Okay but this brunch?? Elite behavior. Brunch at NYBP was the kind of meal that makes you sit back halfway through and go, "Yeah... this was the right decision." The omelet was fluffy and packed with savory bites of ham, melted cheese pooling perfectly over the top, and a sprinkle of fresh herbs that made it feel just a little fancy. The home fries were golden, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside -- exactly how breakfast potatoes should be. And then there vwas the sweet potato pecan pancakes. Thick, warm, and stacked like they meant business. Topped with apple slices, pecans and just the right amount of syrup. Don't let the sweet potato in the description deter you from ordering these. They're absolutely worth it. The vibe was relaxed upstairs in the loft seating area-- perfect for lingering over a mimosa and good conversation. Great experience. The food was amazing as was the beer. I had a life savor tropical sour and it was one of the best sours I've had. The service was great. I went here for dinner with my family this week and the food was delicious, they have multiple vegetarian and pescatarian options and I decided to get the Hawaiian Coconut Shrimp Platter and it was so good! The service was great, our waiter Nate was so nice and he knew exactly when to check in with us and made sure we were satisfied. I always have such an amazing experience whenever I come here, it really gives off a New York restaurant and it's always beautiful In there. Ok, let's start with I am a Mug Club member and I go here at least once a week, sometimes twice. Tricia is the best at the bar as well as the lunch team in general. The food is solid. Service is spectacular. We have asked for potato skins to be incorporated into the menu for two years now - get on it. The beer is fabulous, but we want a true West Coast IPA on the menu more often. The real reason for this review is the wall in the Men's Room below the dryer. It is utterly disgusting. Either place a sheet metal piece under it or clean the area daily with bleach. I had a breakfast pizza with no eggs (allergy) that was an everything bagel crust, cheese, sausage, and bacon. It was so good. The Yule mule virgin is okay- it tastes like ginger beer and has a nice bitter taste. The Mozz sticks are large so that's nice. They have a good texture- the cheese is a little thick in a filling way The nice egg rolls have a dense inside. The flavor and dip is good but the texture is a bit overwhelming. Found this place while traveling from CT to visit a local college. Boy are we glad we did. My sons and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Awesome space, great energy, fantastic service, and an impressive menu. Appetizers were top-notch. We had chicken nachos, and two types of bone-in wings to share. Our only regret was not ordering more wings. Very good - as were the nachos. Entrees were ok. Not to the same standard as the apps. One son got a bison burger (fine and a little on the dry side). My eldest got the chicken pot pie (meh, not a lot of flavor). I got a standard burger (fine). We don't drink, so we didn't take advantage of the brewery aspect. But it was really fun to be in the environment. We will go back as it's really convienent to where we stay when up for Fisher Football weekends. Pretty cool place with good food and good beers. They have a nice variety of beer options, from IPAs to sour beers, which is great for my husband and I because I like sours and he likes IPAs. I got the butternut squash ravioli and it was pretty good, but I felt like it should have come with a side for the price. If you are a vegetarian, there are a few items on the menu for you, but not too many. Our waiter was great. Went to NYBP last evening with my family for dinner. I ordered the Yellowstone Campfire Plate. I was anxious but looking forward to the meal considering the way the menu described the meal and the servers review of their mac and cheese. I swore to myself I would never order mac and cheese from a restaurant but really had no other option. When the food came, the portion size was pretty small for $22. The smoky beef brisket serving was extremely small, probably five slices, each about two inches in length and very thinly sliced. The brisket had no smoke flavor, although did have a smoke ring. Looked like shoe leather, no flavor, dried out, and very tough. The BBQ chicken appeared to be a half grilled chicken breast with some sort of bottled BBQ sauce and on the dry side. The baked beans were the worst. If you ever had canned Cambell's Pork and Beans, this was spot on, minus the small chunks of pork. This was the most disappointing aspect of the meal. It reminded me of seeing a dinner served at a nursing home. The mac and cheese was nothing to scream or rave about. Ultimately, the best part of the meal were the french fries. Although you definitely can mess up french fries, NYBP did not. It was the meals only saving grace. This did not channel my inner cowboy as the menu suggested. We came here to celebrate me picking out a wedding dress (YAY!) I've been to NYBP in the past, and this location never lets us down. Great food, great drinks, and a great atmosphere. We ordered a ton of appetizers to share - giant pretzel with dips, nachos, and fried jalapeño poppers. The pretzel was soft and the dips it came with were addicting. The nachos were fully loaded and had super crunchy chips. The jalapeño poppers were crunchy on the outside, and gooey with cheese on the inside. I also ordered the Beef Birria Bowl - and YUM. This bowl was savory, rich, and a little spicy. Perfect for the gloomy, fall day that it was. I had a peach giggle water to drink. This was a house made hard seltzer, but it was light and fruity and tasted like champagne. So tasty. Our server was attentive and friendly, and he was knowledgeable too. The lager tastes like water. IPA is decent if you like hops. It is nice that they have 5 oz glasses to try, so you can try a bunch. It's just nothing special. The food is mediocre, and the portions are tiny. You will pay $20 for a dish that won't fill an adult. The fish tacos are more breading than meat. They sure don't fry fish like they do in England. The bratwurst is nothing special. The hamburger tastes like it has soy protein in it. My recommendation is to only go if you want beer or drinks. Better for parties, because singles are way overpriced. For example, one shot is $8, but 10 is $50. So you save $30. read more

We came by for dinner with a group before a concert. It was my first time and I was excited to try it. First of all this place is huge which is great for groups or events. Lots of indoor seating and some outdoor as well. The vibe is NYC themed, casual with some cool fancy details, like crystal chandeliers, which make it a little more upscale than other breweries. We were seated pretty quickly but had a drink at the bar while we waited. I tried their pink lemonade hard seltzer. It was delicious, light and just a hint of sweetness. There were a lot of different beers on tap that they brew themselves. The group at my table all seemed to be happy with the selection and their choices.
