We used to order from here every week, but since the new owners took over, everything has changed--and not for the better. We decided to give it another try, and it was extremely disappointing. The pork egg rolls were filled almost entirely with shredded cabbage and black pepper, with no pork at all. The pork fried rice was yellow, had raw onions, no egg, and only a few small pieces of pork in the entire container. At this point, we won't be returning. FIRST order, was on Saturday night, pork chop suey and seafood delight. My wife's pork was not eatable by her. I tried some later, no flavor and no sauce. Pork and vegetables with no flavor. My seafood delight was similar in that there was no sauce, was a little brother with chunks of white globules in it. I asked for noodles because I really don't eat rice. They paired up a seafood dish which was supposed to have a white wine sauce with an order of lo mein noodles, in a brown sauce. This was the worst chinese meal we have ever had. we'll....at very least this place is consistent...usually as good as others but almost never worst than nearby restaurants.. Their Egg Foo YUNG is outstanding, the Mongolian Beef is definitely remarkable.....the EGGROLLS contain more than just Cabbage like others. ....so they're worth ordering. Been eating here for 5 years since moving to the area. Food is always hot and fresh and well prepared. The staff are always super kind and courteous and they've never messed up my order. They place does feature several tables inside though I never see anyone dining here, it's more of a take out kind of place. Highly recommend their bbq pork and the hunan beef. Very tasty. read more

How this place got 4stars is beyond me. I don't like any of their dishes at all. One star for the okay Vegetable Egg Foo Young. Other than that these flavors are made up and not in a good way. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty tables, looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a few days. Sticky stuff from previous customers. The floor was dirty. Most of all the paint was coming off the walls in large chunks. The owners seem to have NO PRIDE in their restaurant. If it is that dirty in the front end I would really hate to see the kitchen area. The food was just OK, nothing great. My wife and I ordered two different dishes but they both looked the same and tasted the same. How does that work???? We both ordered WATER, and the lady said they only have water in a bottle for a cost, the lady said the tap water was unfit to drink. WHAT??? WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE FOR SURE!!!! Very disappointing. I paid online, drove in a snow storm to pick up my order at the far end of the time range they gave me only to find out they were 60+ minutes behind. Tried this place since it was close by our new place. Ordered some things I usually would; Crab Rangoons, Potstickers, Beef Fried Rice, Beef LoMein, & Mongolian beef. Crab Rangoons were decent, Potstickers had very hard edges, and Beef LoMein literally had NO beef. I'm not talking little beef, no beef. I have been patronizing this restaurant for a number of years and the food has been wonderful. The restaurant has changed ownership this past year or so and the quality is still there and everyone is very kind. However, there is one change that is limiting my visits ... entree size. They used to have small or large with most of the dishes but it seems that they have done away with the small. Being one person, anything larger than the small is a waste, because other than fried rice or egg drop soup, I don't care for reheated leftovers. I don't want to take away stars because the food is good but it sure is a bummer for me that the small size entrees are gone. I may still visit for lunch since it's smaller but I can't go back for dinner. read more

We ordered from here and we were very disappointed. I do not normally write reviews but this was not a good Chinese place. The Kong Pao was OK although most of the vegetables were diced. The sweet and sour sauce was a little off might be because it was more sweet than sour. I tried the sweet n sour packets that they give you for the egg rolls and those tasted as if the packet had expire. The fried rice tasted like some thing that you would get out of a microwavable frozen dish, very Rice-A-Roni like. The beef and broccoli was a little on the spicy side. Although we did or beef with garlic as well and my daughter said she couldn't taste a difference, other than beef with garlic did have bits of garlic in it. The egg rolls were small more and nothing to right home about. In the takeout bag they gave us free crab rangoon which weren't too bad. All in I would not recommend this restaurant. If you're looking for Chinese try somewhere else. read more

Have ordered 3 times in the past 2 months. Excellent. Egg rolls are ok, crab rangoon delicious, Singapore noodles great, pork fried rice, not much taste, next time will try everything fried rice, sesame chicken very good, but the best items that we had were the won ton egg drop soup and the shrimp in lobster sauce white sauce. These last 2 items were some of the best Chinese food that I have ever had. Can hardly wait to try other dishes.. read more

