For an appetizer order the pretzel with their cheddar cheese sauce and mustard sauce for dipping. It's a huge pretzel for those who don't know about it. It was a rather large pieces of fish. My son ordered the beef on wick. The sandwich was was large enough he only ate half. Always a good meal at Rohrbachs.

Our server was excellent--welcoming, attentive, professional, and personable throughout the evening. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony, where the setting was calm and relaxing. It was nice being able to have conversation without hearing the noise from nearby tables. The desserts were an amazing finish to the meal. We had the cheesecake and carrot cake from Cheesy Eddie's, and both were outstanding. We will definitely return, whether for another meal or to unwind in the beautiful bar area with one of their great drinks.

Once they posted it, it was a little less impressive, but at that point, we were committed. I will say that it wasn't the most efficient dining experiences. They didn't have online reservations, so I did have to call in. When we arrived, about 15 minutes early, they weren't ready to check guests in, so we sat down to wait. The manager came around to ask how many were in your party, and tell you which line to use to check in - they had 2 seating areas and 2 check ins based on party size, I guess. Then we had to check in and pay, but this didn't include drinks, so we still had to pay again before we left. The buffet itself was fine, there was a barbeque station that smelled pretty good, and a breakfast station that was OK. Vegetarian options were very limited. I had homefries and some scrambled eggs, neither of which was hot when I got them. There were sugar waffles, which were really good, and some fruit, several breakfast meats (I don't eat beef or pork), and some garlic parm chicken that looked good, but was incredibly overcooked, so neither of us ate it. Barbeque was only beef or pork, so I had salad and some of the mac and cheese, which was pretty good. There were some mini desserts - OK mini cannoli's, a pretty good chocolate cake, and some carrot cake that my guy ate while I was away, so I assume was good! I believe the desserts got picked over pretty fast and were not all replaced. Condiments were in plastic squeeze bottles at the end of the buffet line, and coffee extras were all disposable as well. So, it was fine, and the guy was full and happy at the end, but I was not super impressed and ate mostly salad comprised of lettuce, cucumber, and croutons.

It is a nice layed out place and very clean. The waitress we had was very nice and the chef was very talkative. The music was great for a night of drinking alone or with your significant other. Now the food...... I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The burger was in the top ten driest tasteless burgers I have ever had. The presentation was on point. The fries were cooked to perfection and everything was served nice and hot. My wife ordered a club and it had a lot of meat in it but also was dry. The lettuce was chopped, that is a little different for a club but hard to keep on it. The tomatoes were really small and sliced and cut so also hard to keep on the sandwich. The fries were really good.

My husband called them canal bugs! My husband ordered a steak. But that was not longer on the menu. They change the type of meat. Still at market value. Came with some over cooked blacken Brussels and fries. Apparently the truffle and balsamic was left out as well. Steak comes in truffle butter. Sprouts used to come with pancetta, and fries were to have truffle butter! All non exsitent. We asked for the glaze for the spouts. Her response was that it came with it. My husband pointed out it was non exsitent. She looks at the plate and takes it saying she will see if they will fix it! Really. Just bring it on the side. She came back as quickly as she left. She was what we call flighty! She did not give us a chance to order another drink or to ask questions. I ordered the empanadas. They where 2 large ones when I last went. Best around. Not anymore! 2 small over cooked shells with a side of sour cream that was it! I requested salsa that I thought was on the menu to come with it. Response was oh we do not have that. I asked for hot sauce she brings this big bottle of some brownish red watery stuff in tobacco bottle. It was not put not the same. Then I noticed it was our dated. Inside the shell was 95% potatoes. Whereres the beef!? When she came to clear the plates she never asked how anything was. Asked if my husband wanted a box for this meat. My husband told her the Brussels were over cooked. Chewy and burnt. She just went in to say how she tells them but they keep doing it. My thoughts. Ok but you brought it to the table! With out the glaze or truffle butter! Never offered to rectify the issue. So very said and mad. Should of went to Victor as that was the plan. If you look how good was from past reviews to what they serve now. You will see a bug difference. Be wary of the menu and the details. Last note. After we ordered or food I could of swarn she was reading a list of speacials to another table. Unless...
