It's a wonderful feeling to know we can TRUST Jeff's Automotive. Jeff, Gary, and Jesse are honest, dependable, and charge reasonable repair rates. My review is based on 3 decades of service. Exceptionally good at trouble-shooting challenges, quickly solving problems. If you are considering buying a used car, take it to Jeff's before! you buy it. Jeff's Automotive actually IS As Good As it Gets! read more

Women beware... this place tried to charge me $175 and say it would take an hour to install a side view mirror when I know for a fact it would take 5 minutes and be as simple as popping off a couple of frames. Scammers. read more

Hi everyone. Wanted to send a 5 star Yelp review for Jeff. I was looking to purchase a 67 Camaro from a consignment car sales place in Denver and needed a pre-purchase assessment on the car. Jeff came recommended and did an amazing job looking at the engine, chassis, quality of the build etc. Long story short, he saved me a lot of money and why I should not purchase the car. If you are buying from out of state and need some experienced eyes on the car, Jeff is a great person to call. read more

i don't even wanna give it one star, horrible experience do not come here, first he tells me my car is too big but yet he " specializes" in old cars, then he process to curb rash my rims and when i had told him why would you park my vehicle right up against the curb and he acted like he couldn't see, never go here!! read more

Jeff's Automotive is my go to for all of my car repair needs! My 1970 Chevelle SS, Lucille, won't go anywhere else...

Went in for a smog check. Was audibly evident that my car desperately needed help when I drove in. No doubt about it, the problem was the steering system. They added some steering fluid to get me home. No charge!! He explained what the problem could be. Will make an appointment later to have the car diagnosed and repaired. Great guys, great service!! read more

Pretty disappointed with Jeff, I came to him once to work on my mustang. And he did I paid him asap and picked up my car. Made another appt with him, dropped off the car and now I'm here over 2 months later picking it up to take it to another shop because he literally did not touch it for over 2 months. He had it sitting in the back of his yard sitting the entire time. I came several times and asked him what's going on and all he said was he was backed up. I never once came to him aggressively, nor did I ever not want to pay him I even told him that if he needed money I'd give it to him and nothing. He said he would get to it. He is going to comment back with a big ass excuse but the truth is, he obviously didn't want to work on it. Who the fuck keeps a car sitting in his yard for over 2 months. read more

Jeff's Automotive - Auto Repair Near Me - Englewood, Colorado

I went bc my check engine light was on. They read the code, and advised doing nothing for now. Reading the code takes approx 10 mins, yet they managed to charge me $60, due to their $50 minimum policy. AutoZone does it for free! They also weren't wearing masks in the office, and their customer service was underwhelming. They barely gave me their full attention when I walked in. I won't be going back, they could easily run a successful bu wo charging me $60 for 15 minutes of their time. Many of their competitors do, so I recommend going to one of those businesses instead. read more

The service is always great. Was informed about problem, cost and time frame of repair needed. True to their word was done in time they said and cost was exactly what they quoted me. Highly recommended for personal vehicles as well as any businesses needed repairs on their company cars! No surprises here. Just good quality service all around! read more

Jeff's is THE stop for any repair or maintenance on your classic vehicle. They are knowledgeable, fair priced, and will treat you with respect. I value Jeff's opinion on services needed, and his work gives me tremendous peace of mind. They can get your classic back on the road, without breaking the bank. read more

The only place to bring my classic beauty. Honest, straightforward old school.

DON'T GET RIPPED OFF by Jeff's Automotive. I had the #3 cylinder misfiring according to Autozone, O'riellys and Pep Boys. I brought my vehicle here to have the spark plug replaced. They said it was replaced and I PAID and they recommended a tune up. I took it to Englewood Auto and they did the tune up and told me that Jeff's Automotive Did Not replace the correct spark plug. I contacted Jeff's auto about this and they said the #3 spark plug was too hard to get to and they replaced the #5. I asked for my money back and they refused. I don't care about the money I just don't like feeling like I'm being ripped off. Don't use Jeff's Automotive for anything. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS read more

I had a screw in my tire and the mechanic working stopped what he was doing to repair my it. He was fast, kind, and affordable. While plugging a tire isn't the most difficult task, it was the service and the willingness to help me in a hurry. They were working on a few other vehicle, very nice classic cars so I'm sure they are very skilled otherwise for people to trust them with their prized show cars. I would highly recommend their services for the Englewood area. read more

Took my dad's Lexus in. They tested the battery and the alternator for free and found out the problem was likely loose battery cables. The thing is the didnt even charge me! They totally could have sold me on a new battery or whatever and they didn't. It's great to find an honest and nice shop! read more

Great shop. Quality work at a fair price and they stand behind what they do. More of a mom and pop shop but with the experience of a dealership. They take the time to get to know you. read more

