My mom, sister and I purchased three dresses here a few weeks ago. She gave us a discount on all the dresses. My sister's dress was a size up, so she said they would check if they can order a smaller size and do an exchange later. When my sister tried calling they were so rude. This weekend I went to see if they wouldn't mind exchanging my dress since I was having second thoughts. The girl that worked there started to tell me that I can't get a nicer dress because of my body type and how it won't look good. I felt that was very rude. You are supposed to be a sales person that makes everyone comfortable. This same sales girl was helping another woman with her dress and the woman asked if she would wait to try to on when her sister arrived, since she wanted her sister's opinion. The sales girl was mean to her, and said no you should do it now, I would give my opinion. I left the upstairs after seeing how rude she handled the situation. I then tried to talk to the owner and she was beyond rude. She walked away and said that there is no returns at all. She didn't even tried to listen or see how she could help me. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. The owner only cares about money, service is terrible. I paid almost 900 for a dress and ended up having to fix the alterations she did myself. I wanted straps added to it and when I take it home and try it on (couldn't try it there because she was closing early to go to court for a traffic violation) one of the straps is sewed on twisted. The dress has a bunch of gems on it and a few were missing and a bunch loose. I take it back to be fixed. When I try it on at home the straps still aren't right. One is close to where the armpit is and the other closer to the middle of my back. I didn't want to eff around with this woman anymore so I fixed the straps myself. If you do buy from her, have alterations done elsewhere. Wish I could leave negative 100 stars read more

We asked her if a dress came in a different color and she said "i dont know i have to call them" so we said okay and waited, then she told us WE need to look it up ourselves online if we want it in another color so we said okay and asked if its on her website but she said no so we took a picture of the name on the tag so we can look it up later and find the color options (since she told us we had to) and then she yelled at us and pushed my sister out of the way. This store sells second hand clothes. I am a seamstress specializing in formal wear My customer came to me with 2 dresses,one a short cocktail dress that had holes in it, missing beading, and had been altered before. It was not a new dress. Hem was uneven and poorly done. The mother's dress was velveteenbut the knap was going in directions , back of dress is right but front of dresses nap is running the opposite way so back is dark and front of dress is lighter in color cause the knap is going the wrong way. She also charged my customer an extra $200 after she told her she had not charged enough for the dresses. She buys close outs and secondhand clothes and she should be locked up I told my customer to call the better business bureau and report her. PleDe do not go to this store. read more

My husband got me a dress for Valentine's day and when I went to return it because it was too big and not my style I didn't like anything the style is more for prostitution or actress Oscar awards. 1. I showed up and the entryway was blocked. Keep in mind that I'm standing next to a lady that works there (I think the manager) and she's looking at me but doesn't say anything. They were cleaning and had to move a furniture stand, moved it into the path of the entrance and blocked the entry.... I stood there confused. 2. Finally the manager had some sense and asked what we needed.......obviously A WAY TO ENTER THE F*CKING STORE.... She goes to move the furniture out the way and doesn't say anything, just moves it...no apology, no welcome to the store..nothing. She didn't even care that we were customers, her attitude was very uninterested, 3. The manager was talking to the employee like she was a slave, bossing her around...not cool 4. My friend and I had Starbucks drinks, walked into the store, both the manager and employee had seen us.. when we got close towards the back of the store, one of them shouted to us to tell us we might spill a drink and we need to bring our drinks to the front of the store..... They could've done this in a polite manner and we would have understood but the way it was communicated to us was very unprofessional. I went there today with my mom dress shopping for her 50th birthday party and we had a great experience. I was a little nervous at first due to the reviews but from the minute we entered the store we received a warm welcome. The owner was nice as well. The sales associate made me feel so comfortable; she is super sweet. They both helped us pick out the cutest accessories after we selected our dresses. Very odd experience! I went today looking for a fancy cocktail dress. I didn't love much of anything there. One dress caught my eye but I wasn't going crazy over it. The price tag said $750. Wayyyyy over my budget ! The sales girl giggled and literally said "don't worry hunny, if you like it you can get it for UNDER $200.00". She pushed me to try it. $200 and under is a decent price. Although it's probably sold elsewhere for $50- $100. Before I try it on, we noticed a big tear in the fabric. She insisted I still try it on. I did! and actually liked it ...a bit. Being it's ripped she tells me I can get it much cheaper than the $200 and below original offer and not to worry. I bring it to the register and suddenly the manager or whomever comes over. The sales girl I was dealing with acts like she never told me I can get the dress at a discounted price and then, poof... she completely hides. The guy, Jose took over and He tells me I can get a great discount of $500. (That's even with a huge rip down the back). I was like WTF so as if he's giving me the deal of the century he says $450 final offer. What in the holy heck is this sales tactic ???? I left scratching my head in disbelief. Do not go here. I went dress shopping with my daughter and found a dress we like. I was told the sample which is missing beads was $150 and new $300. I come back a week later to buy it and I was told $525 used missing beads and $650 new. Meanwhile when I asked the price she typed it on the internet. A few months ago I had a black tie dinner to attend and last minute I stumbled upon the most elegant yet dramatic satin flair skirt in this store all by chance is was love at first site. The only problem was to find a top that would go with the skirt unfortunately the store didn't have anything to my liking to pair with the skirt but for 30 minutes the owner or store manager keep shoving any thing she could find at me just so I would buy something else, this woman was just too pushy the options she even suggested too me were plain everyday tops that would have been ridiculous with such a statement skirt for a black tie event. I was attracted to this store by the beautiful dresses on the window, however you go inside and although the dresses are pretty, the customer service and attitude by the lady behind the counter are disgusting. You can't touch the dresses because god forbid you would ruin them, oh and once you find out there are better dresses upstairs, immediately " upstairs it's closed" I went to look for a dress for my mom and mom in law for my wedding and I was sooooo discouraged to buy anything we had to RUN out. The seller with the fake eyelashes and the wig is awful, has no knowledge about customer service, was very rude, Unprofessional, she told us she would not help us- when we asked her a question. First time going to this store today, overall very bad shopping experience. Workers were extremely rude and unhelpful; an employee yelled at us as soon as we walked in for trying to go upstairs to look at dresses because "there are no employees up there and they are very busy downstairs." There were less than 5 customers in the whole store and three employees who were all behind the counter near each other and not helping customers. When we were finally allowed upstairs after 10 minutes and several requests, we saw that there was in fact a worker up there as well as several customers... not happy & do not recommend. BIG SCAM.....STAY AWAY..... The yelp review rating made me atleast give them a star because it should be a ZERO. Vida the person I dealt with on the phone was totally unprofessionial. I wanted to order a dress over the phone - she said she has it in stock in a wine color - when it came time to place an order she wanted a $300 deposit. I gave her my credit card - 3 days later she calls me and says the dress is only in stock in silver not wine. I said i wasnt interested in the silver dress - she said no problem I will refund the $300 I charged to the card. When I called her again after 10 days - she said "NO YOU ORDERED THE SILVER DRESS YOU MUST PAY FOR IT" - I refused to be talked to like that - she started screaming on the phone like a Lunatic......I ended up calling my AMEX company to dispute the charges - they instantly refunded my money. 3 days later she charged the same card another $850 for the balance of the dress out of spite because I got my deposit back from the bank. STAY AWAY - SHE IS A CROOK - SHE BELONGS ON THOSE "CH 7 ON YOUR SIDE SHOWS BECAUSE SHE STEALS FROM CUSTOMERS.
