We went to buy some food there (Saturday, April 18, around 6pm) and the three guys that were at the drive thru were very mean. The little Hispanic kid taking the food out the cars kept avoid us and laughing because we didn't have our order, he will come and ask what our order was and then leave bring few orders and then come and ask us again. It seem like a prank between the guy taking the orders and him. We waited for our McChickens 22 min. When he gave us the food, he didn't even say sorry and he just laughed and left. Horrible service... never stopping there again. read more

Half my damn food was missing after they made us wait 30 mins in the to go area just to get half the food. Then we wait in the line for another 10 just to get what we paid for and we're missing. Mind you 2 whole meals missing. And all we get is attitude from the damn workers. Horrible service. Not "fast food" at all read more

This McDonalds is horrible with Door Dash. They are always forgetting something or giving you something you didn't order instead. I called the manager regarding this a few days ago & he said well we get busy here around this time & the dashers sometimes pick up wrong orders. I told him I've tried to call to speak to someone about the order problem & he said they don't answer the phones during busy times. So he blames the dashers instead of saying he will discuss with his team to be more careful. I had an order there & asked him to please reassure it's correct & when I asked for him to simply put onion on my chicken sandwich he said he can't since it costs like 40 cents, I told him for all the inconvenience he should be able to do at least that. Then he said he would. The order came with no onions & 1 of my 2 Sweet teas looked like they put coffee in it, just horrible. I did call Doordash & was given a credit but for people who can't get out to drive or are sick pay good money to Doordash to get food from restaurants & having them correctly process your order is what's expected. This make manager was a jerk. read more

This place sucks! How tf do you not add the fries or bbq sauce to the order?? Who tf eats nuggets with no sauce?! Morons refused to give sauce. If we spend money we want all the items we paid for. They would be pissed if I shorted them on money. Works the same way. 0/10 avoid this crap hole. read more

In at drive through at 10:23 (not busy by any means. In fact novody was in the drive through when i got here. I pulled right up and ordered. Was told to go in the waiting parking spot (never doing it again I'll wait at the window and they can give me my food)... 10min go by... nothing. Few more minutes... nothing. Finally I go inside. They're completely confused. Yeah you guys forgot the first customer to the window existed. Great work kids. And yall want $20an hr??? What a joke. After I came inside itntook nearly ANOTHER 5min to get my food. 10:38 is when I was handed my food. No sorry, no extra compensation. Nothing. Ungratful little 20yr old hating her life just miserably handed me my food. McD is pure trash. You're lucky i even wasted my time / money here. GARBAGE. read more

I ordered my food using one of the kiosks without any problem. I asked the service attendant for extra tartar sauce after they served me where I sat and I was served promptly. The ambiance is calm, very clean, and very family oriented. There is a newly constructed play area for the kids with tables in the area so your can watch your child while enjoying your meal. The customer service was friendly and prompt and I felt very comfortable eating here. Really enjoyed my meal and the new service having been here a few years ago. Improved McDonald's. I'm glad I ate here. read more

Been here twice at the drive-thru, both times order was royally screwed up. After the first time thought we would go inside and order but two of the four kiosks were out of order and you can no longer order talking with anyone so had to get back in line at the drive-thru. No third strike for this dump, guess you get what you pay for. read more

We enjoy coming here we always get the Mc chicken but the slide in the play place needs cleaning.

Ordered a bacon quarter pounder no pickle for a whole week and NOT ONCE did the burger have bacon on it and half the time they would STILL add pickles. if i could leave 0 stars i would. it seems like my order goes in one ear and out the other same thing happened with the car in front of me. read more

The McDonald's website states this restaurant is open for dine in. It is not. Furthermore, there are two drive through lanes. The sign says "any lane, any time." One lane was closed, and the cones blocking the lane wasn't visible until a driver was right on top of it, forcing drivers to back up. They must hate customers. read more

I've been reluctant to leave a review for this location purely due to it being the one that I've gone to since being a kid, but man they're not getting any better. Without exaggerating, 75% of the time I go here they get my order wrong. For some reason they seem to think that "Extra" means "NO", and so when I order extra pickles and/or onions they instead put none on. I've had it where I'd order a hamburger with extra pickle, onion, ketchup, mustard, only to get home and find out they gave me 2 pieces of bread with a naked patty. I just got back from there and they gave me a hamburger even though a ordered and paid for a double hamburger. The stickers on the food say the correct thing on them, so I know the order was not misplaced. This single hamburger has a sticker on it that says double hamburger, and when I order extra things and receive nothing instead, the stickers say extra. read more

Not sure why this McD's is so much more expensive than the others. And, the fountain refill station is gone. They take forever to notice you at the register and then to notice you are there for a refill. No longer are all drinks a $1 no matter the size, so be mindful of that. All in all, i work between them and W Dundee, I'll now go to W Dundee instead. read more

After reading these reviews I am not surprised about my experience: Friday night, taking the family for Ice-cream. "We are out of all ice-cream Sir". I took the family home without their treat. Enough said. Teaching moment to my daughter: "Because nobody at McDonalds keeps track of inventory, you're not getting your ice-cream tonight hun!" "McDonalds sucks Dad! No wonder they don't serve all the good stuff we see on youtube that they serve in the rest of the world". "You are right hun! Lesson learned!" read more

