Oof. I really hate writing this but I feel like I should warn people. I went in for a walk-in dip manicure. I left with sore/inflamed finger nail beds. Never received a "sorry" or "wow, you're bleeding" or anything that just basically acknowledged that the nail technician hurt me. I don't like making a scene and the nail technician was much older with a terrible cough so I just felt obligated to try to leave as soon as possible and pay. So, I made up an excuse and asked if we could skip the rest of the manicure and just have me pay. I paid $30 for taking off the polish and cuticle removal and nail filing. There previous weirdness about price discrepancy for a dip manicure but that's not the focal point of my post. A few hours later and my nail beds are really hurting. She was extremely aggressive physically with the tools and didn't say anything even when I was bleeding and she was trying to stop the blood with products that stung by pressing down really hard with cotton. I, like the other most recent reviews will have to stop going here due to the wait. I have been here at least 20 times. When you call to book and appointment they always say yes, they can take you. But, when you arrive you end up waiting anywhere from 15-35 minutes. Not only did I have an appointment but I had to ask how much longer I would have to wait, they said nothing in terms of an apology before I asked. That's just bad customer service. Today, I asked for a discount for wasting my time, and the own (the one guy that sits near the front) begrudgingly gave me $5 off. Also, while I was there a women who was in a massage chair waiting for her pedi walked out and told them she couldn't wait any longer. Three other appointments walked in after me and they waited for at least 20 minutes each. The quality of nails is fine but, I have come from other large cities like NYC and Chicago and know the quality not of just nails but service you can get without the price this place charges. They increased the price of their pedi recently. They are already making money hand over fist with what they charge and don't provide very good customer service. read more

I've been here a handful of times for both a pedicure, dip manicure, and gel acrylic. They've done amazing every time! I haven't gone to the same person every time, but everyone who I have seen has done a great job. I had Tammy once and she did amazing. I would really recommend going here for any nails needs. This was probably the worst nail experience I've ever had. I just moved here and I made an appt for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. I arrived and sat down and the water was cold, so I asked if they could please warm it, they said fine and we're short and fairly rude and never did, which isn't a big deal. Then they were soaking my nails with one woman, she left for 30 mins while she gave someone else a pedicure. Then a new woman came to do my nails and started with the wrong color. I specified twice. Then she pulled out the correct color and it did not match the samples. She told me they had all faded and none were like the samples. It was extremely dirty, I've attached pictures. Between the rude service, dirty salon, and lack of clarity or precision on colors I ended up just leaving and went down the street to a much better spot. Super disappointed with my visit to the point I really can't even come back again. I've been here 5 times now and was really happy I may have finally found my nail salon in Denver. 3/5 times have been good. Pedicures are great-- if ur planning to come go for those. Don't bother with an appointment. I made one for 5:30 today, showed up on time and was not in my chair until a few minutes after 6:00. I showed up on time and expect to be treated on time for an appointment. That's the whole point of making them. 30 minutes is unacceptable. When I was finally seated the lady was RUSHING and sloppy. Particles of nails flying all over, literally ripping off my acrylics because she was trying to rush to also do a pedicure. I feel bad she was rushing but at the same time, stop taking walk ins if you don't have time for your appointments. She told me I was done and my nails looked horrible. My appointment was for removal and gel. I asked if she was going to trim my cuticles and she was a bit taken aback but did it hastily. She told me I was done and quickly ushered me to checkout. This is how they looked. :( I'm really bummed because I was looking forward to having my nails done for the weekend, but I'm hopeful I can try somewhere else tomorrow. Also I primarily only use reviews to praise a business, but I was so disappointed I just wanted to share. Please in the future prioritize your appointments and repeat customers. So, enter Paris Nails on Broadway not to be confused with Paris Nails off Grant/6th. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon and they got me seated immediately and started working. I was having a hard time deciding what to get and when I expressed to the nail artist I wanted something "spooky but classy," she immediately suggested we do a matte black. Loved the idea so I said yes! She worked quickly and gently, probably the least painful acrylic set I've ever ever gotten (I am a sensitive baby). I loved the final look! Our apts were at 6 for2 gel manicures & we weren't even seated till 6:30 and they weren't able to sit together. No one greets you/checks you in when you walk in because they're so busy & my friend and i wanted the same color and they only had one bottle of each color so we couldn't get the same color. We only paid 35 for a gel manicure which was a great price, but it's only been a week and the gel color is starting to wear off a little making my nails color look faded/yellow. They give you a punch card so after 5 you get $5 off. If you're looking for more services with your manicure: hot towels, massage etc. i would look elsewhere but if you just want a basic gel mani for cheap this is the place to go. read more

