Great service and consistently good food here. It is especially good if you stop by when they first open and have freshly prepared dishes. I really appreciated the accommodations on my recent visit here. I was getting lunch for my senior father and asked them to slice the teriyaki chicken into smaller pieces, which they gladly obliged. Panda Express holds fundraisers each year for non-profits and has scholarships through their Panda Cares program. The gal at the drive through was so friendly, patient, and very sweet. She had a big smile on her face the entire interaction. Thank you, Panda, for providing good food, great service and impact to others in our communities. read more

Sunday 6:30pm. Unfortunately, when you have too many kids working behind the counter, they don't pay attention to what they're doing with the food. We ordered three panda bowls and the kids were talking so much that he filled 1 of the bowl only 2/3 the way compared to the rest. Kind of disappointment for the person that got bowl. And it was so obvious by looking at it and weight. Unfortunately, we weren't paying attention. and only found out about it when we got home. Plus rice was a bit under cooked and crunchy. read more

My husband and I drove through Panda Express on Route 47 in Huntley for the first time this Friday. Ordered fried rice and 3 egg rolls. Got home opened the fried rice it looked yummy. Opened the egg rolls they were frozen. We will never return again! read more

Worst experience ever! When I walked in, there were no lines or people in front of me. I saw that they were out of rice as I got to the counter. I asked about it. They said it would be 5 minutes for more fried rice. How do you run out of fried rice? If it gets low, make a new batch. Don't wait until it's entirely gone! Did not want to wait around, so I got the chow mein. I asked for the mushroom chicken and the Beef and broccoli. Both were the smallest portions I've ever seen at a Panda Express. Ridiculously small. The mushroom chicken only had one small piece of chicken. Only one!!! Everything else was vegetables. How is the location still in business? Unless Panda Express changed some policies, this location in Huntley is poorly managed and/or has a staff that never got the proper training. read more

Consistently hot and fresh food. Drive thru orders and accurate and no complaints. Happy to have this option in our town.

Went in ordered for 2 along with Rangoon's and when I arrived home and my girlfriend checked the food we noticed there was no Rangoon's and when we went to call to see if we can get in store credit or at least come back in for them it took 4 calls till they finally answered to get shot down and said we can't come back in to receive them. read more

Went through the drive thru and picked up a plate. Parked and food was soggy and cold. Common theme here. Service is usually fine. Food quality is not. read more

Nice people work there and food is good always. Clean and friendly place. Always come here

I have been to multiple Panda Express locations.. I was excited when i found out that there is one close to home that is being built.. I have loved ordering my veggies.. But this is the First time that i did not even go thru 2 bites from it.. When i opened the To go box, it already hit me that the vegetables were soggy.. And when i took a bite from it, i tasted the oil. Did the cook boiled the veggies too long and stir fry it?? i tried to douse it with the chili sauce because i was too hungry, but it couldn't cover the taste.. Beijing Beef? Teeny tiny beef thats over battered and tasted pasty.. And off course.. The famous Orange Chicken.. The same situation as the Beijing beef.. Disappointing... I'll be skipping this location.. Dundee, Algonquin and Elgin locations have better tasting and much fresher food than the Huntley location. Just have to suck it up and drive farther.. read more

Service was great, The food was great and filled me up. Well worth the $$, however I didn't get a fortune cookie, something I really look forward to. Left me wondering what the state of modern day authentic Chinese cuisine has come to. read more

The food was as good as fast food can be. But the service was terrible. My husband and I went for dinner and there were two females taking orders. They apparently couldn't be bothered. When we asked for some sauce, one of them said "I'm busy" and proceeded to ignore us. We let the other lady know the lemonade was out and she said "then there's none" and just proceeded to walk away. I mean just probably order pick up or drive thru. Try not to ruin your day by eating there and having to deal with rude employees. Save yourself the headache. read more

Margaret is my grandma now... service and food was exquisite. Made me feel right at home, thanks!

Very inconsistent food quality compared to other Panda Express in my opinion. Both in seasoning (fried rice was quite salty and Kung pow chicken spicy on time and bland next time) and portions especially in the Panda Bowls. We are comparing this store with other Pandas in this area. We now make the trek to the Algonquin Panda Express. The problems maybe due to not enough adult supervision in the staff at heavy times. read more

I just visited this panda and placed my order through the drive through. The person taking my order was very short with me and I felt like they were trying to rush me. I then asked for sauce and they cut me off saying "you can ask for sauce at the window. Anything else?" So I said no and went to the window. The person at the window pushed my bag at me and took my card. Then closed the window and went to run my payment. They returned to the window to give me back my card and as I was saying "thank you", closed the window. So I wasn't able to ask for any sauce (lol.) once I got home I looked at my bowl (honey walnut shrimp and lo mein) and saw that I paid about $9 for 6 shrimp.. I felt it fit the overall experience lol. If you're wanting panda, maybe just drive a little further and go to the one in algonquin. Lol. read more

Fast food, didn't have to wait and its great! Broccoli n beef was good, but it could have had more beef. Chow main noodles were great and filling. Orange chicken was spot on. The black pepper Angus steak was awesome!! Loved the mushrooms!! Fried rice was good. read more

