She took great care to remove the old polish and clean up my nails. I've never had my nails shaped as perfectly as Kristin did today. And she painted the polish perfectly as well! It is, by far, the best manicure I've had. Kristen is so pleasant to chat with and the quietness of her individual nail spa was calming. She also uses Venmo, which was so easy and convenient! I can't wait to go back for a pedicure!

She even asks that you sanitize when you walk in the door which I can appreciate. I also love that she truly is about the health of your nails. She isn't into all the acrylic and tips as it damages your nails. Her skills are unmatched and she doesn't use all of those insane gadgets to damage your nails even further. She is hands down the best and am so grateful I was able to stumble upon her. So shoutout to all of the great reviews here on yelp as they did not disappoint. Kristen will be my go to from here on out. Please note that she is by appointment only which I can appreciate. And when you make an appointment, just know she will be there before you and not at the time you set or after. Thank goodness she is on time and punctual.

This was my second time at this salon, and it will absolutely be my last. The first time I came in,…read moreI was treated with respect. I have a prosthetic arm on my left side, and the tech who helped me then was professional, didn't make comments, and didn't talk about me to her coworkers. I appreciated that. Today was the complete opposite. The staff openly talked about my hand to each other in their language, fully aware that my hand is prosthetic. If you can't or don't want to work on it, just say so. I've lived with this my whole life -- honesty doesn't hurt me. What does hurt is being talked about like I'm not standing right there. They made me feel small and embarrassed. They clearly didn't think I understood them, but I understood every word, and none of it was appropriate or kind. I left the salon in tears. On top of the disrespect, they also overcharged me. Both visits were the same service -- a rebase on one hand, because the other doesn't need it. The first time, it was $45. Today, suddenly it was $65. So not only was I disrespected and stared at like I was some kind of spectacle, I was also charged a completely different price for the exact same service. If you have any kind of disability, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This salon clearly doesn't know how to treat people with dignity. If you can't work on someone's hand, say it directly -- don't whisper about them to your coworkers and make them feel less than human. I should've walked out the moment I heard the comments, and I regret not doing so. I did not ask to be born like this, and no one deserves to be treated the way I was treated today. Price $100-120

I added a star because my dip does look great--it's relatively thin and natural, the way I prefer.

I really wanted this place to be good. A month ago, my daughter and I came in for pedicures. Mine was below average, while hers turned out okay, so I thought maybe I'd just had bad luck. We went back today, and unfortunately, that was my last visit. The technician was using nail polish that had clearly dried out. Instead of opening a fresh bottle, she repeatedly tried thinning it with acetone while applying it to my nails. The polish went on streaky and uneven, and it was obvious it wasn't working. When I pointed it out, she became irritated and insisted a clear top coat would fix it. It didn't. What bothered me most wasn't that this an honest mistake. It was that they knew the polish was bad. They kept discussing it and continued trying to make an unusable bottle work rather than simply replacing it. That felt like cutting corners at the customer's expense. I gave this salon a second chance because I wanted it to succeed, but after two disappointing visits, I won't be back.

I came here because the place I usually go to had a long wait. As soon as I walked in the owner greeted me. I usually pay 32$ for my gel manicure at sunset nails, so I couldn't understand why I was being taxed 5-10$ for French tips. Then I needed on extension because one of my nails broke she charged me 10$ for one extension. In total I ended up paying 55$. The French tips aren't rounded evenly, and the white doesn't even reach each side of the nail. I was pretty unsatisfied with how they came out. I got better quality at a cheaper price at Sunset nails. Other than that it was pretty fast service no one else was there so i was able to walk in and go straight to a table. Got me out pretty quick as well which I don't know if that's a good thing. Definitely feel like I overpaid sadly.
