Start out by saying this is my usual BK and I order often from here. Ordered a whopper for breakfast via door dash. I do this pretty often as well. First dasher dropped me and the second one messaged to tell me that I can't get a burger for breakfast (it was 7:15am). Called the store and she told me no burgers for breakfast after 8:30am on Fridays- it was 7:15 mind you. I asked if they could still partially fill the order with the breakfast items and she said no. Nowhere do they say that the burgers aren't available on Fridays after 8:30- and it was way before 8:30. Will be ordering elsewhere. I'm now hangry af. So lame, BK. read more

I ordered the new bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. They then forgot my bacon and Swiss. Their food is normally really good. Yummy!

Not a fan. I prefer the one on Randall. We used to go here pretty often but more and more what we got was just gross. Old nuggets. Soggy nuggets. One time they gave us the wrong nuggets and I watched him make new ones right in front of my face and somehow they still tasted old!? We once got sick off of some weird tasting nuggets. After that we haven't been back. Also, no fault of theirs but this Burger King is a total dead zone for cell service on Verizon. I order mobile so I would always place the order while in Walmart on their Wi-Fi, then drive over there. Or open up the coupon I needed at Walmart and hope I can get over and order fast enough before the coupon times out. read more

Great food, fast service and fresh food. The staffs are very friendly. Every order is made perfectly. They are very fast in making orders. Really appreciate their customer service and awesome burger, fries and chicken burger. Every single time I buy a meal it tastes better than what I can remember. 3 stars because while I don't generally have issues at this location, the ones I do run into from time to time are pretty annoying to deal with. Not extremely sure if this is more fitting for a complaint against their app itself, but the store's response to the situation is a bit silly. Their app is broken for whatever reason. I used to use it all the time, but lately it won't allow me to checkout. (This is an issue a lot of people are having, so it's not a secluded-to-me issue, it's the app itself)-- That's fine and all, but the issue is that they have deals that are only available for mobile orders, and it doesn't actually try and charge you until you actually GO to the restaurant.. so now it's been 4 times that I've made an order, driven to the store, and been told I can't place the order. I went through the drive thru and asked if they could just honor the coupon if I placed the order directly through them. I was asked to come to the window, which I did, where a manager listened to my issue and then just laughed and told me to pay full price. Said that a lot of people have been having the same issue, but then told me he won't accept the coupon and if I want the deal to place the order through the app. uh..? read more

I was in a hurry today and stopped at this Burger King for a quick something to eat. I went to the drive through because I was in a hurry. It has the double speaker which I was grateful for. One speaker had a car in it ordering so I pulled to the other speaker. Someone on the speaker said one minute please. I saw the car pull out from the other speaker and started getting my money out so I could get through as fast as possible. Someone pulled up to the other speaker and order while I waited. Then someone else pulled up to the other speaker and order while I waited. I drove off. This is not good business and I will never go to this Burger King again. read more
