Great service and consistently good food here. It is especially good if you stop by when they first open and have freshly prepared dishes. I really appreciated the accommodations on my recent visit here. I was getting lunch for my senior father and asked them to slice the teriyaki chicken into smaller pieces, which they gladly obliged. Panda Express holds fundraisers each year for non-profits and has scholarships through their Panda Cares program. The gal at the drive through was so friendly, patient, and very sweet. Sunday 6:30pm. Unfortunately, when you have too many kids working behind the counter, they don't pay attention to what they're doing with the food. We ordered three panda bowls and the kids were talking so much that he filled 1 of the bowl only 2/3 the way compared to the rest. Kind of disappointment for the person that got bowl. Went in ordered for 2 along with Rangoon's and when I arrived home and my girlfriend checked the food we noticed there was no Rangoon's and when we went to call to see if we can get in store credit or at least come back in for them it took 4 calls till they finally answered to get shot down and said we can't come back in to receive them. read more

I have been to multiple Panda Express locations.. I was excited when i found out that there is one close to home that is being built.. I have loved ordering my veggies.. But this is the First time that i did not even go thru 2 bites from it.. When i opened the To go box, it already hit me that the vegetables were soggy.. And when i took a bite from it, i tasted the oil. Did the cook boiled the veggies too long and stir fry it?? i tried to douse it with the chili sauce because i was too hungry, but it couldn't cover the taste.. Beijing Beef? Teeny tiny beef thats over battered and tasted pasty.. And off course.. The famous Orange Chicken.. The same situation as the Beijing beef.. Disappointing... I'll be skipping this location.. Dundee, Algonquin and Elgin locations have better tasting and much fresher food than the Huntley location. Just have to suck it up and drive farther.. read more

The food was as good as fast food can be. But the service was terrible. My husband and I went for dinner and there were two females taking orders. They apparently couldn't be bothered. When we asked for some sauce, one of them said "I'm busy" and proceeded to ignore us. We let the other lady know the lemonade was out and she said "then there's none" and just proceeded to walk away. I mean just probably order pick up or drive thru. Try not to ruin your day by eating there and having to deal with rude employees. Save yourself the headache. read more

Very inconsistent food quality compared to other Panda Express in my opinion. Both in seasoning (fried rice was quite salty and Kung pow chicken spicy on time and bland next time) and portions especially in the Panda Bowls. We are comparing this store with other Pandas in this area. We now make the trek to the Algonquin Panda Express. I just visited this panda and placed my order through the drive through. The person taking my order was very short with me and I felt like they were trying to rush me. I then asked for sauce and they cut me off saying "you can ask for sauce at the window. Anything else?" So I said no and went to the window. The person at the window pushed my bag at me and took my card. Then closed the window and went to run my payment. They returned to the window to give me back my card and as I was saying "thank you", closed the window. So I wasn't able to ask for any sauce (lol.) once I got home I looked at my bowl (honey walnut shrimp and lo mein) and saw that I paid about $9 for 6 shrimp.. I felt it fit the overall experience lol. If you're wanting panda, maybe just drive a little further and go to the one in algonquin. Lol. read more

After experiencing a less than desirable food run just down the street we decided to come back to our old favorite instead. Food is always fresh and fast and the service is top notch. The COVID safety in place has all the workers wearing masks even at drive through but they are so friendly you can tell they have big smiles on behind them. Always professional and kind I highly recommend you support your local panda! The safety and distancing practices have no negative impact on the experience. Great job panda team! read more

Although the cashier taking my order was nice, and efficient, the quality of what they actually served me, made me feel like I wasted my $3+ on the side of super greens...not one piece of kale, and the rest has been sitting out so long, the broccoli was brown on the tips. And that oversized nub of cabbage that should have been thrown away, and not served??? Horrible! I came during the lunch hour and there was barely any food on the line. What's funny is that they aren't crowded so I don't understand. As I patiently waited, there was never an acknowledgement of my presence. You could see several employees unoccupied, but they didn't say anything to me. As I watched the guy prepare the patron's food before me I was disgusted. He stuck his fingers all around the insides of his food box. Can you say gross? I already dislike this location because you have to battle the employees for a decent portion size of an entree. I'm likely not to return again. Panda needs to reevaluate the service their providing to their customer. I don't want to pay for a big bowl of rice. This location looks nice, but that's where the good things end. I've had multiple bad experiences here, but this time made me leave a review. Every time I come here the food is cold and stale. Walking up to the counter is a disappointing sight. The food always looks like it's been sitting for hours, dried up and cold. We came at 7pm on a Sunday and had to send back EVERYTHING. Was then told orange chicken would be a 10 minute wait and would be the last thing they're cooking. You'd think a staple like orange chicken for them would be continuously being made. I just donated $10 to Panda Express for ordering their new Steak and Shrimp dish which was mostly potat, yes potatoes. The shrimp was very good, 3 or 4 pieces. Stopped here on our way back to Minnesota for lunch and we were greeted with smiling faces and fresh food. Karina took our order and prepared our meals with great positivity and a smile on her face. We walked into a very clean and organized establishment. The crew was all doing their part in cleaning and preparing. The manager greeted us as well letting us know if we prefer anything fresh to just let them know and they would be happy to prepare it. It has been a few months since my boyfriend and I have visited a Panda and this one was a great example of what every Panda Express should aim to be. Second, after you here "WELCOME" for every single person that walks in gets to be a bit much. 3rd. Dont tell me the Angus beef will only be 5 minutes. 20 minutes latter im still waiting for beef, because the cook claims he didnt hear it called, even though he's the one who clearly yelled back 5 minutes. 4th.
