I always get the Hunan because I love the sauce and vegetables they pair it with. Some green tea, Wonton Soup, and Crab Ragoons, and Hunan Triple Delight. Its just a lil place in an HEB shopping center, so parking is a pain. But the staff is nice, the place is always super clean. Ordering online is so EASY! Me and my son go here on day dates. He gets the Orange Chicken which is really food too!

Flavorless Chinese food of questionable origin. My son and I tried to eat before grocery shopping so we wouldn't go crazy at the H-E-B. The service was ok but the waiter couldn't help with any menu items. This left us to our means so I'm not sure if we ordered any house specialties. Food came out almost flavorless. The hot and sour soup tasted as if it was water with texture. The main dishes were meats with an slimy texture (maybe intended) and again no spices.

Food and drinks: This place has well designed menu that lets you easily choose from many different dishes. There is something for everyone here, from soups to shareable dishes, noodle options, and variety of meats. The spice levels are added for awareness. The food was very flavoursome, well seasoned and balanced. All foods had traditional flavours to them. You can choose flavoured green teas to accompany your meal. Pricing: $$ - definitely worth it for the taste, quality and quantity of food served.

Service was spot on, quick, and we got our food in what felt like maybe a few minutes. We started off with pork dumplings for the kiddo, which he INHALED in moments. For entrees, we split the orange chicken and the Spicy/Numbing Pot. The orange chicken was spot on. The sauce was sweet but not painfully sweet or thick/clumpy. Really nice orange flavor and tender chicken. So much fun eating it since it is gluten free! Our kiddo also devoured this dish! Mild - not spicy at all! The Spicy Numbing Pot, while a little oily/greasy on the bottom, was still delicious! I appreciated that it wasn't knock your socks off spicy - it had a solid kick, and so flavorful. I love eating dishes with Sichuan Pepper; it has a lot of flavor, and the tingling is so much fun. This dish was perfect with some rice, and it wasn't too heavy for the middle of the day. The prices were really reasonable, and there was enough food for leftovers which we ate later that night. Our only regret is not getting the duck appetizer, but we will be sure to get it next time. We can't wait to go back, and Tiger Noodle will happily be in regular rotation for our family! You can't go wrong!

The decor is attractive, it reminds of Cantonese restaurants in NYC. We ordered the fried squid(won't order again, no flavor and batter is very oily, like was fried in old oil), the green beans with grounded meat(good flavor but there's hardly much ground meat, it was more like a garnish), and finally the honey walnut shrimp(won't order that again either, for $25, there was 13 small shrimp and not very saucy). So in all, I did not love these dishes, they were just average tasting but the prices were high for such average to below average taste. There are other choices within walking distance for better tasting food that cost less. I have heard that they have good wonton noodle soup and congee so will try that next time before I write off this restaurant completely, but honestly, it's cheaper and those 3 dishes I ordered are cheaper and tastier at Tan Tan Wok.
