Their buffalo chicken wrap and "don't harsh with my mango man!" Beer is so good. This is a perfect place to watch football game, pit stop for lunch and just enjoy your food

Turkey Bacon Avacado Wrap and Shrimp Po-Boy Wrap, SO GOOD

I love coming here for lunch! There's so many food options, the portions are large, the prices are fair and the service is always super friendly. I especially love their wraps. The shrimp po boy and turkey bacon avocado wraps are my favorites and they are very filling. Highly recommend checking this place out as it may become your new favorite spot too.

Food used to be excellent. It wasn't bad but it also wasn't great like I remember it about 10 years ago living on the Avenue. Ambiance is as what you would expect from a sports bar. The service was okay. My boyfriend had to stand up in order to get his water refilled. I'll try coming back for the wings to see if it's better!

Came here with a group on a weekday. It was a strange mixture of table service and bar service (we were forgotten for about 10 minutes when we were told that someone would come right away, but there were a few people who just went up and ordered at the bar and were able to). Tried a variety of things including buffalo chicken dip (best tasting thing there), curly fries (can't go wrong) and poutine with bacon. The poutine was just okay but wasn't a standout. The group ended up going to order at the bar for various things.

Service via waitress at table was good, but slow. Food was delicious for bar food. Bar seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the traffic. Unfriendly bartender. She was probably having a bad night.

Turkey burger fries

I got turkey burger it had no taste kinda blah no seasoning at all . I put salt n pepper to help. Asked for extra crispy fries first time out not crispy second time still not third time finally! The fries were good after third try n dry rub wings were good at least. I don't recommend Turkey burger unless u like no flavor. Staff was friendly.

I went here with a Rochester native on the recommendation that it had the best wings in town. The experience did not live up to this billing. We did get a wing platter which came with curly fries and come corn bread. The wings were boneless so essentially amounted to bite sized chicken fingers. Just meh. They were also kind of soaking in a pool of the sauce rather than having been cooked in it so the flavor was uneven. We also got a nacho platter to share and it also was kind of meh. Not much in terms of veggies or toppings, just chips bathed in cheese sauce (and some actual cheese). He waitresses also forgot to put in the order so we got them super late. This place is a local favorite so maybe they just had a down night. But in our visit the best I can say is subpar pub food.

Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese

I've been here a few times, and it's definitely hit or miss depending on what you order. The Ruben I ordered last time was good, but not amazing. This time I got the Tavern Pretzels for an appetizer, New England clam chowder as a side and the Buffalo Chicken Mac'n Cheese as my entree. - The pretzel was a bit dry and tough, but the beer cheese and honey mustard were good. - The clam chowder was good and hearty, but may have been a bit over cooked. - The Buffalo Mac'n Cheese was the big letdown. The cheese was basically velveeta with a splash of buffalo sauce that was poured over some pasta the had strips of chicken mixed in. Then they added some seasoned bread crumbs on top. For a place known for their chicken wings, I expected much more for their Bufffalo Chicken Mac. If you go here, definitely stick to the wings or bar sandwiches.

1/2 Team Wings (Medium)

I've been here twice after a rip roaring game of kickball; once with a small group, the second with a larger group. Bar service here is pretty standard. Staff was friendly and attentive, promptly removing empty plates from the table. For my first visit I ordered Chicken Fingers and Fries. The fingers were not my speed. They tasted like store bought Tyson Chicken Tenders. The fries were good though. Crispy and fluffy. For my second visit, I ordered the 1/2 Team of wings (medium). I heard they have the best wings in Rochester so as a Buffalo native I had to try them. They were good but far from the best I've ever had. Standard wing and standard medium sauce. As per usual for me, I had to try the desserts. I split a Brownie Sundae and Warm Apple Crisp with a friend. The brownie was soft and chocolatey. The Apple Crisp was both sweet and tart. Both desserts were delicious but if I had to choose one over the other, it'd have to be the brownie. I'm not likely to return on my own but wouldn't be opposed to stop by for drinks.

Inside, it's a big space, and it got busy fast even when we arrived around 5 p.m. on a Thursday. Turns out it was Trivia Night, which we hadn't planned on, but a nice surprise. If you've got friends who don't drink beer, there are other options. Just don't expect much from the margarita it tasted like it was from a can and was a pretty small pour. I tried a strawberry sour beer (can't remember the exact name), and it was excellent. One friend had the kombucha, and another went for the margarita. We also ordered wings and two pizzas to share. A heads-up on the wings: they're not pre-sauced--they come with sauce on the side. I'd recommend asking for extra, along with a side of what I think was house-made blue cheese. We tried the Cajun Hot Honey and DoughBoys sauces--the latter had a kind of honey mustard vibe. I believe they brine the wings, smoke them, and coat them in rice flour. They came out hot, super crispy. Be aware before you chomp down. We shared two pizzas: the Spicy Sausage and the Truff Daddy, which had cheese, truffle oil, mushrooms, and more. Both were solid picks, and between the three of us, we only had two slices left by the end. Ordering is easy--you can scan a QR code or just walk up to the counter. The staff was lovely and super helpful. Trivia Night was a blast. We only stayed for two rounds and even managed to win a couple of free beer tokens. That was cool! You can make reservations online, but we just walked in and found a table with no issue. Parking is available on the street or in a lot behind the buildings. All in all, I'll definitely be back.
