Parking is easy, the space is cute with plenty of seating, wifi works well, prices are comparable to other coffee shops in the area. Things I tried: El Camino Latte - the habanero syrup adds a nice wake up to the senses Lavender + Honey Latte - One of my favs. I got this one iced and it was simply refreshing. Cloudburst Latte - Had this both hot and iced. My preference is hot. I feel like you taste the bergamot, vanilla and coconut better. Cold seems more one note to me. Signature Matcha - To the point. Nothing to go crazy over. Had iced. Apricot and oat matcha - Preferred this one over the sig. Had iced. Service has been great for me each time. The space provided a nice work area. Busy spot without feeling too crowded.

Sorority sister and I came to Charlie Foster's to get a glass of vino after dinner at El Caz. The majority of wine cellars/wine shoppes/wine centric places are extremely friendly, not tethered to a chair, and very engaging because, it's wine after all, and most wine lovers love nothing more than talking about wines! Rather than look over a wine list, I just asked for a glass of pinot grigio. The young man gave me the saddest pour I have seen in my life, again, in the requisite plastic purple Solo cup, and guess what this regrettable purchase cost me? $12.00. For a little more than double that cost, at about $26.00 I can get an entire bottle of Italian pinot grigio at Nick's ristorante, which is 4 *full* glasses!!!! Originally, I wanted to see what kinds of wines they had for sale; however, after this very transactional and impersonal interaction, I was ready to leave. I would suggest that management/owners train their personnel on wines and have them attend actual wine tastings with a sommelier and learn a few talking points about the various types and vineyards they represent. Staff should mingle with patrons to see what the person is interested in (would they like a dry white wine bottle to drink inside, a purple cup "to go," or several bottles for an upcoming event) and encourage things both that the customer prefers or is just outside the customer's comfort zone and peaks the patron's interest. I would also suggest they select staff who actually have a personality.

The Lox bagel is good only I don't like it on the everything bagel-theirs is too salty (the bagel). But it is made with regular cream cheese, capers and loads of smoky salmon-try it! It's a very good texture too! Overall, location is in an area where there's not much parking. Food is decent but expect a high price , one Lox bagel is over $13. I stopped in around 1:30 p.m. and was the only customer in the store when I placed my order. While I was waiting, several other customers came in. Rather than beginning the drinks, one barista continued taking everyone's orders before anything was made. There were two baristas visible the entire time, but the second didn't start making drinks until the first had finished taking the full line of orders. It made the wait much longer than it seemed necessary. To make matters worse, my matcha wasn't mixed properly--it was full of chunks, I included a picture, making it unpleasant to drink. After waiting that long, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this hasn't been a one-time experience. Every visit seems to involve an unusually long wait for a drink that's average at best. It's especially disappointing because when this location first opened, the drinks and service were consistently good. I kept hoping each occasional returning visit would be better, but today's experience was enough for me to decide not to come back.
