    Matcha tiramisu pancakes

Finally tried the new spot in town with fluffy pancakes. It's next door to Bonchon, and it actually shares the bathroom with them. Place is small, but looks bigger due to a wall of mirrors. Counter is at the end of the room, and that's where you put in your order. I stopped by on a Saturday morning, quickly ordered a matcha tiramisu pancake, and before I knew it, the order was at my table. Pancakes were fresh and very tasty, but not as fluffy as I expected. They were good, but a bit small, especially considering they were $15 before tax and tip, so they ended up being $20. Maybe I'm biased because I had fluffy pancakes in Japan and had high expectations. Again, they were tasty, I just thought they would be bigger.

I finally got a chance to try Fluffy Fluffy. The service was a little slow l, especially with getting drinks. They should have at least one person dedicated to drinks other than the cashier. The food came out at a decent pace and was as beautiful as pictured. I got the jalapeño chicken with pancakes and it was good! The chicken I think was fried a little too long, but otherwise everything was delicious.

I've been excited to try this place ever since it opened. Came here on a Friday morning and it was still fairly packed. I came with a group and we received our food pretty quickly. A little weird that I got my food before my coffee though. Anyways, our group got a few different items: Ham and Cheese Croffle, Karaage Chicken and Croffle, Blueberry Cheese Pancake, Signature Pancake, and a Fluffy Fluffy Latte. Everyone enjoyed what they got. Here's what my thoughts were: Blueberry Cheese Pancake: 4/5, The topping paired nicely with the soufflé pancake. I tasted hints of eggs and after my first bite had a suspicion that it wasn't cooked properly. After the first bite, I only experienced it one more time. It might just be how the pancake is. The price point is a little high for what you get. Fluffy Fluffy Latte: 3/5, It honestly tasted more like a cappuccino. I don't know if it was the espresso or lack of sugar in the latte. It was nice being served in a cup because most places don't do that anymore. I'll probably try a refresher or tea next time. Next time I'm here, I'd like to try a Croffle or Benny.

The workout I have to do tonight is 100% worth what I ate at Fluffy Fluffy today. For savory I ordered the Benedict's waffle. It was so good I was surprised. My friend ordered the fried chicken and waffle and that was good as well! Even the tater tots on the side were perfectly cooked. For the pancakes I got the strawberry and Oreo. Both were absolutely delicious! It looks like a lot but upon your first bite you'll realize it's not a heavy meal at all. For drinks I got a salted caramel latte and my ABSOLUTE favorite thing is a sparkling drink. The mango refresher. It had chunks of fruit and a seltzer soda that was so yummy. I'm obsessed with this. Beware it's a small location. Seating is limited. Not good for large parties.

Back for a second time because the food was so yummy! Trying eggs Benedict this time around. The staff are welcoming and the establishment is very clean.

Magnificent fluffy dessert pancakes! So glad we finally have somewhere to get these! Great helpful staff and so many delicious treats! Highly recommended.

Just tried Fluffy Fluffy for the first time. It was a rainy Sunday at 9:30 and the place was warm and cozy and not crowded at all. Good thing, because it's a small place, but nicely decorated and comfortable. We ordered at the counter, a banana caramel pancake for me with an Americano and my husband got the blueberry cheese pancake and a side of tater tots. They delivered food and coffee to the table, a slight wait but reasonable. Everything was lovely to look at and tasted delicious. It's a bit pricey, but a fun place to stop for a decadent treat.

Not your typical breakfast food, which wasn't the bad part. The eggs benedict were hard boiled, poached too long so they had no runny yolks. The sauce wasn't hollandaise...had a bite to it like, a mustardy flavor. Not good! And there was a salad which was a huge miss. The basic breakfast comes with a "pancake". Not a normal one, a miniature one. We had planned to buy the pancake breakfast to share if we liked it but it wasn't even a full size pancake. Not what we were expecting. Overall, it's the price that kills it. All of this disappointment for $30? Not recommended.

Slow service - waited twenty minutes after ordering, and the price is steep for mediocre food. Not coming back.

Heads up, go for breakfast and prepare that it may be a wait. We got every few weeks or so, and it's usually a bit of a wait but that's fine. I know they're open for dinner, but we haven't made it for that yet. The host/server/main man (who I think is also the owner's husband?) is very kind and will seat you upon availability. I'm grateful that they have ample coffee and tomato juice depending upon my mood (I love tomato juice). Better half and I normally get the burritos (SO solid), though I got the benny last time and it was quite good. The hollandaise didn't taste all weird and packet-y, and the eggs were a bit over but I'll take that over undercooked egg whites. The hashbrowns were CRISP, like better than Waffle House crisp. I will say, better half's cheese grits last time were...well, inedible. Overly watery, cold to the point the cheese wouldn't melt, etc. However, the excellent burrito made up for that. Everyone who works here is friendly, it's clean, and the overall atmosphere is nice. Truly, they want to please. I really want them to succeed, so give them a try. This is a nice place that is locally owned in a sea of chain restaurants, so you could do worse than trying them out.

They forgot the syrup for the waffles and the food would have been ice cold if we had waited for it. The food itself is solid. Well seasoned and cooked right. The food is good and I'm sure they'll work out their issues. There are only so many places I can eat with my food allergies that gives me this much variety.

After reminding wait staff, the cashier, that I had ordered on line, I was told 5 mins repeatedly. Finally some listened and 5 mins later I was head out the door. I am so disappointed. The eggs are hard, the grits are soupy, no butter and limp toast. I live 5 mins away. 50 mins of my life.
