I've had the Grandma of all beignets (Café Du Monde in New Orleans) and I would say that the beignets at Beignets and Brew are JUST as tasty!!! Hot, fresh, fluffy and light, but flavor-packed and made as soon as you order, you won't find a better beignet in town! The minis are perfect for a small sweet treat, but the traditional sized beignets are hard to pass up! They even have seasonal and flavorful topped ones that are so so delectable and rich, you'd be insane not to try one of each! The coffees are strong and paired perfectly! My favorite is the hot Biscoff latte! It also comes in iced or frozen! Staff is always nice, service is as quick as it can be when it comes to making these little pillows of fried dough heaven! I know HSV has plenty of "dessert" shops around, but Beignets and Brews is a stand out amongst them all! read more

Clean and very modern girly pink theme. Service was fast! Employees were very nice and understood the menu! Beignets were good. Freshly made. Probably too much powdered sugar for my taste but I suppose that is how an authentic beignet is served. The dipping sauces were very sweet and runny like a marinade consistency. As a Louisiana native who loves beignets, I can happily say that these come very close to Cafe du Monde. They were hot, crispy on the outside, pillowy and bready on the inside. Perfection! The barista was friendly, I haven't lived in the south in over 25 years so still getting used to the friendliness again. I love it. The Nutella late with oat milk was creamy and delicious. The beans they use are good. It's a really well crafted latte. This is a no frills, pop up, coffee place and that's perfectly fine. Came through here for a special treat about two weeks ago. This new little coffee and beignet spot is located at Redstone Gateway, right off the Arsenal. Fortunately, it's accessible to civilians and folks who may not have clearance to go on base. It's a cute little mostly drive-through stop. There's a small (and I mean small) patio with about three shaded tables that's nice for waiting. You could eat there too if you wanted -- it was perfectly tidy when I sat there -- but I think the vibe is much more grab and go. Totally fine because I was more than ready to be out of the heat! The menu consists of beignets and coffee, of course, as well as smoothies and "power fizzies," which are plant-based energy drinks made with Lotus energy. I like their creative approach to beignets; they can come with a number of accoutrements like Nutella, cinnamon swirl, etc. They also have seasonal drinks and specialty beignets! On this visit, I figured I'd max out on Nutella since I love it dearly and I got myself 3 Nutella beignets and an iced Nutella latte. Service was pleasant and prompt and my beignets came out piping hot while my latte was the iced beverage I needed. Okay, the beignets were FABULOUS. We don't have a ton of beignets options in the area but these are absolutely the best. Fluffy, pillowy, slightly crispy, sweet...and the Nutella was a perfect addition. They also weren't super heavy. I was a little worried there might upset my stomach but I suffered zero repercussions for my choices, lol. I was just so-so on the latte; I tend to prefer my lattes on the more chocolatey side and this one was kind of bitter for my preferences. That being said, some of the flavors might have been drowned out by the quite sweet beignets, so that may be a me problem. I really like Lotus energy drinks so the next time I visit I will try one of the energy fizzies. And there absolutely will be a next time...because those beignets were GREAT. This place is a small pop up shop that is a converted shipping unit. It had some outdoor seating with a fan. There was no bathroom accessibility. The beignets were good. We got the mini beignets with Nutella and blueberry sauce. We enjoyed them and liked how bite sized they were! The service was average. Food came out approximately 10 minutes after we ordered it. My new favorite place to get beignets. It's such a shame we're only visiting because I would be here every week if I could! I brought a box back to my family and let them all try one and every single one of them said how delicious these beignets were! They were hot, flaky, the perfect amount of powdered sugar and they melt in your mouth The spot is located in a parking lot in what looks like a shipping container from the outside. There is a drive thru window if you prefer not to get out of your car, or you can walk right up to the window to make your order. The staff here were so friendly and personable, definitely a hidden gem in Huntsville. And what's beignets without a nice cup of coffee. With the sunny weather, I opted for an iced cappuccino to add along side a fresh and warm beignet. You definitely won't stop at just one when you try these beignets. When you drive up to the location you might be surprised to see the size of the building but don't let it fool you. Delicious things come in small packages. Wow, what can I say? This is such a quaint little beignet place. I am sort of picky about beignets and have tried other locations that were not great at all. This little gem is extremely good and Customer Service is awesome. I believe these beignets are definitely made to order so just have patience as you're waiting for this delicious treat. I also got the detox green smoothie and it was absolutely delicious. I will most definitely be making my way back again. If I could give no stars I would. I have never been treated so bad in my life. I didn't even order. I wanted to try Beignets and Brews but that is a no I will not give my money to a business that mistreats people of color. To explain my issue.... I'm in the drive through. Waiting. The wait was already long. Then the person taking the orders asks to take my order and as soon as I start to order she cuts me off saying " I'm so sorry could you please wait." Not once, twice, but three times. This is with a several minutes wait in between. There was only a couple in the walk up area. It's obvious that she didn't want to sell to me. So be it. Fast and friendly service. The Biscoff latte was delicious but definitely a desert in a cup! There was a line (5 cars) but the drive-thru moved quickly. If you're craving an edible treat, they sell beignets and offer a variety of dips. We went with bite sized beignets and it was more than enough to share amongst 3 people. I a dozen of specialty beignet which allows you to try 4 flavors 3 each for $26. This was perfect we tried traditional, Nutella, turtle and seasonal for us this was biscoff. I loved that you can place an online order and pick it up. The little establishment is very well light next to Fairfield inn, it has a drive through pick up and when we picked up ours, beignet was still warm. Personally I liked traditional and turtle. Love that the nuts cut the fat and sweet and gives a twist got he beignets. But original brings out the layers. These are not like cafe du monde beignets but are a different kind of delicious.
