This is my second time coming in. The first time I got a dip manicure and it was great! I decided to try gel nails this time and was a bit disappointed. I had made an appointment for Saturday at 9:30am. When I arrived it was packed! Every nail tech was busy. They told me there was going to be a little wait so I sat. About 10 minutes later I was asked to come to a desk. Kathy did my nails that day. I let her know I wanted gel. She did everything in about 20-30 minutes. It felt rushed since there were so many people and more coming in through the door. I did like the color of my nails but it looks like she didn't bring the color all the way down to my fingertips and you can see the whites of my nails. read more

Very disappointed with my experience. I asked if my nails could be redone because they were very clumpy, and instead of fixing them I was met with attitude. Not all of the nails were corrected, and there was still dried polish left on my hands when I left. What made it worse was how uncomfortable I felt while I was there. It seemed like staff were talking about me, and one employee even walked to the front, looked me up and down, and acted as if I had already left while I was still waiting for my ride. When it was time to pay, the technician stood on my side of the register while I was tipping, which felt very awkward and pressured. I never leave reviews. This is actually the first review I've ever written, and I had to create an account just to post this. I want to start by saying I absolutely love my nail technician Kim. The 1 star in no way reflects on her, she is a 10! The salon on the other hand gets the 1 star. It is dirty. The manager/owner does not take pride in the business and is rarely there. The floors are always dirty, the windows, rugs, etc. Honestly if it was not for Kim I would find another salon. I've been going here for years. But the last few sessions have been really disappointing. The week after I got my pedicure, I got an infection and lost two toe nails. And the past two times that I've gotten a re-base one or more nails have broken off within the first two weeks. I went in to get one fixed because it was just a couple days after, and the lady had the nerve to try to upsell me on eyelashes. Well let me just say that after paying $75 + tips for their most expensive pedicure, I don't think I am coming back. I'd rather drive to my regular nail salon in Westminster. I was expecting my feet to feel rejuvenated, my legs to feel amazing as that's been my experience with other salon if I get their most deluxe service. But here, $75 will give you mediocre one. I have been coming to this salon for a few years now. Every time my nails turn out beautifully. KT does an amazing job, especially since I usually don't have any ideas. I can walk in and say "KT, I think blue would be great" and he always comes up with beautiful designs (I have acrylics with gel polish usually, but he sometimes adds extras which are fun!). I especially love the special event nails he comes up with, so if you have no clue what you want but know you want something beautiful and unique, this is the place for you! I went here a second time against my better judgement , I gave the nail lady a picture and she took like 10 minutes on the acrylic , shaping the nails was so half ass , which made sense cause later she made up for it in how long she took painting 80 layers of gel polish as she continued to get the design I requested wrong , then her commentary being like oh so pretty , you like ? No it's garbage , then charged me 60$ for the rebase when all' she did is paint layer after layer of gel then put a French curved like that looks off on every nail . No uniformity . Her name is Kim and she his place is trash it really is I'm stuck with ugly nails for 2 weeks and I can't wait to get this trash "design" off . Don't waste your money here read more

New to the area and trying to find a good nail salon so I decided to try this salon. Overall I was very underwhelmed. The first thing you notice when you walk into the salon is the overwhelming odors. I've been to lots of nail salons but this one was over the top strong. The nail tech was not personable at all, she said approximately 10 words to me. My nails turned out just OK. Some of them had sharp edges and were filed unevenly. I went in for a soak off because I had over grown acrylics on, everything was going fine with the First Lady I was sat with until I was switched to a different lady half way done with one hand. As soon as I sat down she pulls out a nail tip and starts popping off my nails which hurt so bad and is not a soak off which is what I asked for. After damaging my nails she cuts them so uneven and rough then tells me I'm all done. She charged me $20 for something that I didn't ask for and also for something I could of done at home. read more

Just recently moved to the area so I went searching reviews for local nail places. There were a few mixed reviews for Beautiful Nails but overall I figured I'd give it a shot. So I called and made an appointment. I needed to get a full acrylic set with shellac polish, they told me that it was going to be $40. Done. Day of the appointment, I get there maybe 15 minutes early. I was immediately sat and KT was the one who did my nails and he was extremely friendly and did an amazing job! The salon itself is clean and nicely decorated. All the technician's that I saw were extremely friendly. There were a few little girls there getting their nails done and everyone was very patient and kind. When checking out, they didn't upcharge anything and it was an even $40. The only negative I would have to say is that I got the glitter shellac. While it's pretty you can see through the polish. Nothing that would make me not come back but just a lesson for next time. Overall I'm extremely happy with my first experience with Beautiful Nails and I'll be going back again when I need to get my fill. read more

I would like to give zero stars or better yet negative stars to this place. They should be named "Butchered Nails" instead of beautiful! I went in to have dip powder nail polish removed. Instead of soaking them in acetone, the tech started using a plastic fake nail, her own nail, and some type of clipper tool to start prying them off. I don't know if she didn't want to use a product on me or why this was being done this way. It was painful and I told her it hurt. I even asked her, "can't you soak them to remove these?" She painfully rips them off my right hand, then moves on to my left hand where she is using the clipper tool to pry up the nail, which nearly rips my real nail up! It was extremely painful and starts to bleed and she quickly grabs a tube of what looked like super glue and starts spreading it all over the surface of my nail, I don't know, I guess to stop the bleeding! I'm rather upset at this point and ask her to speak to someone in charge whom I complain to about how painful she is removing this gel polish and asking why this isn't being soaked off. This other woman, immediately defensive and completely disregarding my injured finger, starts giving me excuses and this story goes on and on...the takeaway is this: DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE! I filed a complaint against them with the state (DORA) because of what I consider incompetence and negligence that resulted in the injury to my left ring finger in providing my service, and in doing so, there's interesting reading about their last complaint regarding unsanitary conditions and being placed under probation only a short time ago! Now I know why it's recommended that you check out a company, even a nail salon, before going there. Had I read that beforehand, I never would have gone there! DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO A PLACE THAT HOLDS NO REGARD FOR YOUR SAFETY AND IS GROSSLY NEGLIGENT, INCOMPETENT, AND RUDE/UNKIND! 24-hours later, and my finger is still swelling, painful, and has turned purple underneath my nail. read more
