Liars, Rude, and not helpful. Came in looking for a prom dress about 2 months before my prom. I was looking for a black dress. The sales associate said that the cut of dress that I tried on came in an exclusive color called bullet grey. It was metallic and had to be specially ordered. I fell in love with the dress because of the beautiful color I was promised. when I came to pick it up, 3 weeks before prom it was the wrong color in the wrong size. They never even measured me In the first consult just guessed. They proceeded to lie saying it never was my dress and my actual dress was coming on Friday. I was sitting there sobbing panicking about my dress because the color that I ordered never even came in the dress and the sales lady was rude telling me to relax. They then showed me a color that was silver, not what I wanted and i tried on the 4 which was too small and again they guessed that I was a 6. I came in on Saturday, to a dress that was an 8, my original order size was a 4 so they defenitly ordered it the day I came to pick it up. I was swimming in the dress and it Was falling down. They were rude the whole time and not apologetic . Now I have to find a dress and get it altered 2 weeks before prom. Will never be going back And I recommend you don't either. read more

I purchased a dress at the cost of $500.00 Dollars for my son's wedding. I am a big girl and it's very difficult to find clothes especially a wedding dress. I thought the dress was very pretty so I purchased it. Came home with it and showed my children and they all agree that the dress looked more like a bride dress then a mother of the grooms dress. I was so disappointed and went back to store to make an exchange even if I had to pay more money but the store owner/manager heard the words exchange and rudely looked a his cell phone and said ABSOLUTELY no return or exchanges. I tried to explain but to no avail. He then walk away and left me at the register alone and crying. Never felt so humiliated and helpless. 18 year old shopping for a prom dress was turned away stating she must have a parent. It does not say that on their message or their website it says walk ins are welcome and is that even legal?? I implore everyone to boycott this store. My daughter took the bus there to be turned away. Manager called me back and said that she could have gotten her parents permission over the phone, however when my daughter asked them they said no. The manager claims it is bc kids use their parents card and then the parent says they weren't allowed. They didn't even ask my daughter how she was going to pay, which was in cash. I basically got ghosted by the store after buying a dress. Let me explain, I purchased a dress mid January 2023 and was informed the dress would be shipped out the following day. I was excited because I had an event in about 1.5 weeks. I followed up with the store a few days later because I never received an email about the shipment. After some time I finally got a hold of someone and who then contacted the designer, Mac Duggal. Eventually the lady I spoke with before at the store got back to me and said the designer was relocating warehouses, and did not inform the store about it. However, I should get it by next week, days before the event. Weeks have gone by, the event occurred and past, and I did not hear anything from the store. I took the initiative and reached out the store via text and the person I was texting was surprised I did not get the dress yet. I was told she would investigate and would let me know by tomorrow the status of the dress. I thought this was great because that is all that I wanted, an update. I followed up a few days later, and did not get a response back. I followed up again, and still radio silent. Now another week went by and despite reaching out again, I have not received a response back. I basically bought a dress I do not have from a store that has been ignoring me for weeks. I am beyond disappointed in this store and how I am being treated. I would recommend shopping at Mia Bella the Label. Over there, I chatted with Candace and she not only assisted me past business hours, she helped me get a dress, in the right size, delivered to me from the designer on time, I even was able to make a few alterations in time for the event. If you want proper care, responsive employees and actual assistance; I would go to Mia Bella the Label instead. As for this store which basically has my money and the dress, I have to see what route I would need to take because this behavior is unacceptable. read more

Usually I have bad experiences in dress stores because I'm looking for low budget so I've been looking at white prom dresses instead of wedding dresses so most salespeople ignore me once I say something like that, but these ladies were more than happy to work within my budget without being pushy at all. I actually went with the dress the lady from the store chose which is rare and surprising for me to do. The in-house tailor, Nagi, was the sweetest woman ever as well! I am heavily tattooed & usually don't get treated nicely in dress stores because of this and Nagi was the absolute sweetest and kindest, she worked with my look & vision on what tailoring I'd like done to the dress I selected & she guaranteed me a flat rate for everything I want done & wouldn't take money from me for it until I come back to try it on after her tailoring and I am 100% satisfied. She said she'll rework at again at no additional cost if I'm not 100% happy with it when I return. She was hugging me & kissed my hand. I'm Greek, she felt like a bonus Yiayia, truly so sweet. Not sure if I'm just used to dress store saleswomen being so horrible usually but these ladies were SO SWEET & not pushy. I felt so comfortable & it made my wedding dress experience a memorable and happy occasion. I'll forever me grateful for this day and the way they treated me & my friends. I was in a rush because I had only four hours to get ready . When I got at the store the place was packed with appointments, but the girls helped me find a beautiful burgundy gown. I read some reviews on yelp and thought let me give this Store a try since I live 30 min far.they had a lot of beautiful gowns, and the customer service was amazing. I will be definitely going back there for my other events. One thing I would recommend is go in advance and try many styles. I walked in and was sweetly greeted by a young woman who immediately began to help me, she then asked for help from her colleague who was also extremely sweet.
