I went in today with my crows feet! I knew they were going to need a sand blaster to bring my feet back to normal and they didn't disappoint. Joy was my technician; she was friendly and talkative but best of all she gave me the best pedicure I can remember having. She took her time through each step, miraculously making my feet to look like I was a human being again. All in all great service! read more

I arrived on a Wednesday afternoon for a pedicure, the salon was busy with lots of employees & customers. I'm glad I had an appointment, although walk-ins are welcome. I checked in at the front desk on an IPad & was called back immediately. The salon was modern & clean. It also was very quiet...hardly any talking between staff & customers, however the employees spoke to each other a lot. The salon is located in a strip mall with many parking spots. They are conveniently open Monday thru Saturday from 9am-7:30pm & Sundays from 10am-6pm. I was given a menu to choose the service I wanted. My nail tech was friendly & smiled often. I chose the regular pedicure & that was reasonably priced at $38, I added on callus removal for an additional $5. (They also offer waxing services.) It was a good pedi, very thorough with lots of attention to detail, especially on the cuticles & polishing. The massage could have been better, it was more like just rubbing in the lotion. As always the massage chair was quite relaxing. Overall, I was very pleased with the service & plan on returning in the future. read more

I gave this place a great rebiew when i first came here because theyre the only one near me doing hard gel manicure and Jasmine (which is the owner) did so great on my nails. 2nd was ok even the owner asked who sis my nails. 3rd was horrible. I was so excited coz i got what i wanted on my nail but i came home and 2 hrs later it started chipping and i cant go back the same day coz it was already closed. I came back after my trip 3 days later, they fixed it but 2 days later it chipped again. Now its not even 3 weeks and 3 of the "hard gel" came off which normally it takes 4 weeks before it needs a refill. read more

My son had a manicure at Jasmine Nails not long ago. He had just turned ten, but we were still charged the full adult rate. He was in and out in about fifteen minutes. Within two days, most of the polish had peeled off. (See the photo. I suspect they are watering down the polish.) That's simply not acceptable, especially given the price. I called them about this issue, but staff said they "don't guarantee" their work. That says it all. Jasmine Nails used to be a dependable salon, but over time the service and standards have clearly declined, even as prices continue to rise. I no longer feel confident recommending this place. read more

Multiple techs at Jasmine have used a nail extension and cuticle clippers to forcefully pry off my acrylics. This is not safe and damaged my nails. Although they are pricey they do a good job. I have had many different nail techs here and only one wasn't up to par. My fave thus far has been Cindy. She was very sweet and personable and did her job very well. You're going to spend a pretty penny but the services are done well and it's a decent environment. read more

Came on Saturday for a mani/pedi ( a gift from my daughter). There was a wait but we truly were expecting a wait especially since there was 3 of us. The service was subpar to say the least. I requested the deluxe pedicure which was supposed to come with hot stone massage and hot wax. There was hot stones that he used for a total of 2 minutes if that. It truly was the worst pedicure I have received in a while. He then did my manicure with a gel French Tip. The service on that was ok until on Sunday it started to chip on 2 of my fingers. I went back on Monday and he did make it right however, I asked why it would start chipping so quickly. He said he didn't know and walked away. One of the other employees advised he put another top coat. She advised it could have been because he didn't put enough of a top coat. Moral of the story.... Do not visit this venue. read more

I'm visiting from out of town and did a walk in. I was helped within 15 minutes and had Lee as my nail tech for a manicure, acrylic fill, and gel polish. Lee was so sweet and so attentive to detail. The acrylic is filled to my cuticle and is shaped beautifully like a natural nail. I would definitely come back and ask for Lee in the future! read more

