This is a family owed business and you are always greated by a smile. Even when they are busy the service is still great. Its a pop up taco spot so they move around to different markets. Delicious birria tacos! The street tacos also come in the crispy shell, but have no cheese and double tortillas. The tacos are full of meat and the consome was flavorful. They were making one order at a time so it does take a long time to get your order. Luckily there were only a few people in front of me, but even so it took 22 minutes from the time I ordered to when I got my food. Food was still hot and fresh by the time I drove 10 minutes home. Hosted a 12 person, customer event party at roller town beerworks! Some of my customers ordered jazzy's tacos and absolutely loved it. They were delicious. I recommend trying them while you're at roller town as they are located outside of the restaurant but on the premises very friendly staff very nice owners well worth trying. read more

Just tried their Quesa Tacos at Prosper's Pride in the Sky July 4th celebrations. Totally amazing, full of flavor. Consume may have been a little salty on its own but then again that is how a consume should be. The beef was very tender and with the melted cheese topped with some hot sauce, finger licking good. If you see the sign, don't go anywhere else. Stop and have yourself some. read more

I drove my family 45 minutes to Van Alstyne only to discover that Jazzy's decided to cancel and not show up to its space. Since Jazzy's Tacos depends on social media to find their truck, it was disappointing that it didn't occur to them to post their cancellation until 7:30 pm...2 hours after they were supposed to be at their spot. Sadly, we won't make this drive again, given the clear lack of consideration of the owner/management. However, redeeming the evening driving back down the 75 we stopped in McKinney and got dinner at King Kups...best birria tacos we have had in DFW Metroplex...and always at this location :). read more

So, after seeing and hearing so many incredible things about Jazzy's Tacos, I was finally able to try them today at Texas Food Fest and it absolutely lived up to the hype!! FYI - as of now, they don't take debit/credit cards, only cash or the apps like Cash app/Zelle/Venmo - which was totally fine for me, but in case you don't use those apps - you may want to plan ahead. ANYWAY, - I got the birria pizzadilla for my boyfriend and I to share, and it was INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! It is a multi layered quesadilla with cheese, beef, cilantro, and onions. The absolute BEST combination!! Seriously - SO much flavor, and the seasonings were all the way on point!! As you can see, they don't skimp on anything. They will HOOK YOU UP!! I forgot to get a picture of the consume since it was packaged separately, but it was fantastic and dipping the pizzadilla in it totally took it to the next level!! Customer service was also AMAZING - this is a small family-owned business, and you can tell that they truly care about their customers. We were out at Rollertown brewery in Celina Tx and Jazzy's was here with food. They are sooo amazing. They are a family business and they do such a great job. I had the torta. It was huge. I could have easily shared with someone it was so huge. I loved it and plan to eat the other half tomorrow. The meat was juicy and the cheese was perfectly melty. The bun looked burned but it wasn't. The BEST tacos, my goodness! If you're looking for authentic birria-style street tacos, Jazzys is where it's at. But here's a a tip- don't sleep on the tortas. Jazzy's birria tortas are off the chain. Melty, flavorful, the bread has a nice crispy crunch to it... I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Come here all the time and the food is delish!!! I recommend the tacos or quesadilla but all of their options are magnificent. Love the owners and they always greet us so warmly when we come by. The music makes a great vibe as well. The lines might be long but it's well worth the wait. The pop up shops they often come with our also great. read more

I came to a pop up they did in Grand prairie thinking I'd get 2 tacos and birria ramen. I pull up and it's basically $27 for a container of birria ramen and 2 tacos. That's absolutely crazy honestly and I pass and just get the ramen for my daughter. They were nice and everything. I take the birria ramen home and it's so watery and the ramen don't even taste good. Even the birria tasted closer to roast beef than birria. One of the worst taco experiences I've ever had. read more

I visited Jazzys for the first time yesterday after they were mentioned by Keith Lee. Although he wasn't able to give his personal review I figured since they got his attention it was worth trying. But onto the review. It's a small family owned business and this is some of the best birria tacos I have ever had. It's all served to go and made to order so if you aren't one of the first few people in line bring your patience. The food was piping hot and served with a smile!!!!!! Oh if you bring cash you don't have to pay the extra convenience fee for using all other forms of payment. Anywho you have to follow them on their socials to see where they are going to be.
