I left my name and phone number and was told someone would contact me, but I never received a call. Since I was visiting from out of town, I had to leave the following day and wasn't able to return in person. Mistakes happen, and I understand technology can fail. My frustration is with the lack of follow up and customer service after I made the effort to resolve the issue. I hope they can improve how they handle situations like this for future customers.