They are worth trying but I can't recommend anything because the foods seasoning isn't consistent. It's obvious they don't follow the same recipe each time. The crab Rangoon was good but now it's worse than Panda Express. Just off Brand cream cheese. Yuck. They really need to figure out what makes repeat customers. They also need to figure out the beef and fried rice. It's not great neither are the egg rolls. They are nice and have been part of the community for a while now but still only manage to be a small step above what you might get at the airport. Hopefully they will improve. read more

Yes, yes, YES! I love Chinese food. So much. Panda Express was lined to the street and I wanted to go somewhere else that would be easily accessible without having to wait forever. I havent tried any other restaurants like this because im newer to the area and I just havent gotten around to it. But let me say I am so so pleased I did! I got the orange chicken with fried rice. My boyfriend got White steamed rice, crab rangoon, and some egg rolls. Everything was absolutely phenomenal! I am so inlove with them and panda is just ruined for me. It tasted so fresh and authentic. The workers were so sweet and friendly. They made sure everyone got their food as soon as possible while also making sure it was food quality. Me and my boyfriend waited about 15 minutes which we never mind as long as the food is fresh and worth it and let me tell you it was! The smell made it almost impossible to wait till we got home. I was ready to dig in while going home. Portions are great! The price is extremely fair and the portions of the food are so generous. My meal cost the same as it would at a fast food place yet it lasted me 3 days because there was so much. I will definitely come here again and continue supporting them! I believe the other reviewers, and I love to support local, but we had a bad experience. There was no trouble with timing, as other reviews had mentioned. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, I showed up 18 minutes later, and the food was ready. We had basic chicken and broccoli, one with brown, traditional, sauce and one sub white sauce. Never had very much flavor and neither had enough sauce. My husband added salt and pepper to his while, garlic, sauce and said it helped. After eating the first portion, we boxed it up for the next day. The next day we brought it for lunch. Both of us had the same complaint, the rice was so soggy. This is not because of too much sauce, but rather it was because the rice was actually wet. The day two was like mush. If we go back, we will try the things that others have recommended. read more

I was surprised with the high ratings how mediocre at best this place was. The egg rolls were just ok. The potstickers were your standard. The shrimp w lobster sauce had only 4 pcs of shrimp and had a weird smell but tasted ok. The bbq ribs that came so highly recommended had a weird flavor to it. And the orange chicken and general tso chicken looked and tasted almost identical and again, just mediocre. Nothing stood out to me here but all was edible so that's why I gave at least the 2 stars. read more

It's not the nicest place I've ever been in, but it's clean and has high ceilings and the food makes it more than worth it! The lunch special is a really good value, the wings were great, the potstickers were fab, and the egg rolls Changed My Life!! I will admit - the first time I tried food from here, I was pretty certain it would be my ONLY time eating the food. However, after friends and neighbors said that the quality of the food had improved - I decided to give it another chance. And thank heavens for 2nd chances! The food is very good, and the best part .... they are right here in our town, and I love to support small, local businesses when I can. First time and last time. Ordered sweet n sour chicken. Take out, when we got home the red sweet sauce was just that. No pineapple no green pepper no onion nothing. Hands down favorite Chinese in our area. Lunch combo is what we get on a regular, and I typically get the Mongolian chicken, orange chicken, and General tsos chicken. Never once, have I received bad quality of food from here. Even if it is after lunch time, there is a small upcharge for the combo but still cheaper than most places with large helpings of food and egg roll. Would definitely reccommend to others. read more

I ate in the restaurant at 5 pm and it was empty. I was with my family and we ordered: egg rolls, hot tea, shrimp egg foo young, orange chicken, and general tso chicken. The egg rolls were nicely fried and tasty enough. The egg foo young was the highlight of the meal. They nicely crisp up the edges here for some nice texture. The two chicken dishes were plentiful and what I would expect from a cheap Chinese restaurant. I think it is a better idea to carry out from this establishment as they seem more prepared for that type of service, also the seating area was pretty cold. Otherwise, it is a pretty good Chinese place that is close to home and fairly priced! I will be coming back. read more
