I took my mother for lunch on Saturday. The male servers that helped us was very thorough and kept lunch at a great pace. We ordered a sour beer pint and espresso martini for drinks $19 total. The tomatoes bisque was a very large bowl served with a mini grilled cheese to dip. My chicken panini had a fantastic aioli and balsamic, but the grillled chicken cutlets had seen better days. The side ceasar was typical. My mother had a burger topped with mushrooms and cheese and an side of sweet potato fries tossed with brown sugar. She commented the burger was very juicy. What a great experience. Visited right after Christmas and just wanted to unwind and relax. They have perfect tables for 6 and comfortable seating throughout. Our waitress was fantastic and the other employees were friendly too! We got Momosas and their bloody Mary's are amazing! It was just after breakfast so they were switching over to lunch, but they made an exception since we had family visiting from Boston and Canada. This is on a very busy street in Rochester, especially on a Sunday morning. There didn't seem to be a wait at this place, compared to other restaurants across the street, so we decided to check it out. It seems like a nice sports bar to go to on game day with multiple TV's and a good drink selection. They have BOGO mimosas and bloody Mary's on Sundays, so my mom and I each got a mimosa to start. Their brunch menu has some good selections! I decided to try the French toast casserole and my mom got the chicken and waffles. Mine was good, the only complaint was that the bottom was a tad burnt. It seems like they tried to cover it up by putting it face down on the plate. My mom enjoyed her chicken and waffles. It had homemade chicken tenders and sausage gravy. Portions were large and neither of us could finish our meals. Overall, I would try this place again before a show in Rochester. read more

It was semi-difficult finding a decent restaurant open on Saturday afternoon during Labor Day weekend. We settled for this place for lunch. There was a lobster roll special for $30 which had plenty of meat. However my partner said it was salty. The marry me salmon was nice and flavorful, but slightly fishy. First time eating here. Wanted to try some place different on Park Ave. The food was ok. My husband has the homemade corned beef hash and he says that it's the best that he's had so far. He loved it. I had the chicken and waffles and it was just ok. The chicken was fried well but lacked seasoning. Just a touch of salt would have made it great! Service was a touch on the slower side but the server was nice and didn't seem overwhelmed. We had a nice seat on the outdoor patio to enjoy the fabulous weather so the setting was perfect. Took a great walk along Park Ave. this past weekend and stopped in for a snack. Grabbed a order of garlic parm wings and they were really good. They were crisp and the garlic sauce was really flavorful. Service was slow because they were seating people both inside and outside and so the staff had to keep going in and out. With almost no one there, our food took a long time and both orders were wrong. One was supposed to be an egg sandwich, it was eggs on one plate and toast on another. Stopped by for some drinks and had a great time! I got the lavender haze (for the Taylor Swift reference) and loved it! It was gin, lemonade, and berries and very refreshing and balanced. We got the blu wolf breakfast with eggs, home fries, bacon and toast. Not one item had any flavor whatsoever. I mean nothing. I don't even think the eggs were real eggs more like the powdered eggs (see photos, they were crumbly). The toast had no butter and there was no jelly. My husband's order was completely wrong but he's too nice to say anything. Then again we never saw our server. The home fries aren't really potatoes, I know they came frozen in a bag and reheated in an oven, which is fine but throw on some salt, paprika, onion or garlic. I tried dousing it in ket hup for flavor, still wasn't enough. We ended up leaving most of it. I ate my bacon, because ... bacon. It was crispy. Service was slow and non-attentive. I got one refill on my $4 coffee when we finally saw our server to get the check. No one ever asked if we needed anything or if anything tasted good. Yes it was Saturday but early afternoon and the brunch crowd was gone. Finally, for what it is, it was overpriced. No thanks. read more

I played it pretty safe and ordered their green thumb burger which is essentially their veggie burger. It was actually one of the better veggie burgers I've had, but it didn't stay together well. Some of the other notable burgers was their game of the day burger (that night was ostrich) and the Chester which is a burger deep fried and covered in Cheetos. The meat was bison. That burger was all about highlighting the meat, so simple with greens, tomatoes, cheese. My brother got the bacon cheddar bun instead of the regular one. I found the taste of it all decent. It was a little plain for my liking. The ghost rider was awesome! The party was more like minced meat put together but falling apart a little (I liked that). The well-done was just the side of well-done I like. It came with jalapeno peppers, a ghost pepper sauce of some sort, greens, spinach and the bun had some jalapeno and cheese on top. It was flavorful, tasty, spicy and VERY filling. I didn't finish about half of it. The sweet potato fries were good but lost flavor in the evening. The tots were a little harder than I normally like but decent. The milkshake was definitely YUMMY! Lots of blue cheesecake, sweet and quite heavy. Came in a mason jar, which I loved. Would've liked a wider straw as the cheesecake crumbles kept getting stuck in the thin straw. Definitely on the expensive side as for our three items and a diet coke, we ended up paying $60.
