First time here. Attended a co-ed baby shower. They put out a buffet for our group. Everything tasted delicious. I had the Three Shores Almond Milk Stout. It was a very good tasting stout. I give praise and thank yous to the staff for being friendly, helpful and attentive. I will be returning.

West Coast 2x IPA. Outstanding offering. Stay Gold Wings xCrispy. Magnificent. I shall return. Nice job.

This is a cute little beer house. It's not very big and they do have a private room upstairs. I am thinking during the warmer months sitting outside would be a must do. They have all sorts of beers and non beets for those who are not interested. They have all sorts of nibbles like wing, flat bread pizzas and etc, A plus is they have there own parking lot. I'll be back

I've been to IBC twice now with both visits being good experiences. The patio and upstairs room are both lovely, and the inviting atmosphere keeps this in my new rotation . The food is good, however, their IPAs are not my favorite despite being my typical drink of choice. While the service was decent for a brewery, it didn't stand out.

The beer menu on this day.. of course it changes and updates regularly

While we have been back numerous times over the years, I just realized that I had not updated my comments. Simply put.. the atmosphere remains welcoming, the beer remains wonderful and the food has greatly improved since my visit- years ago. While my recent visit was on a cool January evening, we have had a number of amazing visits and meals over the years. I really like visiting in the summer and dining in their outdoor space. Comfortable tables! And wonderful staff--everything is great. I am always excited to stop there to give my beer-snob tendency a happy experience.

Always great to be back at IBC! Thank you to Leslie and crew for hosting with great food and drink! One of my favs? The charred bread with ricotta

A mile from my childhood home, The Irondequoit Beer Company knows how to make a guy feel at home (even when my home is in Syracuse now!). I've been here to meet up with friends, to take my father out while my mother is recovering in a hospital and to sample and bring their excellent brews back to the "Cuse with me! Tonight I was doing all of the above in addition to putting together my teaching materials for an upcoming class at SUNY Cortland soon. Wifi? Check... Excellent beer choices? Check... Great Food? Check! I started with a Gooseberry which is a fruited sour that is smooth and low on alcoholcontent. The owner, Nolan is always on premises and is a hardworker leading his staff to excellent customer service, food prep and service. This area of West Irondequoit is starting to become a center of the area with I-Square, The House of Guitars and this wonderful establishment: Irondequoit Brewing Company!

Stopped here on a Friday night. We got here around 6:30 and the place was packed. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Most of the outdoor tables have umbrellas to shield you from the sun. Parking is a bit challenging, there is more seating than parking spots, so you may need to circle a few times until a spot opens up. We got beers at the bar awaiting an open table which turned out to be only a few minutes. I think we landed the best table outside. Up next to the building overlooking the rest of the outside court. We both got the fish and chips. Which we quickly devoured. It was fingers of thick cut cod fish nicely battered and done to perfection. The fries were just ok, could have been a bit crispier. They have a great selection of microbrews, along with options of other wine, cider, and seltzer. I asked about GF beer. They don't have any. What we had was unique and tasteful. They also offer crowlers to go of all their beers. I can't say enough about their service staff. They ALL are friendly, engaging and very attentive. They all seem to help each other, whether it's picking up dishes, delivering food, or just answering questions. More establishments should take lessons from here on customer service. It really is like each of the staff has a stake in the business. It was a pleasure dining there. Thank you and we will be back.

    Sunday brunch menu

This review is for Sunday brunch. My husband and in laws went here for a late Father's Day lunch and had a great meal. There was a surprising amount of outdoor seating and no wait. It can get hot out there if you're sitting at the tables without an umbrella or covering, so bring sunglasses. On Father's Day, dads got either a free beer or a free flight, so my father in law chose a flight and liked what he tried. I am not a beer drinker, so I went with a High Noon seltzer (they also carry local hard cider and various non-alcoholic drinks). My mother in law got the cold brew coffee in a can, my husband got some sort of beer that he enjoyed. The food was delicious and hot. We all shared the soft pretzels which are not your normal microwave deals. They have a crispy outside and a soft inside, and are perfectly complimented by the cheese and mustard. I had the vegan chicken and waffles for a main course and they had great flavor, though watch out for the stick in the middle of the "wings" if you order these! One slightly weird thing - I know this is a brewery but I felt plastic forks and knives were a bit weird for this atmosphere and price point. Maybe this is just for Sunday brunch if they're packed, and I'm not usually snooty about this type of thing! But it was challenging to cut our food with plasticware. Overall a very nice brunch/lunch place and I hope to return again.

What a great location in the heart of west irondequoit! Fabulous outdoor seating! Super friendly service and decent beer. We also loved the cauliflower bites! They were super generous and offered all teachers their first beer free to celebrate the end of school! Thanks so much!

Spring Rolls with Korean BBQ Sauce
    Kelly K.

My bosses and good friends and I came here for a much needed and overdue lunch together this past Friday afternoon. For me, it was my first time and I cannot wait to return. The ambiance both inside and out was great. I had the daily special, which were Spring Rolls and Korean BBQ Sauce and they chose fish with Cajun fries and the wings. I'm not a huge fan of beer, so I tried the hot cider with peanut butter whiskey. Let me tell you....I had to try it a few more times...just to be sure I liked it and all. Diane was our server and she was nothing short of incredible! I look forward to returning in the near future.

I loved the atmosphere at Irondequoit beer company. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. This is a relaxing place to sit and enjoy some beer by a fire pit or to grab some snacks. The burger we had was good, but the cauliflower bites were cold inside, otherwise good. I would definitely come back here to enjoy their beer.

Ample space both upstairs and downstairs. + 2 of the 4 sours I had were decent. + Great for kiddos as they have an outdoor space that's family and dog friendly. Having to wait in line for beers in a completely packed brewery with two bartenders is not a way to run a business. They need to consider a new strategy for ensuring they can accommodate the volume they are currently doing. + Had a bite of someone's burger and found it more or less inedible. + My parents had attempted to organize a large family gathering on the day we were there and while I wasn't involved in the planning, there seemed to be missteps and miscommunications along the way that weren't met with much empathy or customer service in mind. Too many great breweries in Rochester to waste time on spots that aren't going to ensure guest satisfaction. Great location though! This place is so, so busy it's obvious the east side isn't brewery saturated (somehow) quite yet.

The Detroit style pizza is phenomenal! Perfect crispy crust. I was there on a Friday but came back the next day to try the tomato pie as it was sold out on Friday. It was delicious! Think focaccia with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. So tasty! But what is brilliant is that of four pizzas, one rotates each week and changes. I had one of the rotating pizzas: pepperoni, banana peppers, garlic sauce, and honey. It bears repeating, wow! So great! The beers? There's something for everyone! So many hazy/New England IPAs and sours. Great seltzers too! The space is great with room for private parties. Such friendly staff. I hope to come back again before leaving!
