On March 5, 2026, I went thru drive thru on South Parkway McDonalds, Huntsville, at 1:50 pm. I was given the drink at the window and told to park in spot 3 to await the order. After the ice melted in my drink and about 30 minutes later I went inside to tell them I didn't receive my order. Everybody was setting at a table in the lobby. They got upset at my request for my food and went to the kitchen area to make the food. All I could hear was "Donald Trump" and a few MF words from one person. Another person had some comments about "white people." After getting the food I was afraid to eat it for obvious reasons. I also had them replace my drink since the ice melted. read more

Waited a hour for a simple order and if course they couldn't even get it right. First they tell me ice cream machine is down, of course, then i get the wrong receipt and this is where it all goes downhill. They then tell me to pull back around and then i proceed to wait FORTY WHOLE MINUTES just to be told i actually wasn't supposed to go around then they tell me to pull forward and say they dont even have my mobile order so they have to remake my order and forget the cookie replacement for my mcflurry. I know its mcdonalds but still one of the worst experiences ive had. The employees were nice though. read more

I threw the food away. It tasted very bad. I would give negative stars if I could. $3.80 thrown away. Everything I'm about to type I can back up with a video recording that I took while I was there so I dare McDonald's to call me out on this. I ordered a breakfast item on the online menu and paid at 10:15, 15 minutes before breakfast stops being sold. I made it to the store at 10:25, and called asking if I could still use the drive-thru because I have bad knees. They said that would be no problem. Now the drive-thru had some wait so by the time I got to the teleprompter to give them my confirmation code for my order it was 10:40. They then told me that they would not be able to give me my breakfast items even though I had paid for them earlier. They said the best they could do is a refund even though they literally have the means to put the items together. When I made it to the drive-thru window to speak to a person face to face, she told me that they threw my order in the garbage. So when you have a disabled veteran who can't afford to be on his legs long ask beforehand knowing that he could make it inside before 10:30 if he put strain on his legs but you tell him to take the drive-thru just to refuse his meal later, how do you sleep at night? You are liars with no honor who screw over people on technicalities. read more

Sat in line waiting on a drive-thru order for 23 minutes plus. When they finally brought the orders out, they gave my order to the car in front of me. He was so frustrated that he took my order and drove off. I had to sit and wait on my order to be re-made. Did my whole order get re-made, nope. While I wholeheartedly, support McDonalds' effort to employ those people with special circumstances, actions such as closing the drive thru and not telling waiting customers of over 20 minutes can't be an acceptable way of doing business. I would like to encourage the franchisee to also make sure that the business operates as expected or close to it. read more

The service was so extremely pleasant and cordial that I couldn't help but wonder if an ensemble of Chick-fil-A employees made a wrong turn. The order was not only completely correct, which in itself warrants 2.5 stars for a McDonald's, but also every item was fresh and delicious. Last two times I've gone here I ordered a triple cheeseburger no pickle, i recieved a double cheeseburger both times. The kitchen ticket even said triple. I normally use the drive thru, but I had some time to kill so I dined in with my friends around 8 pm. As a dining experience, this McDonald's was clean and kept well. They have the self-order kiosks, which are nice. However, I'm not sure if there is a need to pick up a table number, since you have to go to the counter to pick up your food anyways. We got the wrong order of fries; however, they were quick to fix that for us. Overall, an average McDonald's that has the new updated look with the self-order kiosks. read more

Well a few things were wrong here today for lunch. The young lady who took our order was so courteous and pleasant. Our order came to the table quickly as well. My quarter pounder though was awful, greasy and the top bun was torn through. The assistant manager or manager, a female was at the door in the dining area (if facing the restaurant, on the left) spent time at the door with it open talking to here boyfriend, I assume it was her boyfriend as she kissed him. This happened twice during my lunch, he would come in then leave on foot then came back, both times with the same result and her telling other employees (from the dining room into the work area to do something) I found this very unprofessional, and setting a bad example to other employees, they were requesting her help and she just blew them off, gotta spend that time at the door before her true job. So disappointed, never to return! It's a shame that someone who is entrusted to this position behave like this. read more
