This place has turned into a joke. We used to go there frequently and enjoyed the food. Today there were three of us. They brought our food one plate at a time 20 minutes apart. The last one was thirty minutes from the second one. My table mates were done eating before I got my food! Who does that. Anyone with any knowledge of food service knows you serve the whole table at once! Unbelievable!!!! I was so pissed I just had them put the food in a box so my friends didn't have to sit and watch me eat. They offered nothing not a dime discount for their screw up! Total idiots. read more

I'm from Chicago so it's hard finding that style of Chinese food . I got the egg foo young and it gave me a piece of HOME. I was so happy . The eggs rolls were 7/10 , egg foo young 8.5/10 the rice 6/10 . Service : To be honest it was disappointing. I hate when somebody put my money on counter after I handed it to you . It's a sign of disrespect. We said have a good day bye , no response . We had separate orders but they put ours together so we had to go back and ask to separate . The AMBIANCE was cool . Food was horrible! I ordered egg foo young and it had huge dry hunks of chicken, shrimp was old and pork wasn't good!! I asked for before I ordered about the gravy. They lied and said it was gravy you would put on mashed potatoes, but it looked like soy sauce.... disgusting! Never again!! read more

I was amazed by how great the food here is, and how reasonable the prices are. A win win for sure. As I was perusing the menu someone was seated right next to us and ordered right as he sat down. So obviously a repeat customer and I followed his lead and ordered similarly. I had the pork in garlic sauce extra spicy, and my girl had the lomein. Both were excellent. Also the complementary wontons before the meal was a nice touch. I have to say it was a great experience with great food at a good price. Like the said win win! read more

There was nothing wrong with the service, it was decent and friendly. The food was a different story. It came out quick is about all I can say that's good. We ordered crab rangoons, Sesame Chicken and Mongolian Shrimp, Chicken and Beef. The only way to describe what we got was over-boiled/ over-fried food in a bitter, burnt bland brown sauce. Nowhere near Mongolian or Sesame. The rice was not fried...just barely warm, soggy soy rice. We won't be going back. read more

I recently went to enjoy lunch at Chang's restaurant. This has long benefit, but due to health issues. I have not been there in about six months. First thing I noticed is the staff is completely different. None of the friendly faces that I knew from before. And no one welcoming And asking where you been. I ordered the Kung Pow chicken, and I am good with it being spicy. However, this was not spicy. It was so salty that I gagged on the first bite. I stirred the rice and went down and then poured the sweet-and-sour sauce on it for the egg roll. That helped some. But it definitely was not the same old flavor. It was simply chicken and a brown sauce with a sprinkle of celery and peanuts. The chicken appeared to be dark meat. The restrooms are disgusting , especially for a little boy . At the end of the meal we paid and the server , made a comment requesting a tip. So damn rude , who does that ? I ordered Mongolian beef and was so disappointed!! It's their own spin on the dish which is epic fail in my opinion. They added all kinds of veggies and very little beef to make it appear as if you got a lot of food. I hate cabbage and it was chock full of the stuff as well as zucchini and green beans and celery. Who does that?! It made the sauce taste funny so I threw it all out after picking out the few pieces of beef. The eggroll tasted funny as well and had nothing but over powering ginger in it. The won ton soup was amazing BUT again over powered w cabbage and other unknown veggies w two dumplings. Dumplings were tasty after I picked them out of soup. My hubby got Mongolian shrimp and it has a lot of shrimp but w all those unnecessary veggies to make it look like they give you a ton of food. Hot n Sour soup was so spicy hot even for him and he loves to burn. Crossing this off my list there are plenty of others who know how to properly prepare Mongolian styled dishes. read more

We've been coming here for more than a decade and we are seniors. My wife only wanted a smaller portions so she ordered a kids meal. Server said she could not order because she is older than 12! They don't have any senior plates or discounts. We were very disappointed even after bringing this up with the manager. It's not a buffet style restaurant either which would make sense to restrict ordering a kids meal. The end of era is guess. I had never liked this place to dine in because the atmosphere is the worst you can find, my mom decided to dine in though. I ordered rice, she ordered something else, they forgot to add stuff to my rice and then brought it to me 10 mins after my food was at our table. Not a single time did they ask us if we needed anything else, terrible service. When we went to pay the lady was staring at how much tip we left, we left 0 because they didn't deserve a single penny, then another older asian guy saw and was demanding for a tip like if it was mandatory, bro was like, "what about service? leave tip for service" Bi*** what service?. then bro said something else in his language and was mad. My husband ordered the chicken and it tasted SOO dry, and almost spoiled with a really unappetizing after taste. His rice was WET and so horribly bland, I mean like no salt or anything was added, his egg drop soup was sooo salty I mean omg. The egg rolls were both undercooked and not eaten. My Mongolian beef was sooooo tasteless, absolutely no flavor, the rice was also wet and bland, my egg drop soup was also insanely salty...The service was good, no complaints there. The restaurant was so dead, and lacked ambiance completely. It felt like a funeral just walked through. 0/10 we were so disappointed because we had spent quite quite a while, looking for a restaurant to eat at and stumbled upon changs, for $50 I would never come back. Ordered food for delivery, and the food was - OK. Got the sweet n sour shrimp, peppered steak, spicy shrimp and chicken, crab Rangoon, and hot n sour soup - all with steamed & fried rice. The food came as expected, but the food was just nothing to rave about. The peppered steak was slightly tough - not the smooth texture I'm.accustomed to. My husband said the same about the spicy shrimp. The soup tasted more tangy than anything. The best part to me were the crab Rangoons - they were tasty. this place isn't bad but it's not amazing. They give big portions and it's pretty cheap, but you get what you pay for. The sizzling beef in black bean sauce was really disappointing. I love black bean sauce but in this case the sauce was just a watered down brown sauce (soy sauce base) with a few black beans sprinkled in. The Beef, Chicken, Shrimp Mongolian style was lacking flavor too, but huge portions. We spent like $35 and tipped $9 on top of it. The service was really good though. Yolanda is a fabulous waitress with a great memory. Anyway, their eggrolls are beyond compare. Gen Tao's is good but my favorite used to be the Kumg Pao when it had the celery in there. I saw someone complain about the celery and ever since they quit putting celery but it isn't the same without the celery. Please bring celery back or at least add on option when order door dash.
