Custom dress are made from her manufacturer in Guandong China. Her prices are mid range from $450- 500 premade depending on the details on the dress to $950+ customized dress. It takes at least 6 weeks to get a customized cheongsam. The quality of her pieces and the fabric used are well made compared to the store on Mott Street in Chinatown. They are way overpriced for cheap material premade cheongsam which you can buy online. Customized ones cost over $1500. That's too much to spend for only one night for a wedding. Go with Sylvia... hopefully she won't retire too soon.

I wanted straps added to it and when I take it home and try it on (couldn't try it there because she was closing early to go to court for a traffic violation) one of the straps is sewed on twisted. The dress has a bunch of gems on it and a few were missing and a bunch loose. I take it back to be fixed. When I try it on at home the straps still aren't right. One is close to where the armpit is and the other closer to the middle of my back. I didn't want to eff around with this woman anymore so I fixed the straps myself. If you do buy from her, have alterations done elsewhere. Wish I could leave negative 100 stars

The sales associate said that the cut of dress that I tried on came in an exclusive color called bullet grey. It was metallic and had to be specially ordered. I fell in love with the dress because of the beautiful color I was promised. when I came to pick it up, 3 weeks before prom it was the wrong color in the wrong size. They never even measured me In the first consult just guessed. They proceeded to lie saying it never was my dress and my actual dress was coming on Friday. They then showed me a color that was silver, not what I wanted and i tried on the 4 which was too small and again they guessed that I was a 6. I came in on Saturday, to a dress that was an 8, my original order size was a 4 so they defenitly ordered it the day I came to pick it up. I was swimming in the dress and it Was falling down. They were rude the whole time and not apologetic . Now I have to find a dress and get it altered 2 weeks before prom. Will never be going back And I recommend you don't either.
