This is what I got.

I just ordered the new double stack Says bacon egg cheese repeat. That two layers of egg cheese and bacon. I only got one layer and an extra egg. When I brought it up to them they acted like I was crazy. Then he said well the picture is cut in half. No it clearly states a double meat. Double egg and double cheese. For a $7 bagel sandwich I expect to get what I paid for. No offer of fixing it or reimbursement just blew me off literally.

Such a delicious and fun place to eat! I'm not even a huge bagel fan but I loved eating here and am excited to come back!! The Zesty sauce was SO tasty and made my sandwich incredible. There is also plenty of seating in a very open dining room. The staff was super kind and gave great recommendations on what I'd like best. Definitely come try it yourself!

This is my first time trying Bruegger's bagels and I definitely will be returning often. First of all the staff member at the front was super helpful and friendly and was able to answer all my questions. Secondly the food was super delicious but the bagels sell out really quickly on the weekends so you have to get there pretty early. Lastly the facility was really nice and cozy inside and also clean so you can sit down and enjoy your food while feeling at home.

Replying to Robert the Manager with the canned response. You want me to fill out a form to complain and then if my issue is resolved give you a better review? That's not how it works you see the pictures and it is what it is. I should note that I filled out the survey on my receipt saying I did want to be contacted, that was two days ago and haven't heard a word.

Egg Egg, Ham & Cheese

Received a bagel sandwich for delivery, thought it tasted odd. Took a look at the eggs and they look and taste spoiled. I don't know how anyone prepared this and thought it was ok to give to someone to eat... I feel sick to my stomach that this was what was given to me. Completely inedible.

I have never in my life been to a place so many times, that FAILS me every SINGLE time.. i have left yelp reviews, and they sincerely apologize? but let me tell you something nothing will change at this Bruegger's i have never seen a more lazy business in my life! So why apologize? When it only gets worse ever single time? I Have no idea how they're still open, i would never recommend ANYONE to eat here. I can come right at opening and do an online order to pick up a bagel before work, and this location will be completely out of most flavors that they charge "extra" for cause it's "gourmet" for them to throw a slice of America cheese on a bagel. But you can't even expect this location to do that, it doesn't matter if it's opening, 2 hours after, or what! They are never in stock of bagels, and won't ever make more. Which again, frozen bagel, yes i see then frozen in the back! Throw slice of cheese, then toaster!WOW, bagels! The worst part about it is, is that when you go there and they don't have your bagel, and they only have like garlic.. and things like that.. and you decided you want a refund? well every single time i have gone they've given me a long pitiful story telling me, i have to go online call them, wait 3-5 business days, or dispute it with me bank.. WELL COME TO FIND OUT TODAY, they can do the return IMMEDIATELY at the store! Again i would never ever recommend this place to anyone, the place itself is absolutely disgusting, they seriously don't know how to clean, serve customers, talk to customers, or just do their job over all?? their coffee is horrible, the packaged drinks up front have been expired most of the time i've gotten one, the workers are the laziest people i've ever seen, and their managers and bosses are even worse! This business seriously needs to do something about this, or they'll be long gone before you know it. WAY WAY WAY, to many good bagel shops and cafes for them to be this BAD!

The breakfast sandwiches and BLT are decently executed, but I'm REALLY not a fan of their bagels. Their bread (particularly the baguette) is fantastic, though. Note: it sells out quickly. You can still pick up your to-go order without having to deal with people. They now have a cute bookshop inside. They make their own cream cheese! Cons: If I'm paying $1.50 for an avocado add on, PLEASE don't let it be oxidized and brown and gross. This makes me sad. Parking is still a nightmare. See above about the bagels. I'm prepared for the hate I'm about to get, but I prefer Bruegger's...which is sad, as I'm sure they're produced and come in frozen. Prices have gone up, but that's to be expected. I would love, however, the option to not add on a side for less moolah. I don't want their straight from the bag chips, random baby carrots, or (somewhat icky) fruit. Depending on the timing, you may be able to get a seat. Or you may be fighting a soccer mom with 4 screaming toddlers just to pick up a to go order. Still a fan, but know what you're getting.

This is just for the bagels. The good Parking is plentiful and easy in and out. The bagels were…read morepretty good you can tell they were prepared in the traditional boiled manner that results in the chewy outside texture. And they offer just enough Schmear as an extra and will toast it for you. It is a quaint place that offers a place to hang out for a while. The staff was cordial not overly friendly and seemed really focused on the tasks at hand. I would have liked to have had a better breakfast bagel sandwich selection as that is what I was looking for but most of the offerings were on toasted bread.

I walked in a little past 1pm, having studied the chalkboard outside with a delightful-sounding selection of spring specials. As I'm ordering, the barista and I alike see another group walk in. And another. And another-- I'm not seeing anyone else in the rather small physical establishment, and as a former barista am beginning to sweat a bit for this Greenroom employee and all of the orders he is about to have to deal with, seemingly by himself (cue the cheerful chime announcing more customers, and more customers). As I wait for my order, grateful to be the first in this long line, I sit to casually read a book and take my opportunity to observe my fellow patrons of this fine little spot. I hear the barista asking customers if they're okay with waiting, and he begins to ask customers if they're okay with waiting a minute for their orders. I'm content, as I have no urgent arrangements, and the now plastic-gloved barista comes up to me, informing me that they have no lime to garnish the avocado toast I've ordered and asking if that was okay. I assert as much and he returns to the line; I think to myself that he could have saved the time and not told me and I wouldn't have known the difference, but I'm pleased with his attention to detail. I get my to-go box of avocado toast with an egg and am pleased to open it and try a bite. I feel that it could have done with red pepper flakes (my favorite), but the everything bagel seasoning added a nice texture and the overall flavor profile was delightfully savory. As for my drink, which came later, it was the Good Riddance: a vanilla cold brew with lime pie cold foam (which lived up to the name tremendously). It also had what I believe to be graham cracker or pie crust crumbles on the top that were delightful! The drink was delicious and perfect for the spring weather. I sit upstairs as I always do, but specifically on the patio where I can see all of MidCity and the surrounding businesses. There's nonintrusive and enjoyable music presumably coming from the Camp itself? After an hour or so of enjoying my spoils, I return to the counter below to see if the barista is still there now that the rush is over. He is now accompanied by another coworker, blessedly, and I learn that his name is Caleb. We chat for a few moments and I introduce myself before leaving, but not before taking another picture of all the event calendars for the week and month. Now I'm positively fueled for my afternoon and grateful for the relaxed atmosphere. (Thanks for reading this far if you did, and shoutout again to Caleb for doing his job tremendously! He informed me that he enjoys a good rush of customers, and I replied that I would have cried to have been in the situation that he handled with great poise and dedication. The great service alongside the excellent product left me wanting to return quickly!)

I was surprised he liked hot sauce on his eggs, for example, and he said he did, which is great because one dish came with extra hot sauce. I reheated the grits the following day and they were actually good! That was the highlight of this take out meal for me. I thought the gravy in one of the dishes was sausage gravy, because doesn't everyone in the south add sausage to their gravy? But, it was just plain gravy. Boo! The eggs were pretty dead looking the next day (not their fault, I know), so I didn't try any of them. The bacon was undercooked for my preference but could have been easily remedied by popping in the air fryer. That was more effort than I wanted to expend on salvaging these dishes. Hubs is a biscuit fan and he was happy to devour whatever I did not, and again, he had no complaints which is excellent! I am not a biscuit fan at all, I just can't make myself like biscuit-forward dishes. I'm not even a fan of potatoes, which were in several of the dishes.
