Okay, I am very conflicted. Donuts are really good and staff (for the most part) are trying to be nice, but the professionalism and operations makes me think twice. We got there about two hours prior to closing and the donuts (usually in two cases, labeled per section) were already condensed into one case. This made matching the donuts to the description very difficult and the staff member would have to repeat this to nearly every customer, including me. We ask about the sandwiches and one staff says, oh I'll have to check if my colleague will still make those. Fortunately, the other staff said yes, but two things here 1. Since when were products sold on a staff-needs basis and 2. They were out of many options for the sandwiches even if they could make them. This made this process quite frustrating and I ended up not ordering one since all the options I had wanted were not available. I also ask about the coffee options, including the seasonal cold brews. Staff express a sort of confused face and show me what looks like an instructions sheet for staff use to make the drinks. There seems to be some fumbling and confusing looks. Donuts though, they were quite nice. I wonder if with a bit more organization and process, this could become a go to. But for now... it remains off our breakfast/ brunch list.
Great customer service and great donuts. I was pleasantly surprised. I usually don't like super sweet things. But these donuts were incredible. Beautiful Store. We will be back. I love that they have some vegan and gluten-free options.
This is one of my must go-to stops in Huntsville, when I need a spirit pick me upper! It's all about the Hot Oat Milk Lavender paired with whatever I'm craving for the day in tastes of their doughnut croissants!

Both the sandy beach and sprinkle doughnut were fabulous. These doughnuts looked heavy and rich but I was pleasantly surprised to find they were A lot lighter and less sweet than they look. Hands down a top 5 doughnut experience for me. Highly recommend
I wanted a doughnut. No, I NEEDED a doughnut. I first went to Krispy Kreme but they were closed for remodeling. I hopped across the highway to Dunkin' but there was a sign on the door stating that they didn't have enough employees for counter service and to use the drive through. The line was wrapped around the building. Maybe someone was telling me that I didn't need doughnuts. Of course I didn't listen. I finally opened up Yelp, and it didn't disappoint. There was another doughnut shop not too far down the road. I headed for Parlor Doughnuts. I followed Google Maps down Clinton and turned into the parking lot. I didn't see the shop right away - it was behind the building, sharing a parking lot with Yellowhammer brewery. Upon walking in, I was met by the wonderful aroma of fresh doughnuts. There were two cases filled with all kinds of unique, decadent varieties and several looked even too pretty to eat. I was quickly greeted and offered samples - "try them all" I was told and of course I did. The doughnuts are pricey - over $3 each so I ordered 4 - to be fair, they were huge. I also ordered a couple of keto doughnuts for a friend. I tried to stay more on the basic side - with a churro doughnut, the cinnamon vanilla, bourbon caramel and the standout of the group, the coconut cream. They were a little dry but a cold glass of milk helped out immensely. We cut each doughnut in half so we could taste them all. In all, between the two of us, we were only able to eat two doughnuts. Note to self, make sure to use a storage bag for the leftovers. We left them in the box overnight and that cold glass of milk couldn't conquer the dryness. The shop was looked clean but the floor was so sticky in areas that I stuck to it. I really liked looking at the antique cameras on display. I'm glad the other shops were closed - now I have a "real" doughnut shop to enjoy!

Accidentally found this spot literally driving in circles looking for Hearth & Stone Pizza. We obliviously parked dead in front of the pizza joint and didn't realize it. Plus, it wasn't open yet sooooo...let's kill time at Parlor. Life lesson learned here, my friends. This is EXACTLY why we must go where the Lord leads us! Cuz baebae! If not for His divine intervention, I would have missed these delightful doughnuts...cronuts? These were perfection!!! Imagine if Duck Donuts had a sassier older sister who made all the boys drool. Or if Krispy Kreme married a croissant and threw a rave party for toppings. THAT is Parlor. My friend and I split two: Bourbon caramel and vanilla sugar. These are larger flaky delights, so a whole one is a plenty. Sharing was definitely the move, but choosing was HARD. There were easily 5 other flavors calling my name - turtle, maple bacon, & churro from memory. After I demolished my halves, I mulled a 'to go' order. Alas, my annual membership in the Big Back Club is under review, so I passed. If anyone is listening, that Bourbon caramel sauce should be bottled and sold! It is silky smooth and perfectly flavored. Adding that to ice cream, berries, or a layered yellow cake would be chef's kiss! Ambiance: The Parlor theme is carried throughout the location. It's super cute. There *is* an unfortunate spacing situation on the light fixtures by the reading nook. A for effort, though! Service: Staff were super friendly and helpful. Though I read another commenter was offered samples. I was NOT offered samples. I would have LOVED some samples!!! Bonus: This is a franchise spreading throughout the SE. I will report back as I visit the Nashville & Knoxville locations!
These are some of the best doughnuts I've had. Krispy Kreme is for the birds. Only downside is they don't have online ordering and if you come after 7am you're going to wait in line. Other than that everything is perfect! Beautiful store. Nice people. Pretty doughnuts that taste amazing! I cannot wait for the pumpkin donuts to come out for fall. This go around, I got the French toast and the pistachio raspberry. Yum yum!!!

