Ordered 1st time from a Jersey Mikes and chose Huntley ocation for convienence last night. Ordered for pickup and was ready when i got there. Got home and my wife actually grabbed the wrong sandwich and ate nearly half of it not knowing it was my Italian sub. It was nearly 90% ham with just a sliver of the other meats to give it flavor. walked in there were 3 younger guys working. they didn't say hello. as we were just looking at what we were gonna order. then he rudely asked if we were gonna order and told us to take TWO steps down to order. there was literally no one in there.. ew just terrible customer service. so we left and went to Culver's instead and was presented with amazing customer service at culver's. read more

my first time at jersey mike's, and i will be back! my wife had the tuna sub and i had the traditional italian. both were outstanding. fresh items and equally fresh bread. the tuna was a perfect texture without the overload of mayo that you find in some places. and the italian was, just perfect. i had some hot peppers on it, so it had the ideal, for me anyway, taste. and the people working there were efficient and courteous; and they honored a coupon we brought it that had expired. you have to love that kind of service. want a quick, tasty, and reasonably priced sub? this is your go=to place! read more

I have order for delivery twice now and both times have been monumental messes. The first time my order was an hour late, wrong sandwiches and when I called I was offered basically an "oops sorry". Tonight I thought I'd try again and ordered through the website again. After realizing it was taking a long time I checked the tracker to see that my order had been cancelled. I called the store and I was told that their hands were tied and "sometimes DoorDash just does this". I'm sorry but I did not order through DoorDash. Your location chooses to use them as a delivery service but that service is still a direct reflection of the delivery quality Jersey Mike's offers and is therefore their problem to fix. If I wanted to deal with DoorDash I would have. Don't tell me I need to call DoorDash to deal with my cancelled order...YOU need to. Just laziness all around. This location needs to improve A LOT. Needs to take better accountability for the service they choose to use and work harder to resolve issues for their customers when the service THEY CHOOSE TO USE fails. read more

The service at this location was amazing, couldn't ask for a better experience for such a new store! Food was excellent, I love how much oil and vinegar they use when I order my roast beef mikes way. Jimmy who?! This place is amazing! Great subs, great staff, great location. We visited twice during opening week and were not disappointed.

I've given them a try a few times, they are new so I expect them to have some ups and downs. But after this last time (they've been open for a long time now) I'm never going back to this location. This location stiffs you on kids meal subs, creating a 1 inch crushed butt end garbage sandwich. I've been to other locations in the area to make sure I wasn't just hallucinating. They also ALWAYS FORGET a topping. Even the stuff you pay extra for, like hot honey. I got a turkey provolone in a bowl with hot honey and vinegar and they forgot them both. I'm willing to wait a few minutes extra for accuracy to get what I paid for. This is just annoying now. Worst part is it was an online order so it comes PRINTED on the receipt. Plus they always forget silverware to eat my bowl with, am I supposed to raw dog my bowl with bare hands jersey mikes? Not even a heads up like hey we ran out. This is twice now. read more

I placed a mobile order to pickup at 4:45 pm on a Saturday. (30 minutes away) Not very busy. I had 3 young grandchildren waiting in the car while I went in to pickup my order. Lots of young employees and none of them noticed my mobile order waiting for someone to fill it. Once they started working on my order they took about 8 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. Upon completion they just put the bag on the tray for mobile orders. I was sitting only a few feet away and no one said your order is ready and no apology for not having it ready at my requested time. Management needs to pay attention to their team to make sure they are doing their job and taking care of the customers. read more

i wouldn't even do a one star but it made me. this location is AWFUL. i asked for white bread and they gave me wheat...THOSE DONT EVEN LOOK ALIKE. they have so many workers you would think that they could at least give me the right bread. none of them even pay attention, unfortunate the best worker madeline wasn't there she always gets me right. i will never step foot in there again unless she makes my sandwich. do better especially for just opening! read more
