Given the area in which this business is located, the choices are limited. This is a funky, offbeat taco joint that offers an Asian twist for those that are brave and want to try it. It catered primarily I think to the late night, 20 something crowd living off of their parents or who have entry-level corporate jobs. This is my go to spot for Taco Tuesday for over a year now. On Tuesdays it's only $1.75 per taco (For chicken and Al pastor at least)! And they are open late, so it's the perfect place to go for a cheap late-night snack/date. Not to mention the tacos taste amazing. They load it with fresh onions and cilantro and the meat is prepared so well. The sauces that they pair with it I literally cannot resist adding it to my tacos. Finally their churros are such a treat at the end. So sugary and crispy on the outside and warm and gooey on the inside. The service is always really fast and the employees are kind and helpful. Not to mention the food always comes out quickly right off the grill. The atmosphere is busy and vibrant. You will seat yourself and they will bring the food to you, but with such a good deal on price and taste, it's no wonder it's busy with people laughing and enjoying friendship of an amazing meal. My daughter wanted a quesadilla for lunch, so I figured we would check out OMG Tacos. I had 3 tacos (chicken, el pastor, and the OMG veggie), I really enjoyed all 3 a lot. The veggie taco has the OMG sauce and that sauce is delicious! My wife has 3 tacos as well (chicken with guac, 2 OMG steaks), she liked the chicken taco but loved the OMG steak taco. We split an OMG chicken taco, that chicken tasted like it would be great in a rice bowl. My daughter had a chicken quesadilla, and enjoyed it. The service was good. The lady at that took our orders was very helpful, let us know the size of the tacos, the most popular tacos, and we even got a sample of the OMG steak. The food came out fast, and was hot, and tasty. They had 2 house made sauces, the spicy sauce had a good kick to it. They also have alcoholic beverages. My wife and I each had a canned IPA for $5 each which is a good price. Overall, the food was good, the place looked nice, was clean, prices were right, and they had have a kids menu, and high chairs if you have a little one. Casual vibes and the bartender, whose name I regretfully can't remember, but she is super cool and wears a very cute grill sometimes, makes amazing drinks and is not stingy. First time here! It was seriously so delicious! We tried the chicken nachos and the lengua tacos. There is so much more that I will be returning to try. The nachos are HUGE and you definitely get your money's worth! The lengua tacos were really good, as well. Service was great! Everyone was very nice and quick. Never again! Thought I would try after reading some of the reviews but what I found was a filthy disgusting restaurant. They must only sweep floors in the open and not where it's needed. No one cares to wipe down tables or around trash bins. They were not very busy and several employees working but NO one cleaning. I ordered one taco which took over 15 minutes to receive and I didn't dare sit down and wait as their cushions look like some one peed on them, they had many stains, don't think they have been cleaned ever. OMG tacos brings back fond memories of my college experience. This was my go-to late night spot with my friend, whether it was us getting out of our 3 hour evening class or after an intense gym session that left us ferociously hungry. The prices are very fair (they also offer a student discount), especially on Taco Tuesday. Words can't explain the euphoric feeling of biting into these tacos after a long day. The tacos are small but mighty; the meats are all tender, juicy, and flavorful. My favorites are the Al pastor, steak, and omg pork tacos. The hot sauces are also really good. I used to come to this place all the time couple years ago, but it has changed tremendously. The queso was cold, the guac tasted pretty made from Walmart and the chicken was absolutely terrible. The worst of it all was the birria taco , it had undertones of cinnamon and chocolate. I am praying I don't get a stomach ache from this food. They have beers in bottles behind the counter, they also have a great bottled soda selection. The staff is really friendly and attentive and helped us with the menu and making our decisions. The OMG Pork taco was recommended so I decided to give it a try. Holy cow (pig?) it was phenomenal. SUCH a unique and delicious flavor. The meat was so flavorful and cooked so well. And the tacos are the perfect street taco size. They do just enough to make it really standout without overloading the taco. I was shocked that there was so much empty space, and hope it was just the time we went, cause I want this place to stay open! Lower your expectations if you're a person used to your food having any hint of flavor. On top of that, the presentation was just awful. The white queso was more like white sauce. Absolutely bland and completely lacking just like whoever came up with the recipe for it. Not only did both food lack any flavor and were both cold and the presentation was absolutely atrocious, it looks nothing like the photos. At this point, the only thing that even remotely matters is that the food was eh. Wasn't good. It wasn't the worst we'd ever had, it was just... eh. So we sat at the bar for 10 minutes, a very empty bar I might add with just one other customer. The bartender never came over or even acknowledged us. I asked another worker if we were able to order at the bar, and after checking with him she said yes he would come serve us eventually. She also added that the food would take at least 15-20 mins to come out. After another 10 minutes passed without any acknowledgment from the bartender or other staff, we left. I feel bad for bringing people here with me, and we won't be back to try it again. Richardson has at least two other great taco places just two streets away off of Campbell, one of which is also open late, and those are honestly a lot more creative in their menus. This place was super cute, and had a nice, clean and spacious set up. They had it decorated for Halloween and I appreciated that detail because it encouraged me to take a selfie in at their set up!
