It's nice to know that there are still a few reputable and honest people in the world. I was traveling and was being driven crazy by my iPhone which would no longer take a charge without having to put the charging cord thru contortions, and even requiring me to hold it in place. I thought for sure the charging port was in need of replacement, and on a whim stopped in to see what could be done to fix it. After a 30 second examination, and a 2 minute cleaning, my phone was working as good as new. I was so happy to learn that I could get my Apple watch screen repaired. It was shattered, so I thought the electronic parts were broken also. Juan assured me that he could fix it. And he did! Came here because my mom said they fixed her phone at a really great price. Was expecting the same. I came to get an iPhone 7 Plus screen fixed. I had came with an iPhone screen repair kit already and was flabbergasted when one of the tech guys tried to steal my screen kit!!! He said he he was going to check if it was the correct screen kit for my phone and tried to slickly hide the tools that the kit that it came with!!! My mom went back to get them and he said he was sure he saw me grab it. I was furious!!! I went back with my mom after checking my whole bag and pockets. I stopped in to get a piece of charger stuck in my cell phone and it took them a few minutes but they didn't charge me. I was impressed by that! What company doesn't charge you? Then I asked them if they can look at this other phone that was dropped in water he told me that if it couldn't be fixed he wouldn't charge me but he was able to replace it and in about 30 mins. They have great customer service and the fact that they're willing to spend their time for free is almost unheard of. I had dropped my phone several months ago and it had gotten severely cracked. I am preparing to move, and had wanted to get the phone fixed before I move. So obviously I went to such a high-rated place like JB. I left it with them for the day, and then when I went back, it wasn't ready, and there were additional issues. So came back the next day, and it was fine. Gave me half off, and that was that. Well, I noticed a couple of days later, that when I went to turn off my phone, there would be a little white flash...unusual, but I didn't give it much attention. And then, two nights ago, my phone had a slight slip, nothing much, and later I i noticed there was a blue line on the edge of my screen. It went away later. Today, however, I was getting out of my car, and I went to put it in my pocket, and the whole phone screen lifted up and part of it cracked, and the whole thing went black.