Ha is a rude and disrespectful person she doesn't care of the quality of her work rushes through manicure and pedicure and every time leaving you with cuts and dry dead skin as well as uneven nails. When you try to have a conversation with her about the quality and concerns of her work she snaps at you like if it's your fault. I was absolutely pleased with this salon! The staff is absolutely friendly and they did a wonderful job working with my wonky nails that kept breaking these past few months on me. As soon as I got there, there was little to no wait time. And if you were waiting then they'd make sure you were being taken care of right away. If I recall correctly they had soft drinks and water during your wait. Honestly this was my first time getting a manicure done and at first I was nervous but my nail technician, Andy did a wonderful job describing the process and answering ally questions about anything and everything about nails!!! I was afraid the acrylics would damage my nails but instead, it helped strengthen them instead. On top of that, Andy was able to do the stiletto nails that I wanted. We came here on Easter for pedis since very few places were open and they happened to be open. While the woman was working away on my feet I had pain in my toe. I could feel a cut on my toe and boy was she working it! I figured I had a small cut there and just didn't notice until the hot water and scrubbing commenced. This is still completely possible. However there was a girl next to me who said ow! And she suddenly had a cut on her foot! She asked the woman for a bandaid and the woman pretended not to hear her. This girl asked THREE times for a bandaid before the lady went and got her one. I got all in my head about it. Did the woman cut us? Did she do it on purpose? I don't honestly know because come on, that's too weird! Who would do that? I asked my girlfriend if she got cut as well and she said no. Ok then maybe it's a coincidence. But the next day my GF did have a new cut very similar to mine she just hadn't noticed. Again, I don't know if there is anything to this or if I was just being paranoid. What would the motive be after all? Very strange. All I know is that of the 3 of us sitting there we all had new cuts when leaving. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! I have very long coffin nails and broke one right before a job interview. I called every salon in a 15 block radius and no one had availability. After speaking to the staff on the phone, they were able to get me in within the hour! My nails take 1.5-2 hours for a rebase and these lovely ladies got me in and out of the salon with two PERFECTLY repaired nails in 35 minutes! And guess what? They only charged me $10 to fix two very long nails. I am so thankful for Paris Nails. I will be returning soon and telling everyone how awesome you all are. I moved to the area a few months ago. A friend recommended Paris Nails and I've already been twice. I felt very safe with how clean they kept things, though I only saw them wipe down the pedicure chairs and not the manicure ones between clients. They have partitions and masks on to keep you safe though, which is much appreciated. Masks are required by everyone in the salon. On to the nails- I have been super happy both times I went. I had one of the male technicians, wish I caught his name, and he was fantastic! He paid close attention to my cuticles and filing down my SNS and just making sure everything was super clean. This is also an affordable salon, cheaper than what I'm used to paying in Texas . Be sure to call ahead and make an appointment, it's worth it. read more

Finally got seated, chose the deluxe pedicure. The nail tech scraped off my previous gel pedicure to the point where it hurt, then washed her tools in MY pedicure water, then put them back in her bin for the next pedicure. Disgusting. It took her 45 minutes just to paint my toes. I completely ran out of time after waiting 20 minutes past my appointment, so I told her I didn't have time for massage or anything other than the nail paint. I showed a photo of coffin style tips, no design just black tips... the nail tech proceeded to laugh then walk away to talk sh*t to the other technicians... another came over to look at my photo and they giggled together.
