Food is usually decent but the drive-through has been taking forever recently! I typically come to this Panda Express because it's right by my house and I want a quick and easy meal, but recently when I've been coming, the drive-through has been taking around 20-30 mins! By the time I finally get my food, I'm just irritated. There seems to be no urgency from the staff. I'm not sure what's making everything take to long but I think that something needs to be adjusted to maximize efficiency ASAP. I went to this certain Panda because I was shopping in the area and just wanted something quick to take home. Once I got home and opened my large fried rice I noticed it was very dark. We have been going here off and on for years. We stop going for a long time then go hoping for improvement. Drove up tonight, Saturday night at 8:28 and they had closed. It was pitch black inside, employees were wearing headphones and cleaning windows. They would not look up or even acknowledge the cars pulling up or trying to go through the drive thru. Great place to take kids, but the food is just ok. Half the portion size, half the taste for half the cost of normal Chinese food. This location is always clean inside and is a great place to grab a table. I remember PE being better in the past. On my last visit, I ordered a bowl with Kung Pao Chicken. That's normally a dish you cannot mess-up. This chicken was spicy with the black peppers, but did not have much taste beyond that. The entree still came with about a cup of rice, but only a small portion of Kung Pao Chicken. My teenage daughter likes PE, and orders a plate with Orange Chicken and rangoon. I have to admit, I did like the PE signature dish, Orange Chicken, over my Kung Pao Chicken. My daughter likes ordering noodles, but told me on our last visit the noodles tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile. PE does take advantage of their signature dish by offering new, similar sweet-sauce dishes, such as Honey Walnut Shrimp and Sweetfire Chcken. PE will offer samples before you order. I do like that calories are listed on the menu. Overall cost is not bad, but remember that you are paying half for half the size of a normal Chinese restaurant entree. I've been eating Panda for years but first time at this location. I'm shocked by how terrible the food quality is and how pitifully small the food portions. I ordered the the Black Pepper Angus Steak and I got 2 tiny pieces of meat in a pile of mushy overcooked vegetables. The orange chicken was all small pieces that were 90% breading and almost no chicken. After spitting out two pieces that were hard and inedible, I gave up. The crab Rangoons were shriveled and malformed, and the second one I bit into was so over fried I had to spit that out too. I can't remember ever having to literally spit food out because it was so disgusting. If I were Panda Express I'd seriously shut this place down until they get their act together. Whoever is managing this location is either incompetent or just doesn't give a rat's a$$. The guy at the counter must have called me "boss" at least 10 times, but if I really was his boss I'd fire him for serving this hot garbage to a customer. Terrible, just terrible. read more

Open til 9:30? Really?!?! Then why were there customers in the restaurant after 9 o'clock and I sat in the drive-through for 14 minutes without being waited on and when I went to the doors at 9:07, they were locked. Three guys inside couldn't even pick up the stupid telephone when I tried calling. Unbelievable! So it's been a month & I tried to give them a second chance. Three cars in the parking lot & I was the only one in the drive thru. Ordered my meal & gave the employee my card. I heard someone in the kitchen say that it would be 10 minutes before my food was ready. The girl at the window then swiped my card, came to the window & said it would be 6 minutes until my food was ready (what happened to the other 4 minutes?) & asked if I wanted to get something else. Seriously? You couldn't ask me before swiping my card? I wouldn't have chosen to wait. Done with this place. No more chances. Frequent here a bit since I live down the street and today really pissed me off. Ordered my food and paid, the guy at the window named Moe handed me my food and receipt and said have a good day. I asked him where my change was and he said "oh I made your left over change a donation." He decided for me to have my money donated to whatever fundraiser they're doing. My family and I have come this Panda Express for years now but today was our last. I ordered sweet fire chicken but noticed the bowl was missing. I was told fresh chicken was on its way out, as I was paying I see out of the corner of my eye the employee grab the bowl from the back kitchen (at the command of the cook who I guess was not in the mood to make more sweet fire) and scrape what ever chicken was left onto my plate. I guess for this location the drive thru side tends to be more important to them than customers walking in. Walk in at 8 once I get off work. Not only can I not get rice with my meal, I can't even get the entree I want because the lady gave everything she had to the person ordering thru drive thru even though there was plenty for me as well. I was actually going to treat myself to Panda Express but I am never coming back ever again to this pathetic location that won't make rice for a customer wanting some food and not even make any shrimp for a customer wanting food.
