The manager did try to make things right by offering a 10% discount on our total order, which we appreciated. However, the food itself was pretty mediocre. The burgers were bland, and the tacos were incredibly dry. Surprisingly, the best part of the meal was the curly fries--which tasted exactly like Arby's (ironic, considering this location used to be an Arby's). To top it off, the service was incredibly slow, and it took forever to get our food. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly, but the slow service and subpar food mean we probably won't be back.

There was one person in line in front of me. They had me pull up to the second window. Brought the food to me in a reasonable time. However, we get home and we're missing one of the biggie bags. Mind you, they were not busy at all. Of course I ask to speak to the manager, then he blames his employees and says "They're just kids, they probably messed up, I will talk to them." Then he is only trying to figure out what item they forgot. After much deliberation, due to him not being able to communicate or understand a simple complaint of missing food. He tells me to come back (I had told him I live 15 minutes away) and he will give me my biggie bag. I tell him I'm not interested in driving another 30-45 minute round trip to get my food I already paid for and you forgot. That would be highly inconvenient the customer. He says "it's only 15 minutes." To which I responded by telling him that is not a remedy to the poor service given. I instead ask for a refund, he tells me he can only refund if I come back to the store. I tell him, can you just give me a credit for $15-$20 or something? He says no, because we only forgot the biggie bag and you got the rest of the food. I told him to forget about the credit or refund and that I would not be returning in the future. His response was "email corporate."

I decided to follow his lead, and we both ordered the tender slider meal with fries. We also paid extra for the cheese sauce for the fries. One thing I really like is that you can customize the spice level on the chicken tenders. That's especially nice for my wife because she's not a big fan of spicy food. While we waited for our food, I had a chance to check out the atmosphere. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, and they also offer outdoor seating. I really liked the graffiti-style artwork throughout the walls, which gave the place a fun and energetic vibe. The service was good, and we didn't have to wait very long for our food. Now, let's talk about the chicken tender--it was huge! It was actually bigger than the soft potato bun, which really impressed me. The tender was fully coated in their spice seasoning, giving it a nice red color. We ordered it hot, and I'm glad we did because the spice level was just right for us. The tender was drizzled with their signature sauce, which was creamy with a slight sweetness that helped balance out the heat. The slider also came with coleslaw and a pickle. Overall, the sandwich had great presentation, flavor, and texture. The crinkle-cut fries were pretty basic but had a light Cajun seasoning. The cheese sauce was creamy with a mild flavor that reminded me of nacho cheese. One thing I noticed is that the meal doesn't come with a beverage, which was a little surprising. Overall, I was really satisfied with the chicken slider. I'd definitely come back again, especially with my wife. The closest location to us is in the Schaumburg area, so I'm looking forward to bringing her along next time.