Let's just say "this time," it went well. My nail lady was out of the country for a month. I had to do a convention out of state ,and did not want to go will my nails looking like a reverse French manicure! If this was based on my first visit, the rating would probably be a 2. I do not like people who do not listen or consider. This tells me that you believe people are going to love and accept whatever you do. 9/2/24 I go in, I sign in, and ask for an OVERLAY. I sit down and the lady literally asks if I want her to "build" one of my thumbs nails because it was shorter than the other. This is OVERLAY talk, I say yes. She the brings out the "tips" and add them to each finger. Yes, this is my fault for not stopping her, I was going out of town and had crap to do. She never asked what shape, what I wanted , or any other preferences I may have had. My nails were "ok." i filed them in once i got home because they were a bit bulky for me. 9/20/24 I go in , I see John, he spoke with me about the right sheer color for me, and I love them. My nail tech (original) is AHHHHHHHMAZING, however, she doesn't do acrylic. I will rock these until she starts fussing about how strong she had my nails... yada yada, oh , it's coming... , or until I feel the weight of Jasmines feeling like and assembly line that cares nothing about me.... **** I do understand that we are just a number$ at these nail shops. The polish that is used on my nails is 5.50 for a set of 2 online and I was charged 55 for a refill and gel polish. I understood that going in. However, I would like to just walk in one day and get treated like they were waiting for me, as my payment and tip are going to keep the lights or the cable on..... Well, I appreciate John. Kind of like a McDonalds of nail salons. The priority is to be quick, and offer services that are popular for right now (dip power, long nails with decorations), not customer experience. When I visited, the floors and the nail stations were filthy, I'm not exaggerating. I saw new files and buffers being used for pedicures, but did not see how equipment was sterilized for nails. They also did not use lotion for my feet with a pedicure, nor for a manicure. And, when I asked about getting dip powder, the manicure was an extra $15. Why not include that with the dip powder? The manicure was a bowl of water and then clipping my cuticles. A waste of $15. The paint job was also sub-par, there were spots missed and not enough time in the UV dryer. BUT, they were fast. Very little waiting. Just not what I would consider a salon suited to taking care of me, not a relaxing experience. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I went earlier this week, I previously had a bad experience but decided to give them another chance.I believe the ladies name was angel that did my nails I told her I wanted my nails short but when she started cutting the tips she did them to her own desire. I paid $90 for acrylics that are barely a tip. When I went to pay I only had a short amount of cash to pay for the tip when I handed her the cash tip she immediately started counting the cash so I was going to add the rest on my card before I got the chance to do anything she already started pressing custom tip which I felt was extremely disrespectful. I finished paying and she started being aggressive saying I need to tip the other girl as well and started checking the receipt to see if I left anything. Tipping is not mandatory especially for a poor service, this salon is very unprofessional and i won't be returning . read more

I've been here at least half a dozen times now, for a dip manicure. They have a huge selection of dip powder colors. They also have huge selections for gel and acrylic too. If you're looking for an intricate nail design, this probably isn't the place. But they are consistent in the mani/pedis results and I'm always impressed with the strength of the dip mani - they last for weeks without chipping or breaking, and I'm a FA and avid gym-goer so I'm pretty hard on my hands. Pedicures start at $32 and I've never left feeling like the basic pedi was inadequate. John does the best ombre. He's fast and efficient, and really pays attention to the shape of the nail too. I appreciate this! If you have a long layover or you're stuck in a hotel on Tower Road, Jasmine's is a great option. They always have customers so unless you come right after opening, you might be waiting for a little bit. Prices are reasonable, but also a little high, and I'm coming from California. As with most nail salons, you're not going to find a ton of friendly service. But it is what it is. They get the job done and they do it well. read more

My pedicure was ruined in less than 2 hours!!! Based on my previous experience came here for a gel mani and regular pedicure! There was no massage in my pedicure! Polish application was not great! I still see patches of uneven nailcolor! Before I left the salon, I was sure my painted toes were dry! My toe nail color was ruined, the nail color seems to be old and is moving around. This is a disaster! For my gel manicure, I asked her if she could do nail art and she said yes she could do it! I showed her an image of what I wanted and when my nails were done, they're nothing like the picture I showed her! I paid a whopping $50 for this manicure! What a waste! Today, I was disappointed in my gel manicure. The technician was friendly enough, but she cut my finger, offering no verbal acknowledgment. In truth, a simple apology would have really gone a long way. Secondly, when I got into the daylight, I noticed a few things: There was a lot of topcoat buildup around the skin, along with a flaw at the cuticle area of my index finger. For the price, the quality of work is not good. Very disappointed with my French manicure nails done today. I went back in to let them know I was disappointed and was not offered a reasonable solution for resolution as I did not have time for them to be fixed today. Sloppy quality of white tips. Everything also seems to have a $5 up charge. Definitely cheaper places to go. read more

I wanted to leave this in hopes that others don't get cheated the way I did . I went in for a rebase . Nothing fancy just nude color and some glitter on the side. The lady "TUYET" is her name charged me $65. I knew she was trying to scam me Bcz she didn't even look in my face when she said that. So tax and everything ended up being $78. Rebase . I don't even know how I ended up leaving a tip but she will get her Karma. I didn't want to be a Karen , I didn't raise hell and create drama. I just asked if rebase is $65 then how much is a new set?? Then she was beating around the bush saying a lot of nothing. So I paid my way and moved right along . Beware friends . It's now Sunday, and my nails are already lifting and peeling off. I noticed she applied oil to my nails before putting on the polish, which likely contributed to it not adhering properly. On top of that, the polish application itself was terrible. The coats are extremely thick, uneven, and honestly look like they were done by a 10-year-old. Between being chemically burned and now receiving a manicure that's falling apart within two days, I can confidently say I will not be returning.
