The interior features light woods, and they offer a range of drinks, including beers, wines by the glass, canned beverages, and slushies. They also have a food menu. Outside, there's a corn hole area, a covered space for live music, and a large tented area perfect for receptions or events. I tried the FLX Hefeweizen, which was refreshing. If you're unsure of what to get, the staff is happy to help you sample a few options based on your preferences, which I really appreciated since I don't drink beer regularly. I also had a Root Beer Bourbon Slushy, which was delicious--more root beer forward, and likely strong enough that you'll feel it after a couple! Since we were there for a reception, I believe the food was catered by the brewery. They served pulled pork, brisket, sausage and peppers, mac and cheese, chicken, and more. Everything was tasty. It's a great spot with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is a chill place to relax with friends, and I hope to come back soon. We each tried a flight of all the beers they had to offer, which was quite a few, considering they are still quite a small business! The decor was witchy and fun, and we got the background on the name, logo, and theme from the owner. (If you want to know you'll just have to come out this way yourself.) To be consistent with my rating scale I really had to think hard about this one because there are quite a few good breweries right around Watkins Glen. When I asked myself if I'd be willing to drive 30 minutes to bypass a couple of other breweries to get there the answer was yes - depending on the weather. The tap room has the earthy feel that I find comfortable, it has a really nice outdoor seating areas, and its super dog friendly. Although there are some better beers close by, Climbing Bines gets bonus points from me for the ambiance and scenery. It really is a relaxing and aesthetically pleasing place. Don't get me wrong, the beers are OK, but I'd mostly drive a bit to hang out there for an evening if it's sunny and if there's a food truck. My rating scale: 1 - Just don't 2 - You'll survive, but there are better choices close by 3 - Good choice if you're in the area 4 - I'd drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come here 5 - I'd try to convince my wife to drive an hour just to come here

To gather a sports crowd, it definitely needs some work. The tunes were excellent and I believe the bartender had a lot to do with that. Crowd: A good number of people hanging out at this bar on Friday evening. Service: The bartender was great. It was a decent crowd on Friday night and he was handling everything.