Unique donut options made with croissant dough. Lighter than cake donuts, but still substantial. More topping-based choices than filled ones. I think they lean more towards toppings as what makes their menu stand out. Clean, spacious location with merch being available near the front doors. Mugs, shirts, hats... the usual mix. The staff was warm and friendly. read more

Service - great! The servers are friendly and quick. Ambiance - I liked it. It's retro feeling but don't have a lot of seating. It's also kind of hot in here. Probably miserable in the summer. Donuts - amazing! The best way to describe them is a sweet croissant. It's a yeast donut with multiple layers. We've tried the maple bacon, honey glazed, blueberry, turtle for the sweet ones. Savory - chicken bacon ranch, fig & pig, buffalo chicken and Margherita. So far haven't tried one we didn't like. If you have a dairy intolerance or allergy, there are options but be sure to ask first. read more
Recently did an online order for 2 dozen donuts for my daughter birthday. I wish there was more a variety between the two boxes but it's fine. We discovered this place in Destin, FL and man it doesn't disappoint. I like the fact that the flavors are consistent at both locations. The doughnut, which is a croissant, is very moist and buttery. When the add the flavors, it takes it to another level. Make this a stop when you're in town and they do keep well for a couple of days. read more

All I can say is YUM! I was skeptical about whether I would like a cronut - I was very wrong and sad I hadn't tried one sooner. They were light, sweet, and doughy on the inside but are more filling than you realize. Having to choose between all of the tasty-looking varieties is the only part you will hate, so you might as well pick a big box of flavors or plan to share with friends so you can sample more flavors. read more
Great, great, great, average. Great service, great donuts, great ambience, ok coffee. I'd give Parlor a 5 but the drip coffee here is just average. If they could up their game in that department, it would be an automatic extra star. I haven't had their lattes so perhaps they're some better. Next time I'll try 'em. I was not familiar with this brand before they opened in Huntsville, but it surprised me with how delicious their donuts are. They have lots of flavors plus a few rotating seasonal ones they post about on instagram. Their coffee is pretty good, I recommend the mayan mocha. They also have some savory breakfast options if you want something different. The location is very pretty, and they are open early daily, cannot beat that. read more
Decided to try this place out and experience the doughnuts! I only opted to taste one however it was scrumptious and decadent! The customer service was A 1! I did get a 1/2 dozen doughnuts and my son thoroughly enjoyed them! They have such a rich variety and the coconut lavender coffee was amazing and I could get it decaf! Definitely worth a visit!!!! read more

This review is for the vegan/gluten free donuts only. The store itself was clean and attractive and the regular donuts looked great though I didn't try them. I went here specifically because their menu listed gluten free donuts. If you're considering the same, run away. This is not the donut shop for you. The donuts crumbled when we tried to pick them up. I don't know how they managed to do this but somehow and the texture of the donuts is simultaneously gooey and dry and crumbly. It's almost like eating wet sand. The donuts appeared to be baked in a mold and are not fried donuts. 100% do not recommend if you're in search of GF or vegan donuts. I am a connoisseur of gluten free donuts and have done extensive field research (that is, I've tried them all)...it is possible to make delicious GF donuts but Parlor Donuts has not yet mastered the art. read more

Probably the best doughnuts in Huntsville. They are like a cross between a croissant and doughnut, which is perfect because they're not too cakey. I was not prepared for how amazing the maple pecan doughnut was about to be. I could have cried... Also tried the avocado toast and I would definitely order it again. My husband had the sausage egg and cheese tacos and he said he really liked them. The only negative about this place was the seating. They have really small bistro tables that were cute but it didn't support the huge rush of people and groups that were coming in (10am sunday). I hope they add more seating and bigger tables! read more

Hate being negative but this was Underwhelming. Truly the interior is the best part. Coffee was a close second - tastes like legit drip coffee. Hot chai latte came out as steamed milk on top of refrigerated chai mix. Had to get this remade. Got the mix of minis - they are served cold. Breakfast tacos had so much cheese that they were soggy and dripped grease. Had to microwave our larger doughnuts because they were also ice cold. I question the freshness of this place. We even did the dog doughnut - what we got, based on what was advertised, was about half the size. All around underwhelming experience for a hyped up place. read more
