The lady was kind and did her best to communicate (English is her second language). My review is not based on the service, but on the experience and quality. There's no clear pricing, the descriptions are vague, and the quality was bad. I bought a regular sized Chunky Monkey smoothie. It was all powder based and honestly the worst smoothie I've ever had. When I got to the next window, she opened up the window, handed it to me and shut the window on me without even allowing me one second to say thank you. Specifically, this was the young lady who had the two braided pigtails and the black bandanna. I actually wouldn't Mind telling her that I hope she has a better day because her attitude is absolutely offputting. Was even interested in leaving the wonderful barista's a tip, but she didn't even give me a chance as she shut the window on me. I am sort of shocked being as though this location, I've only had one bad experience with one of the barista's and I never wrote anything on it, because I love the location so much. When I pull up to the window, I am typically greeted by an unenthusiastic request for my payment, which is then followed by no further words until I leave. The food is usually wrong, if I request plain it is rarely plain. If I ask for a certain thing taken off, or size of something, it is almost always wrong. The atmosphere is extremely sad, unmotivated, and slow. The previous bad experience I had was when I did a mobile order and received somebody else's food and had to wait 45 minutes to receive my actual order when going inside. There were a multitude of other unhappy customers awaiting their meals, so it's not just a single experience.