This is the most ghetto McDonald's I've ever stepped foot in. Been in here twice now, and realized that today will be the last. The first time we were there, they told me my gift card had nothing on it. It was a $20 card -- the cashier just didn't swipe it correctly. I called the number on the card, and listened to the balance just as I knew was on there. In the meantime, we paid cash. Afterwards, my husband went back up there and told them there WAS $20 on the card like we said. So, they were going to take the card and give our cash back, except SCREWED UP the amount they should have given back to us. Why we went back here today, I'll never know. My husband orders a 6 piece nugget first. They ask "for a boy or a girl?" .... WTF. He didn't mention anything about a happy meal or mighty kids meal or anything -- just a 6 piece nugget. The 2nd thing he orders is a Big Mac. They ask "just the sandwich?" The fries weren't great (and really, the fries are one of the ONLY reasons to eat at McD's) -- and tasted like it was time to change out the oil in the fryer. And then, there were the 3 kids -- probably age 12 down to 18 months -- running around the restaurant in their SOCKS. I'm guessing they came in from the playland that is connected to the restaurant, but where the parents were, I have no clue. And EEEWW, PUT ON YOUR SHOES if you are coming back into the restaurant. The McDonald's employee sweeping the floor right by them didn't say a word. What happened to the "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service"???? Avoid this McD's. Unless of course you're the one who lets your kid run about in the stockinged feet -- then keep going to that location. read more

Carlos is an excellent manager, I had an issue regarding an incorrect order and he was quick to resolve it.

Rating high for negative review. Very rude management. The manager from behind the fryer that took my order told me he was going to only charge me for the fry and my redeemed birthday order due to my card "only being able to charge $5" when I had money in my account. I explained I was going to use my coupon for the free fries for Friday and get another chicken sandwich on a different order and he assured me my money was returned but it was not but still was told he was giving me my birthday order and fries and I went to the bathroom and came back to grab my food, and another manager handed me my food and gave me attitude to where I was like "Why is everybody getting loud with me? I just asked if they had my fries in there because that's what the guy who took my order said" and After saying that I was given fries and dirty looks with words in Spanish that were being spoken me of me that they did not realize I understood from the man who took my order standing by fryers behind counter. Very disrespectful. read more

Our experience was positive at this location it was neat and clean, the washrooms are clean and the atmosphere is friendly and very warmly welcoming to their customers specially kids, and we had a great time. There were plenty of seats, but I would guess, not too much, if it were a peek time. Nevertheless, it is a typical fast food with all the regular features. The food comes out fast and hot. It tastes good, the meat of the patties are thicker and juicier. And fries are crispy and delicious. It does get busy sometimes and there are rushes however they always make my order correctly. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

This McDonald's is the worst! We ordered from this McDonald's a couple times already and they always got our orders wrong . We ordered a double quarter pounder with no cheese and they still put cheese on it. I don't even feel like it's safe to eat their food since their fries are like a day old when you try them. I spoke to their manager addie seems really nice but the problem seems to be the people they hire to grill in the back cuz they always got my order wrong. read more

Once again, get home from drive-thru and order is wrong. Missing items I paid for. This is a regular occurrence at this McDonalds location. Many times there is along wait at the drive-thru as well. Two or three cars waiting on orders. And it's not unusual to wait and wait for your order even if there isn't one special order item at all. This location was much better a year ago. Not sure why it consistently disappoints so frequently now. New crew? Training? Management? Getting a burger should be pretty easy especially at McDonalds. read more

McDonaldslypse. When you go to McDonalds and think it's the apocalypse. I thought most McDonald's experiences were the same. We all know the menu, we all know about the way they make food, etc. We decided to grab some McDonald's on the way to a bar crawl, after a family holiday party in which the family hosting doesn't know how to make a proper meal. The only way I can explain how horrendous and strange this is would be to run down the conversation between myself, the speakerbox, and my husband: Him: "Can I get a number 9?" Speaker: "OK. Do you want ketchup?" Me: "Barbecue sauce please." Speaker: "We don't have barbecue sauce." Him: "What DO you have?" Speaker: "Ranch, sweet and sour, honey." Me: "Honey mustard." Speaker (to co-worker): "Do we have honey mustard?" So they had honey mustard after all. No BBQ, not a problem. Him: "With a Diet Coke. And a number 4 please with a Coke." Speaker: "We don't have Coke." Him: "WELL WHAT DO YOU HAVE?" Speaker: "Coke Zero, sweet tea, iced tea, root beer." Him: "Fine. Root beer." We pull up to the window to pay. Window man: "We don't have root beer." Me: "IS THIS A JOKE?" Window man: "No, sorry, what else can I get you?" My husband settled on an iced tea. WTF McDonald's? If you're low on supplies, I guess these things can and do happen. But why wasn't a sign posted on the speaker? And why didn't the manager tell the employees something like, "apologize to the customers and throw in a cookie." Or for God's sake, they couldn't have an employee drive to a nearby McDonald's for supplies? Oh, and my Diet Coke had NO carbonation in it. read more

FABULOUS-looking playplace!! We came here for breakfast one morning and to let the kids run off their energy after being in the car for a while. They had a BLAST here, and I had an Egg McMuffin meal. Definitely a win-win :) The place was clean, it wasn't TOO crowded, and the kids had fun. The only thing that wasn't up to par was the Coke Zero. It was definitely running out of syrup and it was really gross. Otherwise, the location and the food was fantastic! read more

Worst service ever. They really take the meaning out of fast food. Cashier took 5 minutes to give me change back. We asked why were waiting so long, she proceeds to tell us no one wants to work the late shift. A little unprofessional, and also told us there is only one cook. No apologies or anything. When we got to the pick up window the manager more or less throws the food at us. Again no apologies. After waiting 20 mins for a couple burgers and fries we get home and the food is cold. Perfect.
