Ordered delivery on 9/10/2025 and was waiting for my order and got a message stating that my order has been canceled. My driver reached out to me telling me that the staff told him my order had, "already been picked up by someone else." Remind you, my address, phone number and full name are on this delivery so whoever picked it up now knows where I live and my information. I called and spoke to a manager and told her I'm not sure how that happened but I'm waiting on my delivery and you guys canceled my order without me receiving the product or a refund. She stated I would receive a refund and now I am currently fighting with my bank for the charge to be reversed. I paid for delivery and even tipped and NEVER EVEN received my order!!! I'm never ordering from this location again personally and I suggest you don't either. Sad you have to fight with people to get your own money back. read more

Me and my boyfriend went in to get a sandwich tonight (9/12/2025) around 6:45pm and the 2 guys working there were very rude. Neither of the employees greeted us or even acknowledged us. The one guy making my sandwich looked my boyfriend up and down with the nastiest look on his face for no reason! My boyfriend never even spoke to the guy. The atmosphere was very tense and not friendly at all. The guy making my sandwich was very unprofessional and rude. I will not be going back to this location. I think Jersey Mike's is quite a bit better than Subway and it's worth the extra money. My experience with this particular location was OK but it wasn't as good as other Jersey Mike's locations I've patronized. I did an online mobile order. It was easy enough. I never received a confirmation that my order was ready. I did get a message to pull into one of the mobile order spots and they'd bring my order to me. Well, when I got there, there were no mobile spots. They seemingly don't exist. After driving all-around all I could find was the very long drive through line which would defeat the purpose of placing a mobile order. I decided to go inside. I said I placed a mobile order. They asked what I ordered. I told them and they said to look where they place the Grub Hub orders. There it was, ready to go. Not a great system but at least it was there and it was ready. I had the Italian sandwich which is my favorite. It wasn't nearly as good as others I've had at other locations. It was soggy and lacked flavor. I'll definitely give Jersey Mike's my future business, but probably not at this location. read more

The employees told us they had to deal with a huge online order and told us to wait 30 minutes to order or to come back later. Why is the open sign even on. Saw 10 more people walk in and walk right out before even leaving the parking lot. UPDATE: 9/29/24 It has been weeks since I emailed the account that I was prompted to by the reply on this comment. No response. I should mention I used to be a Jersey Mike's employee at a different location, went through changes between ownership and management, yet still maintained excellent customer service throughout. 1st Time to this sub spot On Havana Street. It was fairly busy at lunch with regular and study traffic of people coming in to grab and go or quietly sit by themselves to eat. My boss and I stopped in after meeting with clients OnHavanaStreet. I enjoyed the Italian regular size, which was fairly large. The bread is amazing and fresh. I really do enjoy the fresh cut deli meats. I will be back. What a great addition to OnHavanaStreet. Great Spot for a grab and go lunch/dinner. read more

So gross. The store is dirty and sandwiches are close to inedible. Yuck. Feels like poor quality ingredients.

Service today was horrible. Ordered online and showed up at the time expected and still no sandwiches made. Instead the team behind the counter was flirting with the new girl and never acknowledged me or the other people walking in. Then watched 10 minutes later my sandwiches being made which were made not specific to the order and had to be remade. Apparently they do not see online order specifics. Felt bad for the other people waiting in line as the two guys including the manager were laughing and flirting with the girl while one guy was busting his butt cooking the hot sandwiches. Great flavor, fresh ingredients. The high schoolers/college age staff at this location are always kind and very professional. The online ordering system is flawed, however. We order online probably twice and month and probably 75% of the time, the staff hasn't noticed our order ticket until we go in the store to pick up. I placed a pick up order through Grubhub this afternoon. I get there at the time it said my order would be read and no one had even started making it. Those who walked in and ordered were getting their food before those of us is who ordered online. I waited another 10 min, which was a full 30 min after I originally placed my order, before I had to leave so I wouldn't be late for an appointment. Terrible service that day. read more

I will start by saying an employee going by "Z" was friendly and attentive and did a great job. The rest of my review is for the location and other employees. Another employee working was awful, had no positivity, kept putting his gloved hands in his hair, was not helping to make anything and walking around confused when sandwiches were sitting out ready to be made. Z made several facial expressions and constantly had to direct his coworker to start working and help. They were out of lettuce and bacon, although they offered to make it, I really couldn't sit and watch this guy be such a waste of space any longer. The location was a bit dirty, counter was a mess, ingredients strewn everywhere. This is a premium sandwich shop being run into the ground by employees who don't care. Apparently they no longer clean down the hot grill for those with allergies. Just a few months ago they had no problem scraping down part of their grill so my husband and I could enjoy their hot subs, and today I was told they will not do that. So I don't recommend this location. I wish I could still enjoy their food and give them my business. Can't do that if they aren't willing to do at least a minimum so I won't get sick. It's really a shame to give this 2 stars because I do love their subs. This is probably more so for this location. Customer service has gone by the wayside in many places, however they take it to a new level. First. Not acknowledging we are next in line because they are backed up on to go orders. Listen, I get they are busy, but a friendly "we'll be with you in a moment" would have been all it took. And when you are finally ready, you scream "next custom!" Not even looking in my direction. This shows you have no care for the person. Next, placing my sandwhich in the sauces of the last orders is careless and quite frankly gross as it shows no cleanliness. Honestly, this review is from this last visit, but I could bring up other examples that this location invests no time in caring for the folks bringing money into your establishment. If you like raw dough, this is the place for you!! For the second time. our bread was hardly baked and mostly raw dough. Attempts to correct the problem were met with disbelief by the supervisor on duty. Asked for our name and items ordered which was given to him and his reply was that we called the wrong store. They messed up on my sandwich I had to wait 25 minutes total for the man to throw my sandwich on the counter and didn't even offer me an apology. I've been here twice, and not impressed. The last time I was there, the lettuce was all brown. I gave it 3 stars due to price. $23 for 2 reg subs and 2 bags of chips. A little expensive for my budget. To be fair: The gal behind the counter was a dear. Very friendly and very happy to be working at a sub shop. The meat is freshly sliced like you get in a deli. Also, the bread tastes fresh. Overall it is really good place to get subs. I went in no wait. I ordered a chicken Cesar wrap. These should be named tortilla and shredded lettuce because they give you one piece of chicken with the rest of the wrap filled with lettuce. Such a safe of money. Meat wasn't seasoned well and I didn't see any dressing or cheese inside which the menu describes. This was far from good and satisfying.
