They are not sweet cheesecakes but also missing the classic tang of the cream cheese. It just didn't taste like anything. Overall the service was nice and the food was packaged so nicely but you can get better options with similar packaging at some other places without paying almost $10 a slice. Even cheesecake factory gives double the portions or more for $12.

The color is wrong, the wording is not where it was discussed. The wording itself is wrong. We were told we could pick it up as early as 6 but opted for 9. Her party started at 10. She arrived at 8:50 and she was told the cake wasn't ready. They were rushing to do the lettering on the cake. She did finally get it at 9:20 but with her being 19 she was not going to point out the defects. She waited to get with us, adults, so we could address it. They did show her the cake as they quickly boxed it. So they didn't ask her if it was right... Realistically they wouldn't be able to fix it. The color is supposed to be light blue but I suppose turquoise is close... smh. This would not be easily corrected and it's fine. It would have just been nice for them to do what was discussed like the lettering around the base because our daughter's name is too long for the top. I like how they wrote it over the decoration even though this was not supposed to happen. Oh! And instead of "Charlotte's First Birthday" it's "Charlotte first birthday" in poor condensed font to fit it in. The cake isnt terrible but I expect better quality for $80. It isn't what we wanted. I did call them and let them know but again, what can they do. I'm including photos. I would have rather pay a fraction and order from Publix. They never do me wrong. And while it's more basic I get what I ask for. We did get cupcakes too. They turned out ok but it's a real disappointment about our daughter's first cake. The young person (woman) decided to help me, she was silent (didnt speak a courteous word.) I was asking about the Easter cupcakes, she simply demanded "which ones do you want". She then proceeded to put the selected cupcakes in a carry out vessel and crushed the lovely icing into the top of the clamshell. She never even slowed down to see what she did. She then went away for several minutes while I was trying to checkout without cupcakes. Once the first (helper???) actually brought the cupcakes the checkout person turned them on their side. The cinnamon sugar was pleasant but somehow the flavor didn't penetrate the donut, if that makes sense. It was a teeny bit bland, but not bad, though also not something I'd go out of my way to get again. The texture was as I remembered, a slight crunch on the outside while the inside was yeasty and golden with a a hint of spice. The atmosphere was friendly, the counters were clean and there was friendly banter between the servers who treated us like we already regulars-- which we will most certainly be. The box is empty now. It will certainly be refilled soon.