Service wasn't that good- the ambience was fine but service is main thing. Don't think I'll be back

I ordered the steak and shrimp and all I got was potatoes. This place is a rip off. If your going to call something steak and shrimp it should have steak and shrimp in it, not jus potatoes read more

Thanks for the chicken? In my entree, this is literally #1 the wrong type of chicken and #2 the ONLY chicken the whole bowl. It's barely a spoonful. This was a total waste of money. The chicken is virtually non-existent. I'd rather have you tell me you're OUT of what I ordered versus give me scraps of crappy chicken. I won't ever come back here. read more

Rude employees. Just asked for your money and hands you your food. I ordered the quart size and the pint size of entrees and both containers were not full. Find another location if you can read more

This is just flat out bad food, poor quality ingredients covered in sugar sauces, no redeeming qualities, just avoid this for your health.

Although the cashier taking my order was nice, and efficient, the quality of what they actually served me, made me feel like I wasted my $3+ on the side of super greens...not one piece of kale, and the rest has been sitting out so long, the broccoli was brown on the tips. And that oversized nub of cabbage that should have been thrown away, and not served??? I'll order inside and not in the drive thru from now on, when you see what you're ordering, you'll know what you're getting. So much for convenance... read more

Panda Express - I'd have happily waited for a fresh batch. I wish I could get my money back bc this is going in the trash. - Chinese Near Me - Huntley, Illinois

Horrible! I came during the lunch hour and there was barely any food on the line. What's funny is that they aren't crowded so I don't understand. As I patiently waited, there was never an acknowledgement of my presence. You could see several employees unoccupied, but they didn't say anything to me. As I watched the guy prepare the patron's food before me I was disgusted. He stuck his fingers all around the insides of his food box. Can you say gross? I already dislike this location because you have to battle the employees for a decent portion size of an entree. I'm likely not to return again. Panda needs to reevaluate the service their providing to their customer. I don't want to pay for a big bowl of rice. Also, stop hiring all these teenagers who have no clue about customer service. read more

After experiencing a less than desirable food run just down the street we decided to come back to our old favorite instead. Food is always fresh and fast and the service is top notch. The COVID safety in place has all the workers wearing masks even at drive through but they are so friendly you can tell they have big smiles on behind them. Always professional and kind I highly recommend you support your local panda! The safety and distancing practices have no negative impact on the experience. Great job panda team! read more

This location looks nice, but that's where the good things end. I've had multiple bad experiences here, but this time made me leave a review. Every time I come here the food is cold and stale. Walking up to the counter is a disappointing sight. The food always looks like it's been sitting for hours, dried up and cold. We came at 7pm on a Sunday and had to send back EVERYTHING. (And we never send things back). This location feels like a completely different restaurant. read more

Worst Panda Express ever! It seems that owner don't let cookers to put the right amount of ingredients to the fired rice and it taste like white rice! Also noodles are very dry ! 2 times 2 strikes won't come back ever ! read more

No teriyaki chicken @ 5;00. Told it would take 8 minutes. Was fine with that, took 15 minutes instead. Pre-paid and had my other meal under glass on the warming table. Took my pre-paid bowl and poured teriyaki sauce all over. Because a guy waiting five people behind me (not a drive thru customer) asked her for it. Then tried to give him the rest of my food to him. Asked for money back, girl took receipt and walk away with it. Asked her what she was doing she said she did not understand . Got manager and she kept saying she wanted to help me, I said ok please give me my money back, fumbled with Bill's and walked away looking for a key to get me my coins, said just keep , and left. read more

Got here at 8:30, it's a saturday night and they close at 10. Before I could order was informed they wouldn't have all their regular options due to it being "close to closing". Was then told orange chicken would be a 10 minute wait and would be the last thing they're cooking. You'd think a staple like orange chicken for them would be continuously being made. I pull around to the front and see half their staff is painting arrows in the parking lot. If you don't want to do your job or schedule enough staff to do both then just say it and i'll go somewhere else instead of playing games here. read more

I just donated $10 to Panda Express for ordering their new Steak and Shrimp dish which was mostly potat, yes potatoes. The shrimp was very good, 3 or 4 pieces. The steak were 2 very small pieces, one being gristle and unchewable. Small pea pods a couple very small pieces of red pepper. Was definitely a rip. Sorry Panda read more

I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. This place is awesome, soon as you walk in you are welcomed and service was great. Food is great as well. Stopped here on our way back to Minnesota for lunch and we were greeted with smiling faces and fresh food. Karina took our order and prepared our meals with great positivity and a smile on her face. We walked into a very clean and organized establishment. The crew was all doing their part in cleaning and preparing. The manager greeted us as well letting us know if we prefer anything fresh to just let them know and they would be happy to prepare it. Tried this new panda express as I was in the area. It was ok. It is fast food, so not much to expect I suppose. The prices are reasonable and the staff helpful, but the food just isn't that great. I think it is just a panda express deal. Not good quality. Probably won't be returning. read more