Charged me more when the repair was done than what was quoted. In the end the issue was fixed. Russ was really nice and they did take a look at my issue while I waited. Jeff seemed annoyed to have to help me. read more

Worst car repair experience I've ever had. They kept my truck for 5 weeks and never finished the job. Five weeks wasted. Had it towed out of there. read more

My windshield wiper was broken on the eve of a snow storm. I called and they said come right down, I drove over and they fixed it outside in the snow so that I could keep both of my little ones in their car seats. I offered him cash to say thank you, he refused. These guys are the real deal, I will be a customer for life! read more

I know this is a small local business and I always wanna support and raise these kinda folks up, but y'all need to hear this. From the get go I should've known better, I called & told whoever answered that we were looking for some help with our car as it wouldn't STAY running - we could jump it to start it but it wouldn't STAY on. Anyway the person answering the phone didn't seem like he gave a single rats a$$ whatsoever, I led the ENTIRE conversation in terms of attempting to setup a drop off time etc like my back hurt from carrying the damn convo, it was as if he genuinely didn't even want us there, and dude I've worked customer service, I get it you get burnt out etc but this was the most awkward phone conversation I'm not exaggerating this ish. We get the car there and we go into the office and the guy at the desk literally sat there and said NOT ONE WORD, not even a "hi" to us, nothing - we honestly assumed he was busy doing something so we politely stood there for a good while before I finally said "hi we spoke on the phone about the car out front" turns out he wasn't actually busy at all, he just had no idea whatsoever how to talk to either women (me) or black men (my partner) because clearly one of us was a problem for him and evvvveryone else's reviews on here are great and they're all written by white folks, hmmm. Anyway, fast forward to picking the car up, we pay them almost $500 & I get the print out, they replaced the spark plugs & the ignition coil, less than $100 in parts. I'm thinking "whatever at least it's finally working" HAHA JUST KIDDING turns out THEY CANT START THE CAR!!! They tell me it's because it sat parked in their lot for a couple of weeks, then I'm told we probably need a new alternator because the battery won't charge either LOL RIGHT. I express my disappointment that we brought them a car asking to help us get it to a point where it STAYS running & we're leaving with a car that will barely get us home down the street with $500 down the drain & this man tells me "well the problem was it wasn't even starting so we fixed that" OH DID YOU BECAUSE LAST I CHECKED IT LITERALLY WAS NOT STARTING BRO! The guy at the auto parts store down the street from them just now straight up told me "you got ripped tf off and I'm sorry that happened to you but thanks for letting me know where not to send people". read more

Jeff's was great! I hate that my car slid into a curb on an icy road but Russ and Jeff were wonderful to work with. They were diligent to control the cost of the replacement parts for my 2007 VW Rabbit and did seamless work. They stayed open after hours to meet me and had the snow wiped off, with the heat on. The entire experience was timely and they were excellent about communicating the details and process with me - I was very comfortable with Jeff's and highly recommend them. read more

We have been taking our cars to Jeff's for 15+ years. We have always been satisfied with the work that was done. Jeff and his employees are always upfront with the work to be done and what the cost will be. They are honest and dependable and we have recommended them to many people. Nothing better than having an excellent place in the neighborhood where we can take our cars for repairs and not have to worry about getting taken or poor service. Jeff"s is honestly the best! read more

Jeff's Automotive is the most honest and competent auto repair shop in the Denver metro area. They only charge customers for repairs that the customer authorizes. They are able to fix everything from a scooter to a classic car. A very positive recommendation from me and everyone I have ever sent to them. read more

You know those auto shops that scam you.....this is one of those!!! STAY AWAY!!! Here is my story. I took my car in for a simple alignment a few weeks ago. I was told that the tie rods were bad and it could not be aligned. I also received a bunch of other unsolicited repair suggestions from Jesse (several of these were actually things that were not wrong with the car, which was proven by 2 other mechanics). The total on this was over $1700!!! I was also told that I had to pay them $50 for the diagnostic fee (that in no way did I request). I was told that this $50 would be applied to the alignment. The price of the tie rod replacement was way too high so I had it taken care of by an independent mechanic. When I returned to Jeff's with my car for the alignment, Jesse then told me that the only way the $50 would have been applied to the alignment is if the tie rod work had been done there. In no way was this our agreement. I then elected to not have them do the work for fear of getting scammed more. When I went to pick up my car, I found it unlocked on a public street in an area where there have been numerous vehicle thefts and break-ins. I left it with a club on and doors locked. When I confronted Jesse about this, his response was "well that's your problem." Scam artists with attitudes, STAY AWAY from this establishment!!!!!!!!!!! read more
