Slap your momma good! I have NEVER had a more delicious meal, bar none. Came in for dinner and had…read moreno clue of what experience I was about to have. The place was clean, great vibe and music playing. Put me right at ease. Mateo was the best. I decided on the chicken tenders, sprouts and a side salad. When that tender hit my mouth, I was in heaven! Words can't describe. I kept slapping the tabletop. Hahaha Prices are extremely reasonable, and staff was just wonderful. Heading back tonight as I only have one more night here in town. Can't recommend enough to get your butt in here and enjoy the experience and food.

I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the decor of this restaurant. It was very modern and chic with great esthetics. That hands down was a plus for me. Moving on to my experience, it was actually very lovely. The server was really nice and was helpful reviewing the menu with my party. The menu was pretty good. It had typical American brunch/breakfast, but they also had a few twist to some of the item. Very tasty. This was a solid pick for brunch. It's an IG worthy place to be, and the food is solid which is a win to me. If I lived here, I could definitely see myself going back. Honestly, a very pleasant first time at this restaurant.

We've been to Rhythm on Monroe several times. It's been great, it's been not so great, but if…read moreyou're going to a show at the VBC, the location can't be beat. Service has always been hit or miss. We've learned to give ourselves plenty of time to be seated and served. One thing that remains consistent is the time it takes to get your check. If you're in a hurry, ask for it before you finish eating. Happy hour is 4-6 Sunday through Thursday. Discounts on beer, wine and craft cocktails - a pretty good deal. A few apps are on special too. I ordered the Tupelo Honey margarita. Delicious. So good that I had a second. I ordered the grilled chicken piccata. It was good but really could have used a little more seasoning. My husband ordered the fish and chips - it had quite a bit of excess breading that he pulled off. We usually share a meal but in this case, the dinners really weren't large enough for two people to share. We met some friends for dinner. One ordered the Ruben - good but not in the top 5. The other friend ordered the Rustica Italian pasta with conecuh sausage. She said the pasta was good but the sausage was just thrown in more as an afterthought. We went to another show on Friday and once again, chose Rhythm on Monroe for dinner. This time I ordered a burger and my husband the pulled pork sandwich. The burger was definitely nothing special. The patties had the charcoal grilled flavor reminiscent of a Burger King burger. The pork was huge. My husband liked it but I didn't care for the sauce. He subbed onion rings for the fries - it was an amazingly large serving of rings. I had the fries. They weren't hot when served so I asked for fresh fries. They were good. There are a lot of great restaurants in Huntsville. Rhythm on Monroe is definitely not the best but for location - you can't do much better.

Mimosa situation: $13 for a single, $50 for bottle of sparkling wine, fruit, and juice flight. Heard they were known for the beignets - comes with a honey sauce and dusted with powdered sugar, came out fresh out of the fryer - hot and wonderful little bite. For a savory brunch app option the have fried green tomatoes, devilled eggs, & biscuit/gravy. I ordered the traditional breakfast ($18) Comes with two strips of bacon, conecuh sausage, eggs cooked your way, your choice of bread (wheat, white, sourdough, cinnamon raisin, etc.), and your choice of rustic potatoes, grits or fruit. Wonderful! Came out hot - crispy bacon - loved the sourdough, crispy little potatoes really great. Our waiter was super attentive, very friendly, and took our breakfast plates off our ticket because it took a little longer than he expected (our ticket went under someone else's) BUT we weren't in a rush this date. Super nice of him to do. Overall, 5 star brunch

I got the Bananas Foster's French toast which is a great concept but it was not super fresh, dry, and not worth the price. The bacon I ordered on the side was cooked to perfection so props to them for that but otherwise it was lackluster. Service was friendly but slow. Cute place and convenient if you're staying at the hotel, but I'd choose somewhere else if I was offsite.
