1st and last visit. $52 water to drink party of 3. Wings were just ok, wish I requested them well done. Ordered mild and they were mild. Fries had a funny taste to them, Ketchup was labeled Jefferson's and tasted nothing like Heinz! Brand new! Only open for two days when I went & it was packed. Nice inviting atmosphere. Open, many TV's w/ sports on. The inside is very clean but they are still adding some finishing touches to the decor. The menu has a wide selection of chicken, seafood and burgers. For an appetizer, I had the oysters rockefeller & they were incredible. Entrees were grilled chicken & guacamole sandwich with coleslaw and a Philly cheesesteak and baked beans for my wife. The report on the cheesesteak was, it tasted very good but was lacking filling. Also she liked the beans. The chicken came out w/o guacamole and the coleslaw had no dressing only shredded cabbage. Both of which were rectified quickly by our server. The sandwich was cooked perfect and tasted great. As for service...if restaurants are having a hard time getting staff I know where they are. This joint was well staffed. Our interactions from seating to dining and paying was pleasant. Again, the place was packed with customers on the 2nd night & they did a good job keeping up. I will definitely return! But hope they get a few minor things ironed out. read more

Buffalo chicken nachos were below mediocre. Chips stale, hardly any cheese or chicken. Chicken wrap fairly tasteless.

Really slow service and the employees act like they'd rather be anywhere else but there.

Staff was friendly and attentive! Everyone was extremely pleasant. Their food is sub par. I will never order their oysters again. It cooked oysters were chewy and the fresh raw oysters tasted like soap and had a bad smell to it. Cocktail sauce was frozen and horseradish was not good. The other bar food was good, expected from a bar. Fried pickles and wings were crispy but the wings were small. Burger was ok. I'll be back for the friendly staff and drinks. read more

The best sports bar in the area. Highly suggest the double dipped chicken sandwich. They also have very good burgers, wings, and oysters. Family friendly, but also has great drink specials and prices. Would recommend to anyone. Great place to watch a game. Enjoy!!! read more

Service was great but the food was not good. I got a BLT and it had no flavor at all. My husband got wings - they were chewy and the sauce was just meh. There have been many restaurants in this space and no one seems to be able to make it. Sadly, Jefferson's doesn't look like it's going to have a great outcome either because the place was empty. They painted the walls grey with burgundy and it was just lifeless. Kudos to our wait staff - they were lovely. read more

Had a great time here with my family on a Friday night. We came in right about dinner time Friday and only had a 5 minute wait which was nice. The staff was really friendly. Even played with my daughter making her feel special. Our sever was patient even though she was really busy. Food was really good. The wings could of been hotter but that's just a preference not a strike on the food. Reasonably priced. Will definitely be back again. They must of read the past reviews because the music was on but we could totally have a conversation across the table without issue. read more

Thought we'd try this restaurant out. It was busy on a Friday night. That seemed like a good sign. It is a loud restaurant. Loud music and conversations. TVs ever couple of feet on ever wall. Despite its unassuming location in a strip mall, the atmosphere at Jefferson's was top notch. Large windows provide wonderful afternoon light and plenty of TV's make for a sports fan's dream. The wings are crispy and have a good variety of sauces, and the sandwiches fresh and filling. Our server Taylor was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was very good. if I could do no stars I would. party of 9, we each spent at least $30. food and alcohol. first plate of oysters had worms, my sister ate two without noticing and put lemon juice on them, a seed fell to one oyster. send back due to moving worms. next plate same thing, moving worms. next plate was her first plate, lemon seed in oyster. manager comes out after plate was left at table, took him 10+ minutes. he comes to table with arms crossed and tells her he will take care of it. had to argue to get any of her bill taken care of. we will not be going back at all. and I will be telling all my friends not to go. he said it's a vendor issue, no it's a them problem. they are last to touch and should be quality controlling. read more

To be fair, we visited the first week, for a Chiefs game. So, it wasn't entirely smooth, but, took that into consideration. We had a table on the opposite of the restaurant from the bar, against a brick/stone wall. 1. Way too friggin loud. Unacceptably loud, even for a game. Someone from management needs to crank it up, like it was, and sit against that wall. Kind of ruins 'hangin with friends'. 2. Shrimp basket was awesome. 3. As we were all there for several hours, we ordered several variations of wings. Started with a medium standard buffalo sauce - no heat. Tried 2 different types from the 2nd from hottest level - no heat. Then, for shegiggles, tried the hottest wing on the menu. Pathetic. So, I'm not sure if no one got the heat memo in the kitchen, but, if that was the wings Jefferson's is 'famous' for, then I humbly disagree. I'm not that guy that needs to kill his taste buds with ghost oil, but, I would like to know the menu isn't total BS. Gonna give it one more shot, now that they've been open for a few weeks.
