The drinks here are seriously good -- well-crafted, flavorful, and consistent every time. You can tell a lot of care goes into what they serve. There is a ton of variety on the menu too It does get pretty busy, especially during peak hours, but the staff handles it really well. They're quick, organized, and still manage to keep things friendly. The vibe is upbeat and energetic -- lots of movement, good music, and a fun atmosphere. Such a great place to start off your ski day. Definitely worth the visit -- just be ready for a bit of a crowd.

This place is super cute and seemed like the main coffee spot in town. It was very busy and there was a line out the door. Service was quick and we ordered and got our drinks/food with minimum wait! The lattes were not great in my opinion. The coconut mocha was super syrupy and our lattes were mainly milk. We also ordered a burrito and it didn't have a ton of flavor. Overall, I think this spot has great potential but could focus more on the quality of food and drinks!

One of the best places In our town to enjoy coffee, breakfast, bakery goods, lunch sandwiches while chilling inside or outside. It has an awesome vibe and locals and visitors all love this spot. Enjoy!

I wish I had found Java On Fourth my first day in Sun Valley and not my last! It was a very busy spot, but the line moved quickly. And it didn't take long until my coffee was in hand. Shortly after breakfast was delivered to my table. The burrito my husband ordered was called the Macho burrito. It was proportionately filled and huge. The OJ was fresh squeezed and some of the best we have tasted. My scramble was clean, simple and delicious. We took two treats to go. Kitchen sink cookie and a apple turnover. The price was right and the service was impeccable. It is a crowded cafe, but there is plenty of seating. You just have to be patient and that's not hard when the outcome is a filling and delicious breakfast and great cup of coffee. Cheers!

Best spot for a quick coffee or breakfast! So many healthy and tasty breakfast options. Don't skip the Bowl of Soul, I have to get at least one every time I'm in town. Best local spot!

Great little coffee house with yummy pastries and delicious espresso. They even offered homemade whipped cream. It was delicious.

The portions were very generous, and everything was incredibly filling. Everything was cooked perfectly, from the eggs and breakfast items to the sides, and even the coffee was surprisingly good. It's not often you find a breakfast spot where both the food and coffee stand out. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great place for families, larger groups, or anyone looking to enjoy breakfast without feeling cramped. Despite the steady flow of customers, the staff stayed attentive, checked in on us regularly, and kept the tables turning over quickly without making anyone feel rushed. Overall, The Kneadery offers great food, efficient service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in Ketchum and looking for a hearty breakfast or brunch.

I'm definitely here for the flash-gordon-fast and very kind service, the ease of the menue, the deco (I didn't know how much I love wooden bears!) The deco is with a lot of bears both taxidermy as as also wood engraved/sculpured. The walls are covered with vintage Sun Valley posters, Fish & bait illustrations and carved bear deco. The bar has a decorative roof with a taxidermied bobcat and skiing stuff, which makes the Kneadery even more cozy and specially unique as a venue. The loss of a star comes from the blandness of the egg scramble, even though they use high quality eggs; the weird taste of the wonderfully presented whipped butter in a cup -- I love when non-ice-cream looks like ice-cream somehow. Is that real butter? Not discernible by taste. My stomach sadly reacted to that detail. I might need a separate conversation with my stomach about this, but it stays that it tasted weird also to my husband! In past years I would order an omelette with cheese and it came with a bland plain egg omelette folded in half and stuffed with cheese. Maybe an eggadilla (Huevadilla?) would be more of a correct description. Not sure if this technique is an American classic (sorry for slamming it), but I'd recommend to add the cheese to the eggs *before* frying the mixture. The cheesy richness of the cheese enhances the eggs tenfold! My hb really enjoyed his half order of the two-two-two menu item (2 pancakes, 2 poached eggs, 2 slices of bacon), just the egg was overdone and not even a little runny. Why is it 4 stars and not 3? I really hope the cook figures out cooking eggs one of these days. In the past, I have had the breakfasts with other people, and they all loved their orders which were non-egg-related.

Go listen to him wherever he plays. HOURS 2:00 - 6:00 THIS N THAT 1) PARKING On street parking is very, very limited in Ketchum. You will have better luck in shoulder season, after Labor Day, but even then it is lucky to find a parking spot. 2) ACCESSIBILITY Ketchum is miserable for access infrastructure like parking, curb cuts and sidewalks. Know that in general before you go if mobility is an issue. But the market itself is on level paved street and nicely accessible if you can get there. 3) FOOD STAMPS They take them. 3) GOOD NEIGHBOR Bigwood, the bread people, is right next door with retail café.
