The little Hispanic kid taking the food out the cars kept avoid us and laughing because we didn't have our order, he will come and ask what our order was and then leave bring few orders and then come and ask us again. It seem like a prank between the guy taking the orders and him. We waited for our McChickens 22 min. When he gave us the food, he didn't even say sorry and he just laughed and left. This McDonalds is horrible with Door Dash. They are always forgetting something or giving you something you didn't order instead. I called the manager regarding this a few days ago & he said well we get busy here around this time & the dashers sometimes pick up wrong orders. I told him I've tried to call to speak to someone about the order problem & he said they don't answer the phones during busy times. So he blames the dashers instead of saying he will discuss with his team to be more careful. I had an order there & asked him to please reassure it's correct & when I asked for him to simply put onion on my chicken sandwich he said he can't since it costs like 40 cents, I told him for all the inconvenience he should be able to do at least that. Then he said he would. The order came with no onions & 1 of my 2 Sweet teas looked like they put coffee in it, just horrible. I did call Doordash & was given a credit but for people who can't get out to drive or are sick pay good money to Doordash to get food from restaurants & having them correctly process your order is what's expected. I ordered my food using one of the kiosks without any problem. I asked the service attendant for extra tartar sauce after they served me where I sat and I was served promptly. The ambiance is calm, very clean, and very family oriented. There is a newly constructed play area for the kids with tables in the area so your can watch your child while enjoying your meal. The customer service was friendly and prompt and I felt very comfortable eating here. Really enjoyed my meal and the new service having been here a few years ago. Improved McDonald's. The McDonald's website states this restaurant is open for dine in. It is not. Furthermore, there are two drive through lanes. The sign says "any lane, any time." One lane was closed, and the cones blocking the lane wasn't visible until a driver was right on top of it, forcing drivers to back up. They must hate customers. read more

I've been reluctant to leave a review for this location purely due to it being the one that I've gone to since being a kid, but man they're not getting any better. Without exaggerating, 75% of the time I go here they get my order wrong. For some reason they seem to think that "Extra" means "NO", and so when I order extra pickles and/or onions they instead put none on. I've had it where I'd order a hamburger with extra pickle, onion, ketchup, mustard, only to get home and find out they gave me 2 pieces of bread with a naked patty. I just got back from there and they gave me a hamburger even though a ordered and paid for a double hamburger. The stickers on the food say the correct thing on them, so I know the order was not misplaced. They take forever to notice you at the register and then to notice you are there for a refill. No longer are all drinks a $1 no matter the size, so be mindful of that. This is the most ghetto McDonald's I've ever stepped foot in. Been in here twice now, and realized that today will be the last. The first time we were there, they told me my gift card had nothing on it. It was a $20 card -- the cashier just didn't swipe it correctly. Afterwards, my husband went back up there and told them there WAS $20 on the card like we said. My husband orders a 6 piece nugget first. They ask "for a boy or a girl?" .... WTF. He didn't mention anything about a happy meal or mighty kids meal or anything -- just a 6 piece nugget. The 2nd thing he orders is a Big Mac. They ask "just the sandwich?" The fries weren't great (and really, the fries are one of the ONLY reasons to eat at McD's) -- and tasted like it was time to change out the oil in the fryer. And then, there were the 3 kids -- probably age 12 down to 18 months -- running around the restaurant in their SOCKS. I'm guessing they came in from the playland that is connected to the restaurant, but where the parents were, I have no clue. And EEEWW, PUT ON YOUR SHOES if you are coming back into the restaurant. The McDonald's employee sweeping the floor right by them didn't say a word. What happened to the "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service"???? Avoid this McD's. The manager from behind the fryer that took my order told me he was going to only charge me for the fry and my redeemed birthday order due to my card "only being able to charge $5" when I had money in my account. I explained I was going to use my coupon for the free fries for Friday and get another chicken sandwich on a different order and he assured me my money was returned but it was not but still was told he was giving me my birthday order and fries and I went to the bathroom and came back to grab my food, and another manager handed me my food and gave me attitude to where I was like "Why is everybody getting loud with me? Our experience was positive at this location it was neat and clean, the washrooms are clean and the atmosphere is friendly and very warmly welcoming to their customers specially kids, and we had a great time. There were plenty of seats, but I would guess, not too much, if it were a peek time. Nevertheless, it is a typical fast food with all the regular features. The food comes out fast and hot. It tastes good, the meat of the patties are thicker and juicier. And fries are crispy and delicious. It does get busy sometimes and there are rushes however they always make my order correctly. Two or three cars waiting on orders. And it's not unusual to wait and wait for your order even if there isn't one special order item at all. This location was much better a year ago. We all know the menu, we all know about the way they make food, etc. We decided to grab some McDonald's on the way to a bar crawl, after a family holiday party in which the family hosting doesn't know how to make a proper meal. Speaker (to co-worker): "Do we have honey mustard?" So they had honey mustard after all. No BBQ, not a problem. Him: "With a Diet Coke. And a number 4 please with a Coke." Speaker: "We don't have Coke." Him: "WELL WHAT DO YOU HAVE?" Speaker: "Coke Zero, sweet tea, iced tea, root beer." Him: "Fine. Root beer." We pull up to the window to pay. Window man: "We don't have root beer." Me: "IS THIS A JOKE?" Window man: "No, sorry, what else can I get you?" My husband settled on an iced tea. WTF McDonald's? If you're low on supplies, I guess these things can and do happen. But why wasn't a sign posted on the speaker? And why didn't the manager tell the employees something like, "apologize to the customers and throw in a cookie." FABULOUS-looking playplace!! We came here for breakfast one morning and to let the kids run off their energy after being in the car for a while. They had a BLAST here, and I had an Egg McMuffin meal. Definitely a win-win :) The place was clean, it wasn't TOO crowded, and the kids had fun. The only thing that wasn't up to par was the Coke Zero. Then i got a notification at 4:45 by a uber eats driver that was on his way there and that the food would be arriving at approximately 4:55.
