Cute little Brewery with small outdoor patio with three tables and indoor bar with approximately five socially distant tables. About 10 of their brews on tap, tilting heavily in favor of New England ipas. They were dog friendly both on the outdoor patio and inside. Typical bag Munchies for the food choices. Two large screen TVs in doors for watching sporting events. I'm not a Beer Drinker so I cannot write the beer but hubby said he was not impressed. read more

Stopped here on a recent motorcycle ride. Very small place (almost passed it). Bar is small and there are a few tables. It's obviously a brewery - so the beer selection was ok. No wine so I opted for cider (I'm not a beer drinker!). It was ok. My friends said their beers weren't very cold. Not sure I'd make a trip here again. read more

These guys have good stuff. I have heard a lot about this hidden gem in victor and tonight decided to try it. They had an IPA called Next Stop AA. It was hopped with Amarillo and Azacco. It was a New England IDPA with ABV:8.5%. It was great. Our Stout lovers enjoyed a butterfingers ipa. Free Popcorn with a small simple comfortable environment. They also offer NYS wine and Cocktails. Boyfriend and I stopped in yesterday for the first time. We were very disappointed in the blueberry wheat beer. We enjoyed a couple of the beers but nothing was out of this world. The wood chairs aren't very comfortable, so keep that in mind. There is a couch though! It's pretty casual in there. The bathrooms could use some improvement (touch up paint on the walls). A decent selection of beers to sample. Priced comparable to most other brewing establishments. Rough wood patio style furniture ( 2x4s) is not particularly comfortable if you're planning on hanging out, and the concrete floors and walls can echo others' conversations, so on occasion it can be hard to hear what your friends may be saying, which may be bad or a blessing. If you have a dog allegory be warned that this spot is super dog friendly, with always at least one wandering around. If you want to bring your dog with this is a big plus, obviously. Parking is a bit limited - so park out back. read more

Stumblin' Monkey Brewing Co. is off to a great start. They offer a few beers brewed in-house, and I recommend their pale wheat and amber ale. They also offer other local brews, including Swiftwater and Genesee, as well as a variety of ciders and wines. The tasting area space is a bit small, but it is new and clean. I hope that they increase their variety of in-house beer offerings and also add some snacks. However, thus far, it is a welcomed addition to the Victor area. read more

Was in town from Ca to visit step sister and family. Bro in law had heard of this place and we decided to check it out on June 29th. We both got the session Pale Ale. Took one drink each and both said WTF is that taste. Took another sip and that's all I could handle. Both assumed it was a bad batch. Went to bar and bought a shirt and a flight of IPAs. Told bartender the session Pale Ale tasted funky. Didn't seem to care. We both tried each of the flights, and they all tasted the same funkiness. We drank plenty of beers from other breweries in the area, so not sure what was going on here. Left our 1/2 full sessions and 1/2 full flights and went to The Basin Pub and has some great tasting local beers. I make my own beer and drink plenty of it. Not sure what went wrong there but you have been warned. 1 star for cool shirt and logo. read more

Listen. I hang out here somewhat frequently. This is a small, local brewery with a killer staff and excellent beers. At any time the tap will feature beers for almost any taste profile as well as rotating non-beer options. Bring a dog if you want and watch the game or play some darts. read more

First time at brewery. Cute place. Good beer. My husband liked the face down IPA and I liked their Pina Colada beer. Highly recommend.

If you're familiar with breweries that brew East Coast or New England IPA's (Trillium, Alchemist, Singlecut), and you live out here in the Rochester area then you know we are hard pressed to find something even remotely similar to what these masterful breweries are creating. Stumbling Monkey has a NE IPA that is in the realm. I'm not saying it's as good as above mentioned Breweries, but it is the closest thing I have found within a 6 hour drive(excluding Thin Man brewing in Buffalo). Thank you Stumbling Monkey for digging deep and channeling your inner monkey. Also, I didn't mean to leave out the rest of their lineup, the scotch ale is very good and the Ass Up DIPA has some very nice flavor to it as well. read more

First time here and I'm impressed. The beer is lower gravity than most places (aka less time in the fermentation tank). The Oatmeal Stout is my favorite, followed closely by the Pale Wheat. This is one of the better breweries we've been to. The four stars is because of the lower gravity on most beers (the Double IPA is a 8.9), and the a mild taste like well water -- I can't quite put my finger on it. With that said, the beers are good! read more

Great place to stop on in and sample a beer or drink your favorite. Laid back environment, bartender and very courtesous and socialable. Thursday night jam sessions are the best! There are tons of events hosted for the community. Pricing is fantastic and merch is great and reasonably priced. Animal friendly. I just can't say enough about this place. Caught me pressed against the glass door on a Monday afternoon, looking in to check the place out and invited me in to enjoy a flight - even though they were closed. Plus an entertaining playlist. Tried them out for the first time they have some good beers and some to our taste was average but everyone's taste is different. I enjoyed the Porter, my wife and son enjoyed the IPA. The service was a little slow and they do like to have conversations with some of the people but hey need to be aware of people waiting and keep things moving, when everyone has beer then it is okay to socialize with certain customers. read more
