to (wait jk I'm not bias). Just a few things on my top favorites list: Waffle fries, Grilled Market Salad, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, CFA sauce, Chic'n Minis, sweet tea, lemonade, Holiday milkshakes around the season :) Ohhhh the traffic. Always great service. Very busy location. Has drive thru. Clean bathrooms. Clean tables for the most part (I mean the turnover is crazy high). Food order is always correct. Extremely well trained staff. Wished they had more parking but this is Cinco Ranch and in a pretty good shopping center with a SuperTarget, HomeGoods, Sally's, RadioShack, Sonic, and much more. Across the corner is Capital One Bank and right down he street LaCenterra (with my Ever favorite, Trader Joe's!). Just be prepared to be in line. Ever since the re-open the accuracy has struggled. Food quality is excellent. People are friendly. But when I order Pepperjack cheese on my sandwiches, and pay extra for it, not having it on my sandwich when I get home is upsetting. Has happened 3 out of the last 4 times. The staff is so polite that this location. The food is typical Chick-Fil-A food. It's fresh. I'm not the hugest fan of the chicken nuggets, but I guess that's just the way they are typically (lean). I also had a chicken sandwich here (spicy chicken sandwich). It was spicy. But the chicken was quality and moist. I like the texture of the chicken. Decent with mayonnaise. So, if you like Chick-Fil-A food then this location is fine. I stayed 15minutes in line just on the road then finally when I'm able to turn jn I get to line 2 which has a huge green light above saying LINE OPEN to let the people behind me also into the drive way to wait and not block the main road. My friend ordered just a large fry. When we got our food both of our large fries were no where to be found and there was only one medium fry. We told the employees and expected to just get our large fries and call it a day. But no. This horrible worker was so rude and gave us an attitude right away thinking we were trying to finesse her to get more free fries. We just wanted the right order that we PAID for. She had the AUDACITY to ask for the medium fry back that we received. She said that she needs the medium fry back in order to substitute it for another large fry. Why would she want the medium fry back when it's already been contaminated and my friend and I already touched it ???? That's disgusting. Was she going to serve it to another customer? Or was she just secretly hangry and was gonna eat it for herself?? This community had millions of kids running around and what is the worlds most kid friendly restaurant...you guessed it, Chick Fil A. This particular one had a fun kids play area and is easy to get around inside the store. If you drive through, the line (although it may be long) moves very fast.
