I am pretty sure this will fall on deaf ears as that is how it is these days but I will go through the motions of providing my feedback about your new Greece location. My wife and I like to go bar/restaurants on a weekly basis for a drink and some food. We live on the westside and will venture as far as the eastside for a great place with a great atmosphere, great service, and great food. We were excited to know you were opening in Greece and we looked forward to trying you out. All I can say is that we were completely underwhelmed in every way; Location: You are gambling by opening in the black hole - that specific area is where businesses go to die. Getting in and out is a bit of a pain and the entire complex looked deserted and beat down. You have a cheesy looking "Now Open" sign, a ton of bar stools on the side of the building, and the landscaping and first "pull up" impression gives off a low-end vibe. Greeting: Confusing and disorganized. Nobody seemed to know what was going on and it felt awkward walking in. The female who greeted us was fine but she was not happy when we requested a 4 top just outside of the bar. She looked around, became quite, kept looking at some paperwork on the podium and eventually sat us at an 8 top as far away from the bar and the table we requested as possible. We have no idea why as the place was pretty dead. Service: No waiter/waitress was assigned to us. We sat there until someone happened to be walking by and asked if we were helped. We said no so she took our drink order. We wanted to look at the menu but were rushed because the kitchen was "back up" and if we wanted wings we had to put the order in at that moment so we did. Nobody returned to our table until a kid from the kitchen brought our appetizer. He did not say a word, put the food on the table, and walked away. We did not even receive plates! I got up and found an employee and asked for plates, a few minutes later we received them. We felt like a burden, not appreciated customers spending money. When we ordered the wings we asked if they came with celery, carrots, and blue cheese and were told yes. When the wings arrived (same kid, same drop the food and leave) we were surprised to see 2 tiny pieces of celery, no carrots, and the blue cheese was cut with sour cream so much so that it diluted the taste. The wings were "good" but far from "Award Winning" as promoted on the menu. Atmosphere: Bland, boring, and confusing. It felt like a cafeteria hall. Nothing on the walls, bland colors, and a very confusing and uncomfortable layout. The beer menu looked like some little kid made it on a typewriter which was in line with entire atmosphere. Again, I know this will fall on deaf ears and that is fine. Everyone seems to think they have it all figured out and the days of providing some level of customer service are over. I get it and am fine with it as we have other places we can go to spend our money. I know a bit about your industry as it pertains to customer acquisition costs and more importantly, the impact 2nd and 3rd visits make. Sadly, we are your ideal demographic yet have no desire to return based on everything mentioned. As a person who owns multiple businesses, I do wish you success with your new location but history proves conclusive when it comes to that area and this type of service. read more

It was a strange mixture of table service and bar service (we were forgotten for about 10 minutes when we were told that someone would come right away, but there were a few people who just went up and ordered at the bar and were able to). Stopped here for lunch, there are a couple of locations and this one is the original. We normally go to the one closest to our house. Parking here is either on the street or behind the restaurant. The wife had a burger and I had the Reuben sandwich with fries and a side of gravy. First her burger was cooked to perfection and her onion rings were large and crispy. My Reuben sandwich was by far the best I have had in years. I know you're saying it's a Reuben, well for those that order them, many times it comes so soggy that it is difficult to eat. This was perfect, the rye bread was toasted and it contained just the right amount of meat, kraut, and dressing. Also the gravy was to die for. Made from beef drippings and not from a powder. It was rich and so flavorful. Plenty of seating and lots of TVs, an expansive draft beer selection makes this place a go to for watching sporting events. Our waiter Josh was very attentive and made sure we were properly cared for. Can't beat this tavern if looking for a place to watch a game, have great food and an awesome beer selection. read more

We did get a wing platter which came with curly fries and come corn bread. The wings were boneless so essentially amounted to bite sized chicken fingers. Just meh. They were also kind of soaking in a pool of the sauce rather than having been cooked in it so the flavor was uneven. We also got a nacho platter to share and it also was kind of meh. Staff was friendly and attentive, promptly removing empty plates from the table. For my first visit I ordered Chicken Fingers and Fries. The fingers were not my speed. They tasted like store bought Tyson Chicken Tenders. The fries were good though. Crispy and fluffy. For my second visit, I ordered the 1/2 Team of wings (medium). I heard they have the best wings in Rochester so as a Buffalo native I had to try them. They were good but far from the best I've ever had. Standard wing and standard medium sauce. As per usual for me, I had to try the desserts. I split a Brownie Sundae and Warm Apple Crisp with a friend. The brownie was soft and chocolatey. The Apple Crisp was both sweet and tart. We have ordered from Jeremiah's 5-6 times, each time hoping that it will satisfy a late night burger craving. Each time we have been entirely disappointed. One of those times they totally botched our order, we called them back and they offered future dinning credit which when we tried to redeem the waitstaff said couldn't be done because the manager was not present. The sides are always skimpy-unsatisfying portions that leave us wanting more. The burgers themselves are pedestrian. The meat unseasoned, the toppings haphazardly tossed on with insufficient amounts. Jeremiah's went WAY downhill. It used to be my go-to great wing place from the 1980's - 2020 but no more. The Catatanic wings are now dry, bland and way overpriced. My forehead used to pleasantly sweat from the Catatonics, now a peppered butter sauce would taste better. I got stung by a bee while waiting forever for service and they were more worried about liablity than just getting me ice for the bee welts. Fish fry review ONLY- an $18 disappointment. Medium sized serving of fish tossed on top of a few soggy grainy steak fries. I will say the fish was flaky and not dry which was a win.
