Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. The owner only cares about money, service is terrible. I paid almost 900 for a dress and ended up having to fix the alterations she did myself. I wanted straps added to it and when I take it home and try it on (couldn't try it there because she was closing early to go to court for a traffic violation) one of the straps is sewed on twisted. The dress has a bunch of gems on it and a few were missing and a bunch loose. I take it back to be fixed. When I try it on at home the straps still aren't right. One is close to where the armpit is and the other closer to the middle of my back. I didn't want to eff around with this woman anymore so I fixed the straps myself. If you do buy from her, have alterations done elsewhere. Wish I could leave negative 100 stars read more

We asked her if a dress came in a different color and she said "i dont know i have to call them" so we said okay and waited, then she told us WE need to look it up ourselves online if we want it in another color so we said okay and asked if its on her website but she said no so we took a picture of the name on the tag so we can look it up later and find the color options (since she told us we had to) and then she yelled at us and pushed my sister out of the way. This store sells second hand clothes. I am a seamstress specializing in formal wear My customer came to me with 2 dresses,one a short cocktail dress that had holes in it, missing beading, and had been altered before. It was not a new dress. Hem was uneven and poorly done. The mother's dress was velveteenbut the knap was going in directions , back of dress is right but front of dresses nap is running the opposite way so back is dark and front of dress is lighter in color cause the knap is going the wrong way. She also charged my customer an extra $200 after she told her she had not charged enough for the dresses. She buys close outs and secondhand clothes and she should be locked up I told my customer to call the better business bureau and report her. PleDe do not go to this store. read more

1. I showed up and the entryway was blocked. Keep in mind that I'm standing next to a lady that works there (I think the manager) and she's looking at me but doesn't say anything. They were cleaning and had to move a furniture stand, moved it into the path of the entrance and blocked the entry.... I stood there confused. 2. They could've done this in a polite manner and we would have understood but the way it was communicated to us was very unprofessional. My mom, sister and I purchased three dresses here a few weeks ago. She gave us a discount on all the dresses. My sister's dress was a size up, so she said they would check if they can order a smaller size and do an exchange later. When my sister tried calling they were so rude. Very odd experience! I went today looking for a fancy cocktail dress. I didn't love much of anything there. One dress caught my eye but I wasn't going crazy over it. The price tag said $750. Wayyyyy over my budget ! The sales girl giggled and literally said "don't worry hunny, if you like it you can get it for UNDER $200.00". She pushed me to try it. $200 and under is a decent price. Although it's probably sold elsewhere for $50- $100. Before I try it on, we noticed a big tear in the fabric. She insisted I still try it on. I did! and actually liked it ...a bit. Being it's ripped she tells me I can get it much cheaper than the $200 and below original offer and not to worry. I bring it to the register and suddenly the manager or whomever comes over. The sales girl I was dealing with acts like she never told me I can get the dress at a discounted price and then, poof... she completely hides. The guy, Jose took over and He tells me I can get a great discount of $500. (That's even with a huge rip down the back). A few months ago I had a black tie dinner to attend and last minute I stumbled upon the most elegant yet dramatic satin flair skirt in this store all by chance is was love at first site. The only problem was to find a top that would go with the skirt unfortunately the store didn't have anything to my liking to pair with the skirt but for 30 minutes the owner or store manager keep shoving any thing she could find at me just so I would buy something else, this woman was just too pushy the options she even suggested too me were plain everyday tops that would have been ridiculous with such a statement skirt for a black tie event. First time going to this store today, overall very bad shopping experience. Workers were extremely rude and unhelpful; an employee yelled at us as soon as we walked in for trying to go upstairs to look at dresses because "there are no employees up there and they are very busy downstairs." There were less than 5 customers in the whole store and three employees who were all behind the counter near each other and not helping customers. BIG SCAM.....STAY AWAY..... The yelp review rating made me atleast give them a star because it should be a ZERO. Vida the person I dealt with on the phone was totally unprofessionial. I wanted to order a dress over the phone - she said she has it in stock in a wine color - when it came time to place an order she wanted a $300 deposit. I gave her my credit card - 3 days later she calls me and says the dress is only in stock in silver not wine. I said i wasnt interested in the silver dress - she said no problem I will refund the $300 I charged to the card. When I called her again after 10 days - she said "NO YOU ORDERED THE SILVER DRESS YOU MUST PAY FOR IT" - I refused to be talked to like that - she started screaming on the phone like a Lunatic......I ended up calling my AMEX company to dispute the charges - they instantly refunded my money. 3 days later she charged the same card another $850 for the balance of the dress out of spite because I got my deposit back from the bank. STAY AWAY - SHE IS A CROOK - SHE BELONGS ON THOSE "CH 7 ON YOUR SIDE SHOWS BECAUSE SHE STEALS FROM CUSTOMERS.
