Will never go back. I was uniformly but I have it 3 stars. Updating my review to 1, secure there isn't 0. Went a few weeks ago for a pedicure. My nails had been trimmed recently, so I figure she would have seen that, and left the length alone, but no- she over cut my nail so hard it was all the way down the the cuticle, no ledge left at all! Within 24 hours made toast started to ache and the following day a giant blister appeared on my big toe and when I touched it, it immediately popped and there was pus all within 24 hours of having them do this pedicure. I should've known when she started clipping and already short toenail. It's been over a week now and my throat definitely must have an ingrown because it aches all the time and now I have to buy a product to try to ease the discomfort. There were more issues with that visit, but they seem benign now compared to my toe basically getting immediately infected. I'll never go back to this place and you shouldn't either. read more

I think it was an inexperienced member, she grinded my cuticles down with filing device and brought my nail heights down to the surface of the tissue below the nail. It hurt, bled and I warned her multiple times, and she seemed more offended than apologetic. Maybe it was a naive mistake on her part but I am still suffering from her inexperience or testing on me as a trainee, as I am waiting for my nail to grow, it keeps bleeding, peeling off. It has been 3 weeks. I still paid the full price, and 20% tip. They should be careful with their trainees and not let them serve until they are ready. read more

They honor appointment times and they are very friendly. great customer service. if I have ever had an issue they will fix it. Also the salon decor is upscale and caLaing. I went by this nail salon on Wednesday morning and spoke with the manager. They had availability for walkins on Wednesday morning. However, I had to get to work. I asked how much a color acrylic refill would be. The manager told me it would be $45. That's a little steep. But I knew they could provide the service I was looking for. I went Thursday morning and was able to see Hannah. She did an exquisite job. She answered all of my questions, and it did exactly what I asked her to do. However, when I went to pay. She charged me $55. It was a good service. But if I knew it was going to cost $10 more than what I was quoted, I would've chosen another salon. But otherwise the service was wonderful. read more

Parking can be a little tight as the lot right out front is busy and not quite big enough for the storefronts there - so you end up parking by Sprouts - not a big deal but an awkward walk that's the main entrance/heavy traffic. Zero stars from me. My father and I, used this business on a regular basis until last Friday night, May 12, 2023 at about 3:00pm. I took my 82 year old father to have a manicure. While sitting him at the station station who I was told her name was "Nancy" she asked if he wanted red nails. I raised my brows and replied no!!! I sat in the front of the salon and waited for him. A few moments later, I heard laughter from "Nancy" and the technician seated next to her. I get up to see what was going on. Nancy had put red nail polish on my 82 year old father and both of these people were laughter at what they had done. This is sickeningly unbelievable!!!! I screamed "WHAT IS GOING ON HERE???" YOU TAKE THAT OFF OF HIM RIGHT NOW AND GET ME THE MANAGER!!!! This is nothing short of Elder Abuse! My father is still grieving the recent loss of his wife of 59 years, my dear mother, and his 49 year old son, my brother 5 months after her. Our family is devastated. I was told that Nancy and the technician next to her would be fired on the spot, by the manager Kevin. I took my father home and came back for Nancy and her counterparts cosmetology license numbers. I walked in and Nancy was doing a pedicure. Clearly not fired. When I insisted from Kevin the manager that he give me both cosmetology licenses, he asked Nancy and she said she would retrieve it from her car. I went to get them myself which are supposed to be posted in full view in the salon. They were nowhere to be found. Nancy walked past me and said she was getting it from her car. "Nancy" got in her car and left. Do not go to a salon that supports public humiliation of Senior Citizens. My father is dignified and wears suits daily in public. That day was no different. The second to last time I came here someone had called the health department on them so there was a bunch of chaos going on and "workers" literally running out the door. I decided to try them again and not judge because the place looked nice and didn't want to judge. I came in for a rebase. They charged me $65 for a REBASE. Not even 2 days later one of my nails lifted I came in the lady at the front fixed it properly. Another 2 days went by and an another nail lifted I came back. Ig he must've been the little manager or whatever but he had the blonde and black hair. He first argued they they weren't open yet but the door was open so I walked in, the girl who had last helped me told me she could fix it. He then looked at my nail and put glue on it and told me that's all they can do. I asked how much a full set would have cost me, they said $50. I was confused how a rebase was $15 more. They claim they charged me for having 2 different colors on my nails. Which was crazy. Here I am a week later in entirety with 3 more nails lifted and having to get a NEW SET anyways! The nail tech who helped me wasn't even friendly anyways and when I told him how I wanted my nails he seemed bothered. Smh they get 1 star for the mimosa and the ambiance. 5 DAY SET. I Would never recommend this place. To be nice I'm not going to name drop the nail tech. First when I called they quoted me at $60 for a pink and white acrylic. Then when I got there she said the up charge would be now $90 for the length, and the shape, and for the pink tip and 15 for removing the 3 nails I had previously had. She used the nail tip to rip of my old nails. I told her it hurts and she disregarded my discomfort and ripped my ring finger nail it instantly started bleeding. I'm very upset. That nail has to now heal and grow back as well as the 3 other nails that cracked directly across the middle. I had my last set from another place a month and these couldn't even make it a full week. I hesitated writing a review but it's not sitting well with me that I was misquoted, over charged 3 nails cracked off and the 4th just popped off. The first time I went to Kendall's, I got there ten minutes early before they opened but they kindly welcomed me inside to get started on my pedicure. They have a great menu to pick from for the pedicures, especially if you like adding oils and fragrances with your foot soak. They have these cool color pamphlets where you pick whichever color you want, and once you get situated in your seat someone usually walks up and offers you a complimentary drink as well. Sometimes they don't, so definitely do not be afraid to just simply ask your nail tech if you'd like to sip on a mimosa or wine and they'll gladly pour a glass. I've had 2 great experiences here! My first was a pedicure, met all expectations, and my second a gel manicure. The gal doing my nails shaped them perfectly, and then the nail technician switched and a gentleman did the paint. I appreciated that he did 3 coats of color. He also paid close attention to smooth any rough edges upon finishing. I will definitely be back! My only wish right now during Covid is that either they would require masks or space folks out more. I had tips put on only to end up with the same length of nails that I started with. She filed the corners of my nails off and injured one of my nails beds from filling too much. My nails were bumpy, uneven, thick and wide. I wanted tips and black polish. But ended up with black dip. My pedicure was just as bad. They cut my nails too short and uneven. They had someone else try to fix them only to make them worse and shorter. If could give the zero stars I would. Save yourself the headache, time, and money go somewhere else. I just asked for a pedicure so they didn't have to stay open late for me when I walked in they were super helpful and I started my pedicure. The lady was so nice to me that she told me that why I was only getting a pedicure, I explain to her that it was already pretty late and I didn't want them to be open for me. My first impression walking into Kendall's was that it was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. My friend and I were immediately helped and seated at the pedicure area. We picked out nail colors and the nail technicians that did our nails were super friendly and asked how we liked our nails to look. The pedicure was lovely as well as the manicure. We also got mimosas from them which came with the pedicure. The reason for one less star is the price, it was a bit pricier than other places I've gone to in the denver metro, also we saw one of the nail technicians slip hard on the floor, so there's some safety hazard there and hopefully they can address that and I also hope the woman is ok! read more

It's 1:30 the next day and my nails are lifting. It took him 30 minute to do my nails and I'm out $80 for "marble" design lol. Diverse clientele allows someone who desires a simple manicure or plain gel/dip job or super complex art design to leave with what they want.
